The model and former Page 3 girl went under the knife five weeks ago to have her 34HH bust reduced and lifted.
At the time, Rhian shared a snap with her followers of her in a hospital gown with markings drawn on her boobs before she headed down for the op.

Taking to Instagram now, the 38-year-old told fans she's dropped to a cup size now of 32E as she showed off her breasts.

Meanwhile, speaking to The Sun following her procedure, Rhian revealed she had the equivalent of 'four Coke cans worth' of tissue removed.
'I've got a mole that was on my upper chest that is now down by the nipple. My nipples have come up by 12 cms,' she said.
The mum-of-one also shared how her boobs now match for the very first time after previously using tactics to disguise their 'unevenness'.
She explained: 'My boobs were a whole cup size different. The right one was always bigger so I'd always have to have one arm up, in every photoshoot, to make them look even.'
While Rhian previously shared how her husband Oliver Mellor was ' gutted' over her breast reduction, he's now comparing her to Pamela Anderson.

Rhian received backlash from fans when she initially announced her plans for a reduction online and was trolled in March of this year
She beamed: 'Oliver was a bit nervous at first because he likes big boobs and he was worried about the scarring.
'But he can't believe how well they've turned out. He's very pleased with them. He says I look like Pammy (Anderson) again because they're so perky.
'They look good and they're still a good size. A decent handful for him.'
Rhian added that her back was 'in bits all the time' over her out of proportion posture which led to her taking painkillers daily, while buying dresses and vest tops were a no-no.
The model and OnlyFans star received backlash from fans when she initially announced her plans for a reduction online.
In March, she shared a post with several screenshots of cruel comments from trolls, as she emphasised that it was her own decision what to do to her own body.
She fumed: 'It's actually quite shameful that I'm actually writing a caption to JUSTIFY what I'm doing with MY body.
'Boob experts (men) are messaging me telling me to just lose weight and they'll shrink. Look at me!?? I'm the size I was yet despite your professional advice my melons haven't shrunk. Who'd have thought?
'My back hurts. I long to wear backless dresses. Buy sexy lingerie, wear no bra when I go out, run, swim without them falling out of my swim suit. They don't make me happy this big.
'Messaging me and calling me deluded for wanting a reduction to go back to the size I was 12 months ago - is absurd.'
Rhian rose to fame in 2006 as a Page 3 model at just 19 years old, quickly amassing a huge fanbase and securing lucrative deals - including a £100,000 payday for her appearance on Celebrity Big Brother in 2012.
She and Oliver, 44, welcomed their 'miracle' son George in April last year after a challenging five-year journey which involved eight rounds of IVF and £150,000.
Last month the worried mum revealed the 15-month old had contracted hand, foot, and mouth disease as she pleaded with fans for advice on how to help him feel better.

Tonight, England took on Spain live from St Jakob-Park in Basel, Switzerland, in the hopes of replicating their Euro 2022 success against Germany at Wembley. And boy did they, as Sarina Wiegman's squad triumphed over their former rivals, having lost to Spain once before in the World Cup final. With no intention of admitting defeat at any point, the 1-1 game was taken to penalties, which led to England thrashing their opponents 3-1 and going on to lift that glorious trophy. It's safe to say the scenes were emotional as the Lionesses pulled one another into hugs and wiped away tears after Alex Greenwood, Niamh Charles, and Chloe Kelly scored in their shoot-outs, causing the stadium to erupt. The reactions were just as wild back home, too, as celebrities including Piers Morgan, Amanda Holden, Rylan Clark, and Alan Carr were keen to wish captain Leah Williamson and her teammates a very big well done.
