EasyJet passenger left 'disgusted' as couple do something 'unhygienic' on flight
Erin clocked a woman's bare feet resting on the tray table mid-flight. The 27 year old fashion merchandiser was then utterly repulsed as the man seemed to be fiddling with her French pedicure toenails and 'flicking bits of dirt' about.
She alleges the pair carried on this way for 20 minutes, prompting awkward chuckles from fellow passengers.
Erin took to TikTok to share the nauseating incident, captioning her video 'Nothing beats an easyJet flight. Hope no one ate off this tray table on the next flight'.
Since being posted on July 31, the clip has exploded online, amassing over 336,200 views, reports the Mirror.
Appalled, Erin described the act as 'unhygienic' and a 'depressing' finale to her getaway.
Southwark resident Erin expressed: "I felt so disgusted and I couldn't believe it.
"The partner was sprawled across the seats with her feet on the tray table, which was shocking enough.
"Her partner then started picking at her toenails and flicking little bits [of dirt] everywhere. It was disgusting."
She continued: "I was absolutely horrified. I was with my family and none of us could actually believe what was happening.
"Even to do that in the privacy of your own home is questionable but to put them on a tray table where people are eating off all day.
"I was relieved I wasn't sitting next to them. I had the perfect view from my aisle seat which is horrifying. I couldn't really take my eyes off even though I wanted to.
"Her feet were on that table the majority of the four-and-a-half-hour flight. She was really making herself at home. It's so unhygienic.
"Other passengers around us had noticed as well. Everyone was laughing and it was quite unbelievable.
"As if things aren't depressing enough when your week in the sun has just ended and you're faced with toe picking the whole way home."

Numerous users flocked to the comments section to voice their revulsion. One person declared: "Totally gross."
Whilst another remarked: "That's disgusting anywhere."
A third chimed in: "Save it for later."
Meanwhile, a fourth individual questioned: "Why on earth?".
EasyJet has been contacted for comment.
The incident follows another recent controversy where a fellow air traveller condemned a mother for changing her infant's soiled nappy on a tray table instead of utilising the lavatory facilities.
She revealed on Reddit: "I'm a really nauseous flyer, so I took a Dramamine ahead of time and did my best to get some sleep during the flight.
"This didn't happen because of the baby's crying, but oh well, I know flights are scary and stressful for infants and there was nothing anyone could do about that.
"What got to me was the couple changing their baby's extremely stinky number two diaper right in the middle of their seats, using the mum's food tray as a changing table.
"We were at the back of the plane right by the bathrooms, which I confirmed had baby changing tables when I had to go back there to throw up after the smell hit me."
Much to her delight, the pilot ended up speaking out against this behaviour - but sadly it was too late to stop the smell from making its way around the cabin.

Ryanair cuts flights to major holiday hotspots amid tax hike
Irish low-cost carrier Ryanair has announced a major shake-up to its French routes, axing all direct flights to three regional airports and slashing services to several tourist hotspots. The airline will cease operations entirely to Brive, Bergerac, and Strasbourg, while flights to destinations including Marseille, Paris-Beauvais, and Toulouse will also be scaled back in the months ahead. The cuts mean fewer options for Irish travellers heading to some of France's most popular holiday regions. M/Shutterstock Services to the sun-soaked French Riviera city of Marseille will fall by 9%, Paris-Beauvais, a key gateway to the capital, will see an 8% reduction, and Toulouse, famed for its 20 museums and vibrant cultural scene, will experience a 4% drop. In total, the shake-up amounts to the loss of 25 flight routes and around 750,000 seats on Ryanair services to and from France. The airline has blamed the reductions on rising aviation taxes, claiming that the increased costs have left certain routes unsustainable. The cuts mean fewer options for Irish travellers heading to some of France's most popular holiday regions. Pic: Philippe Clement/Shutterstock Ryanair says it had no choice but to scale back its French operations in order to protect its wider European network. In March, the French government moved to increase the 'Airline Ticket Solidarity tax.' This will be applied to all airline tickets on flights departing from French territory, and is aimed at supporting climate initiatives. Sharing a statement on the increase and subsequent change of service, Ryanair said: 'This completely avoidable loss will have a severe impact on regional connectivity, tourism and local employment. 'Unless the government changes course and abolishes this unfair air tax, Ryanair's capacity and investment in France will inevitably be redirected to more competitive European markets such as Sweden, Hungary, or parts of Italy.'

Irish tourist captures adults pushing kids in sunbed wars at four-star resort
Dozens of holidaymakers have been spotted sprinting to bag a sunbed – with even a 12-year-old boy joining in to nab the first one. Irish tourist Mark Hunter was shocked to see the chaos unfold from his hotel balcony at the Hotel Playas de Torrevieja in Costa Blanca, Spain. The 38-year-old watched on as determined holiday-goers raced for a lounger with their towels in tow as the pool gates opened, reports The Mirror. One woman tripped over a chain barrier near the edge of the frame but quickly recovered, while others weaved past her in the dash. Mark was particularly surprised to see children pushed and jostled in the desperate rush for a prime pool spot. Mark, a corporate manager, filmed the clip at the hotel at around 9.54am on Friday (2 August), while on holiday with his wife Tara and their son Jake. Mark with his wife, Tara (Image: Jam Press/@markhu238) "I was shocked to see grown adults reduced to scrambling for sun beds," he told Luxury Travel Daily. "It is exactly the same every morning - there are grown adults pushing past children to get a sun bed by the pool." After watching the chaos unfold, Mark's 12-year-old son asked if he could take part the next morning. He added: "My little boy did want to be involved in the chaos the next morning as he thought it looked fun. We did let him queue and he was the fastest to a sunbed!" Mark shared the clip on TikTok, where it has left viewers stunned with over 2,400 likes so far. He is not the only one to have found himself on the frontlines of the sunbed wars. Laura Smith and her fiancé Eric Whittaker recently labelled their holiday morning routine "chaotic" thanks to the poolside skirmishes that were breaking out. Laura revealed that guests armed with towels start queuing an hour before the pool opened at 9am. Lines of over 100 holidaymakers would stand around waiting for hotel workers to open up the pool. The couple, who got engaged last September, were staying at the five-star RIU Funana resort in Sal, Cape Verde. The hotel costs upwards of £1,000 (approximately €1,150) per person a week and implemented a one-hour bed reserve policy to help stop the chaos. This involved pool workers placing a ticket on an unoccupied sun lounger and coming back an hour later to remove the towel if it was still unused. Last month, an incident occurred at the four-star Spring Bitacora hotel in Tenerife, where Liam Pourhana and his friend, Paul Nygaard, had front-row seats to shocking scenes of sunbed chaos. They witnessed a hotel worker almost get trampled by a 'stampede' of guests rushing to secure the best poolside sun beds. Footage showed the security guard unlocking the gate before dropping his keycard. He was almost knocked over by clambering holidaymakers as he tried to retrieve the card before retreating to safety.
