Megyn Kelly says George Clooney 'should call me up' as their feud rages on
She may have been recognized at the 2025 TIME100 Gala as a Leader this week, but
Megyn Kelly seemingly hasn't dropped what George Clooney previously said about her
and her career.
The 54-year-old journalist
isn't one for
shying away from controversy, and her thoughts on
the Ocean's 11 star's
opinion of her is certainly no exception
, as she proved at the star-studded gala on Thursday.
Earlier this week, George questioned "what" Kelly,
a former Fox News anchor,
has "done to be a journalist" during his sit-down with Patti LuPone for Variety's Actors on Actors: Broadway series. In response, Megyn fired back at the actor during an 11-minute-long tirade on her SiriusXM show.

The star was probed on her reasoning for clapping back at the Gala, telling Extra, "It's too delicious not to." She added, 'Honestly, George Clooney tried to advise me on how to practice journalism? Take care, honey.'

In fact, Megyn suggested, "You know what? He should call me up. I would love to talk to him about it. He's obviously got thoughts on me, so let's do that.'
During her initial take-down of George during Wednesday's episode of her eponymous podcast, Kelly argued that she is a journalist despite what he believes. 'He's starring in a play about Edward R. Murrow because Clooney fancies himself a journalist, you see, and has lots of thoughts on how journalists need to do journalism,' she said.

She continued to fume, 'He does it mainly by stumbling upon the biggest story of the decade, that a sitting President is mentally infirm and ought to be 25th Amendment'ed right out of office, and then burying it, saying absolutely nothing for weeks on end.
'And then only after that President humiliates himself on the national stage at a Presidential debate and then refuses to step down as the entire Democrat Party watches its electoral chances up and down the ticket go swirling down the toilet.'
George Clooney previously questioned Megyn Kelly's journalistic abilities
'Finally, he decides to write an op-ed in the New York Times saying
Joe Biden
is not up for the job,' she went on. 'That's not journalism, George — it's cowardice and naked partisanship. You're not fooling anyone," Megyn then stabbed.
However, Megyn wasn't finished there. She threw even more shade at the Oscar winner as she insinuated that he launched the Broadway production of his new show, Good Night, and Good Luck, which is an adaptation of his 2005 film of the same name, due to a shortage of roles for the star at age 63.
'So now he's starring in his Broadway show … by the way, what's the matter, George? Are the Hollywood roles getting a little hard to come by as you age and get decidedly more smug and self congratulatory? I'm just asking!' Megyan brutally remarked.

‘Wicked: For Good' trailer drops: here are 11 spellbinding movie witches to celebrate
Witches have long captured the imagination of film lovers—mysterious, powerful and often misunderstood. But the most unforgettable ones go beyond pointy hats and potions. Whether they're fighting injustice like Wicked's Elphaba, navigating love and loss like Practical Magic's Owens sisters or rewriting reality like Wanda Maximoff, these spellcasters cast more than just hexes—they cast lasting impressions. From darkly comic to heartbreakingly human, here are 11 cinematic witches whose stories still enchant us today. The trailer for Wicked: For Good just dropped, and if the fan reactions are anything to go by, it's safe to say that people can't wait to revisit Elphaba and Glinda in Oz. As 'Wicked: For Good' brings Elphaba and Glinda back to the big screen later this year, we look at 11 iconic movie witches who've enchanted audiences with their magic, power and unforgettable stories At the heart of Wicked—the blockbuster adaptation of the Broadway musical based on a novel that reimagined The Wizard of Oz—are two very different witches: Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) and Glinda (Ariana Grande). Opposites in every possible way, the two begin as rivals at Shiz University, treating each other with open disdain. But over time, they form an unlikely friendship—one that will change not only the course of their lives, but the very fabric of who they are, for good. Like the stage musical, the film delves into themes of 'good' vs 'wicked', while spotlighting the strength and transformative power of female friendship. It's not just about spells, sorcery or flying monkeys—it's about identity, acceptance and standing by someone when the world refuses to. At the end of the day, the real magic is in their friendship. Erivo and Grande have been widely praised for their performances, which honour the iconic Broadway originals while making the characters distinctly their own. Their chemistry is electric, their solos soaring. Fans are already holding space for their return in Wicked: For Good, which lands in cinemas on 21 November. Pamela Anderson Steps Out in Showgirl-Worthy Style at the Met Gala 2025
Pamela Anderson has had quite a year. First, the 57-year-old star's career-defining turn as veteran Las Vegas dancer Shelly in Gia Coppola's The Last Showgirl got rave reviews and earned her a Golden Globe nomination; now, with the chaos of awards season behind her, Anderson is ready to celebrate the first Monday in May with her oldest son Brandon Thomas Lee by her side. Anderson hit the red carpet at the 2025 Met Gala with Lee, a producer and actor known for his roles in TV shows and movies including Cosmic Sin and Sierra Burgess is a Loser. (Anderson's younger son, Dylan Jagger Lee, is also a model and musician.) Anderson wore an ice-blue silk mesh Tory Burch gown embroidered with twisted silver sequins and a mix of scattered crystals, and in a nod to the night's Tailored for You dress code, the dress's silhouette was tailored from the inside out using traditional menswear techniques. Lee wore a custom tuxedo by Genuardi. Anderson and Lee's professional collaboration didn't begin and end with the Met Gala, of course; Lee was credited as an executive producer on The Last Showgirl , telling Variety in December 2024 of his involvement with the film: 'My personal mission was to give my mom the opportunities she gave me as a child. She would do anything for me. She showed up and was a very good mother.' Hopefully, we'll have many more projects (not to mention red-carpet looks) coming our way from Pamela Anderson & Sons in the future. Article originally published on Vogue US

