No Galaxy Z Fold 7 Ultra? Samsung likely to launch Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7 and Flip 7 FE in July
In what might be the most classic case of information leak, Samsung has accidentally let the cat out of the bag. The tech giant has all but confirmed the names of its next-generation foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, through an internal beta version of its own app. And if that wasn't enough, hints of a brand-new 'Ultra' foldable have only added more fuel to the fire ahead of Samsung's expected July blunder was first spotted by the folks at GalaxyClub, who discovered references to 'Fold7' and 'Flip7' in a beta version of Samsung's Internet Browser, specifically designed for internal test devices. These test units are reportedly running Android 16 alongside One UI 8, Samsung's upcoming software update. While no specifications were included, the mention of the device names in an official app is as good as confirmation gets. Samsung Galaxy Fold 7 and Galaxy Flip 7: What We Know So FarWhile Samsung has yet to make any formal announcements, leaks have painted a fairly clear picture of what to expect. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is tipped to feature a slightly wider 6.5-inch outer screen and a sleeker, thinner body — just 3.9mm when unfolded. The inner display, measuring 8.2 inches, is expected to maintain the 120Hz refresh rate, as will the cover Powering the Fold 7 will likely be Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, accompanied by 12GB of RAM and up to 1TB of onboard storage. A massive 200MP main camera is also rumoured, which would mark a significant step up in imaging performance. The device is expected to ship with One UI 8 and enhanced Galaxy AI features baked into the software Galaxy Flip 7 FEIn an effort to bring foldables to a wider audience, Samsung is reportedly planning to introduce a more budget-friendly option: the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE (Fan Edition). Reports from South Korea suggest that the Flip FE might even come in at a lower price point of $736 (around Rs 61,000), although official pricing will likely vary by region due to local taxes and import to a report from WinFuture, Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event is expected to unveil a host of new devices — including the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Z Flip 7, and the more affordable Z Flip 7 FE, alongside the Galaxy Watch 8 and Watch 8 Classic. This development raises questions about an earlier rumour that suggested the Z Flip 7 FE would debut in September alongside the Galaxy S25 FE. It's now possible that Samsung could officially announce the Z Flip 7 FE during the July event, but opt for a delayed release later in the year, potentially aligning with the S25 FE launch what about the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 Ultra?advertisementAdding another twist to the tale, Samsung has recently teased what it's calling 'The Next Chapter of Ultra' — a phrase accompanied by a cryptic animation showing the silhouette of what appears to be a redesigned Galaxy Z Fold device. While no name was mentioned, speculation is rife that Samsung could be gearing up to launch its first true Galaxy Z Fold year's Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition was limited to just two countries and released in extremely small numbers. This time around, however, the messaging feels more global in nature — suggesting Samsung may be looking to expand its foldable portfolio with a new top-tier launch date and pricing in IndiaSamsung is widely expected to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7, and possibly the Fold 7 Ultra at its Galaxy Unpacked event on July 4, 2025. World's richest Muslim ever was much wealthier than Mukesh Ambani, Elon Musk, Adani, Tata, went to Mecca with gold worth…, name was...
World's richest Muslim ever was much wealthier than Mukesh Ambani, Elon Musk, Adani, Tata, went to Mecca with gold worth…, name was... With a net worth of Rs $335B, Elon Musk is the richest person according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. This net worth, however, stands in abject comparison with the wealth of a historical figure. Did you know that history speaks of someone whose wealth outshines even today's richest figures like Mukesh Ambani, Elon Musk, Adani, and Tata? Well, the individual was Mansa Musa, the 14th-century emperor of the Mali Empire in West Africa, widely regarded as the richest person to have ever lived. Born in 1280 AD and crowned king in 1312 AD, he is considered to be the richest man to have ever lived. If his net worth is adjusted for inflation, it would be a mind-boggling $400 billion, dwarfing the wealth of today's top billionaires. Mansa Musa's reign made the Mali Empire a cultural and economic behemoth, covering present-day Mali, Senegal, Ivory Coast, and Burkina Faso. The empire was abundant in natural resources, with gold and salt deposits in regions such as Bambuk, Bure, and Wangara creating immense riches. Mali's prime location on the trans-Saharan trade routes established it as a vital commercial nexus, linking Africa with Europe and the Middle East. Mansa Musa's famous pilgrimage to Mecca was so lavish that it caused significant economic disruptions, including inflation, in the areas he traveled through. Lucy Duran, a researcher from the School of African and Oriental Studies in London, emphasizes that Musa's generosity forms a fundamental part of his legacy, showcasing his unwavering commitment to distributing his wealth and aiding others on an extraordinary scale. Mansa Musa was renowned not just for his vast wealth but also for his remarkable generosity. One of the most extraordinary events in his life was his legendary pilgrimage to Mecca, considered one of the most lavish journeys ever recorded. His caravan was unmatched in scale, featuring 100 camels carrying gold, 12,000 attendants, and a procession of 60,000 enslaved people. Historical records estimate that he carried around 18 tonnes of gold—an astonishing amount worth nearly $957 million in 2022. This pilgrimage showcased Musa's incredible riches and firmly established his status as a figure of global importance. As Mansa Musa journeyed through cities like Cairo, his extravagant distribution of gold poured immense wealth into the local economy. However, this sudden surge in currency supply led to unforeseen consequences—triggering inflation and a short-term drop in the value of gold. While his generosity was widely admired, it also underscored the overwhelming magnitude of his fortune and the profound economic ripple effects it created. He is often considered the richest person to have ever lived. It is reported that his wealth surpasses even the richest individuals of today, such as Mukesh Ambani, Elon Musk, Adani, and Tata.
