Knighton Town edged out Dolgellau 1-0 while Corwen, who have signed former Chester midfielder Gary Roberts, enjoyed a 3-1 win at Llanfair United thanks to goals from Calyn Spencer, Henry Evans and Harley Bennion.
Saturday's other winners were Radnor Valley, who sneaked home 3-2 at Llanrhaeadr.

Captain Declan Molyneux, Ryan Jenkins, James Rumsey and top scorer Aled Parry netted in a 4-1 win against Builth Wells as their unbeaten record remained intact. Third-placed Corwen won 4-0 at Radnor Valley where Calum Butler helped himself to a hat-trick. Captain Pat Hinchcliffe also scored while Penycae drew 3-3 at Knighton Town, Osian Williams, Ben Buley and Tom Edwards their scorers. Seb Kidd scored twice as Lex XI slumped to a 6-2 defeat at Dolgellau for whom Will Gruffydd bagged a treble. Llangollen Town's poor start goes on after they were beaten 4-1 at Llanfair United. Louie Middlehurst had made it 1-1 at one stage for bottom-of-the-table Town. Llandrindod Wells were the day's other winners as they beat hosts Bow Street 2-0. In the only game in Division Two of the North East Wales League, Sychdyn United enjoyed a 3-1 win at Cefn Druids. Adam Woosey (2) and Shay Davies scored with captain Dan Roberts hitting back for Druids, who had a player sent off.

Just ask Marchwiel and Wrexham, whose long Division Two trek to Pwllheli concluded in an agonising one-run loss. Craig Edwards (49) and Ioan Jones (48) were the chief scorers in Pwllheli's 183. Scott Lawrenson and Phil Oddie took three wickets apiece for Marchwiel and Wrexham, who responded with 182 for six (Chris Woodcock 76 not out, Gareth Evans 40). There were no such concerns for leaders Buckley, who swept aside Ruthin by 10 wickets. Two victims each went the way of Matthew Blunden, Abbey Mayers and Adam Shaw when Ruthin were bundled out for just 67. Buckley didn't hang around in their 69 without loss (Rocco Franco 36 not out) reply, which was achieved in 8.1 overs. Pontblyddyn were on the wrong end of a hefty 157-run loss at St Asaph Seconds, who cracked 287 for four (Ankush Upadhyaya 121, Elliot Goddard 61). Nick Thomas top scored with 38 in Pontblyddyn's 130. Corwen remained in the promotion spots courtesy of a 51-run success at Menai Bridge Seconds, who were all out for 182 (Matt Bixby 54, William Pooler 4-27). Earlier in the day, Harry Pooler (50) and Jordan Williams (40) led Corwen to 233 (Sean Morris 4-28). A Sunday showdown saw Carmel & District triumph by 12 runs at Llay. Elsewhere, Abergele defeated Llanrwst by eight wickets. Bersham caused a major stir in Division Three with their 44-run triumph at home to leaders Denbigh Seconds, who lost for just the third time this summer. Vipin Shylajan, Aneesh Pattali and Jojo Thomas all got into the 30s as Bersham made 179 for nine. It proved enough in the end, with Denbigh's effort halted on 135 (Pattali 4-11). Second-placed Mold Seconds made sure of a 20-run success in a high-scoring clash with Llandudno Seconds. Over 500 runs were witnessed, with Mold romping to 266 for five (George Jones 88, Craig Roberts 38, David Graham 38). Far from being overawed, David Barlow (99 not out) and Ajay Dhawan (91) helped Llandudno to 246 for four. Gwersyllt Park Seconds' promotion quest was dealt a blow in a five-wicket loss at Hawarden Park Seconds, who got to 128 for five (Owen Williams 50 not out, Chris Books 42). Park were restricted to 125 for nine. Buckley Seconds got the better of Gresford Seconds by 45 runs. Conwy Seconds gathered a six-wicket triumph at Abergele Seconds and Bethesda Seconds pipped Gwynedd rivals Caernarfon by eight runs. In their Division Four top of the table showdown, Bersham Seconds defeated leaders Mynydd Isa & Maeshafn by seven wickets. Deepak Loguchetty Deenadayalu (35) top scored in the hosts' 149 (Kiran Viswambharan 4-32). Bersham replied with 150 for three. New leaders are Brymbo Thirds on the back of their 165-run win over Bala. Captain Charlie Croasdale struck 118 not out in Brymbo's 257 for three, while Aled Edwards picked up three for 10 in Bala's 92 for eight. Marchwiel and Wrexham Seconds eased to a 162-run success at home to Dolgellau Seconds, who were all out for 93 (Paul Baines 3-25). Earlier, Zahid Sharif's 130 was the highlight in the home side's 255 for six. Callum Ferguson (3-15) and Ryan Ferguson (3-23) impressed as Halkyn Seconds defeated Hawarden Park Thirds by five wickets. Sunday East League leaders Gwersyllt Park Thirds (Rhys Griffiths 56 and 4-19) bagged a 90-run success at Hawarden Park Fourths. Despite 101 retired not out from Steff Lloyd, Corwen Seconds lost by eight wickets to Northop Thirds (Elgan Skillander 56no, Tomas Bevan 52). Buckley Thirds (Alfie McManus 42 and 4-12, Harry Sprowell 3-23) edged out Mold Thirds (Daryl Caswell 4-20) by 27 runs and a five-wicket outcome went to Halkyn Thirds (Ryan Ferguson 3-17, Sam Hamilton 53no) versus Northop Hall Fourths.