Gene Hackman's official cause of death confirmed after tragic discovery at home
Two months following his passing, the cause of death for screen icon Gene Hackman has been disclosed. The famed actor passed away at 95 in his Santa Fe mansion and was found on February 26 with his younger companion, Betsy Arakawa, who was just 65. It was a caretaker at his home who raised the alarm, noticing a woman lying motionless as he peeked into the house through a window. Officials later determined that Betsy had passed approximately a week prior to her husband, whose advanced Alzheimer's might have left him unaware of her demise. According to official reports: "Autopsy showed severe atherosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease, with placement of coronary artery stents and a bypass graft, as well as a previous aortic valve replacement." The findings went on to say: "Remote myocardial infarctions were present involving the left ventricular free wall and the septum, which were significantly large. Examination of the brain showed microscopic findings of advanced stage Alzheimer's disease." As per the medical examiner, Gene had a past marked by "history of congestive heart failure" and required a "bi-ventricular pacemaker" in April 2019. Furthermore, at the time of his passing, he exhibited acetone levels of 5.3 mg/dl, starkly higher than the normal 0.3 mg/dL cited by Fox News, reports the Mirror . The toxicology report indicated that acetone is "also a product of diabetic- and fasting-induced ketoacidosis as well as a metabolite following isopropanol ingestion," suggesting Gene may have been fasting for an extended period. Further examinations showed that carbon monoxide levels were normal, debunking the actor's family's initial suspicion of a gas leak causing his and Betsy's deaths. The medical examiner also ruled out carbon monoxide poisoning and confirmed that Gene did not succumb to the same disease that took his wife; hantavirus was the cause of Betsy's demise. Betsy had previously been determined to have died from hantavirus pulmonary syndrome, a rare disease transmitted through rodent droppings and urine. Gene and Betsy resided in a self-designed abode in Santa Fe, which is now believed to have contributed to Betsy's untimely passing due to its condition. A week after finding Gene and Betsy's remains, the New Mexico Department of Public Health conducted a thorough inspection of their home, revealing a distressing state of disrepair. The once Architectural Digest-featured mansion was overrun with rodents and clutter, with insiders who visited the property labeling it a "mess. "The inside of the house was shocking," they remarked. "They didn't have a housekeeper or a maid, so it had beautiful things - furniture and paintings - but there was dog poop on the floor. The inside of the house was bad. Nothing had been dusted. There was nothing in the fridge." Yet, even amid the dire state of their final days, discoveries in the home reveal the image of a deeply affectionate couple right to the end. In the mansion were touching love notes exchanged between the two, showing Gene and Betsy's continued heartfelt communication through handwritten messages. The pair tied the knot back in 1991, with the actor affectionately concluding his notes with: "Love, G." (Image: WireImage) The pair and their dogs were found dead by police conducting a welfare check
