GMA Network24-05-2025
Tensions are high in 'Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition' as the housemates take on their second Big Intensity Challenge.
After Shuvee Etrata and Ralph De Leon won the first challenge, this new one will determine which two other housemates will receive the remaining immunity medals.
The four winners, two Kapusos and two Kapamilyas, will be given the freedom to choose their final duo. They will also be immune to the upcoming nomination.
Meanwhile, the 10 losing housemates will automatically be up for nomination for the coming week, and two of them will be evicted.
Unlike the past weeks, viewers will be given the chance to vote for the nominated housemates individually.
'Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition' airs new episodes on GMA Network weekdays at 10 p.m. and weekends at 6:15 p.m. —Carby Rose Basina/JCB, GMA Integrated News

Liza Soberano reveals reason behind breakup with Enrique Gil

Liza Soberano recently went viral after her tell-all on "Can I Come In?" where she confirmed her break up from Enrique Gil three years ago. On Monday, 'Fast Talk With Boy Abunda' aired a previously unreleased 12-minute video of the King of Talk's interview with Liza from 2023, in which they discussed her relationship with the Kapamilya actor. 'Quen and I have decided to separate ways and that is because our values and the way we see life doesn't just align anymore,' Liza said in the video. According to Liza, the changes she experienced in 2022 eventually made it difficult for them to support each other the way they used to. 'So we decided that it was just easier to separate ways and kinda find ourselves first, kinda explore before we take it to the next level,' she said. Liza and Quen had been together for nearly eight years, and were already getting asked about marriage. 'I came to the point where I didn't know if that's what I wanted anymore honestly 'cause there's so much more that I wanted to achieve and he's older than me. He's in his 30s, of course he is thinking about settling down, starting a family and so it just doesn't line up anymore,' she said in the video. The unreleased 12-minute video shown during Monday's episode came from Liza's two-part interview with Boy Abunda in March 2023, shortly after she had caused a ruckus with her controversial vlog, "This is Me." Explaining why the portion of the interview was cut back then, Tito Boy said Liza had requested for it not to air. In "Can I Come In?" Liza also opened up about her traumatic childhood, and the plenty abuses she endured. — Jade Veronique Yap/LA, GMA Integrated News

'Delulu,' 'Skibidi,' 'Tradwife' among new words added to Cambridge Dictionary

"Delulu" is among the latest additions to the Cambridge Dictionary! According to a report by BBC, the famous Internet slang for delusional, listed as an adjective, was defined by Cambridge as "believing things that are not real or true, usually because you choose to." Aside from "delulu," the slang terms "skibidi" and "tradwife" also made it to the dictionary. Cambridge defined "Skibidi" as an adjective that can have different meanings such as "cool" or "bad," or can be used with no real meaning as a joke. Meanwhile, "Tradwife" refers to a married woman, especially one who posts on social media, who stays at home doing cooking, cleaning, and has children that she takes care of. It is also a short term for a traditional wife. Other words that were included in Cambridge Dictionary is the term "mouse jiggler," a device or piece of software used to make it seem as though you are working when you are not," and "broglicarchy," which means "a small group of men, especially men owning or involved in a technology business, who are extremely rich and powerful, and who have or want political influence." —Jade Veronique Yap/MGP, GMA Integrated News
