Henry Cavill reveals the gender of his baby as he shares rare comments about fatherhood and life in his 'forever home' with fiancée Natalie Viscuso
The British actor, 41, and his girlfriend Natalie Viscuso, 35, welcomed a baby girl in January 2025 and the pair, until now, have chosen to not name or reveal the gender of the tot.
He revealed the gender to GQ when he opened up about managing his time and settling into their 'forever home'.
When asked by the publication what was the most important time of his life, he said: 'My daughter being born, and the five of us settling into our forever home.
'Daily routine is not a luxury that I am afforded, but travelling to far flung places and the opportunity to be storytelling at the level that I am makes up for all of it', he later added.
In June last year, Natalie broke her silence on her pregnancy and gushed she can't wait to be a mum in a sweet post on social media.
Henry Cavill has revealed the gender of his baby as he shared rare comments about fatherhood and his daily life
Henry and Natalie announced they were expecting their first child together back in April last year.
Natalie shared a post to her Instagram as she looked forward to the 'next phase of life'.
She wore a denim jacket that said 'mama' in red letters on the back as she looked back at the camera for the stunning shot.
The beauty then penned in the caption: 'So very excited for this next phase of life - becoming a mama! I do hope this kid loves horror movies as much as I do, one day. #hellodarkness.'
Henry had earlier asked fans for some parenting 'tips' in a sweet Father's Day post last year.
The Superman star took to Instagram of Father's Day as he asked for some parenting 'tips' ahead of becoming a dad for the first time.
Henry lay beside a baby cot as he wrote: 'Oh yeah.....and Happy Father's Day ye dads out there.
'Turns out I shall be joining your hallowed ranks soon! Any tips?? And don't worry, pillows won't be in the crib when the wee one arrives, just glue and scapels so he or she can build Warhammer miniatures. #FathersDay (sic)'
Back in April Henry revealed that he was 'very excited' to be expecting his first child with Natalie.
The Man Of Steel star shared the news at the premiere of The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare in New York City, admitting that he can't wait to become a dad for the first time.
Henry told Access Hollywood: 'I'm very excited about it. Natalie and I are both very excited about it. I'm sure you'll see much more of that.'
After being told that he will make a great father, Henry replied: 'Thank you.'
The longtime Superman star will be busy in Australia for the next few months working on Voltron.
He signed on to the film that already features unknown star Daniel Quinn-Toye, and Rawson Marshall Thurber as the director, who will be working from a screenplay he co-wrote with Ellen Shanman.
Voltron is based on the 1980s animated TV series that followed a team of space explorers who pilot a giant super robot known as Voltron, and was adapted from several Japanese anime TV series by Toei Animation.
The details of the plot are still unclear, as the cast, crew, and Amazon studio have all remained tight-lipped about how the storyline plays out.
According to Deadline, Amazon went into a bidding war with Universal and Warner Bros. in 2022 in order to secure the right to the production.
After winning the bidding war to secure the rights last August, Amazon took about three months to reveal Quinn-Toye had been cast in a lead role in early October.
The premise for Voltron centers on five young pilots in a battalion named the Robot Lions, which are vehicles that join together to form the mega-robot.

Geordie Shore star Kyle Christie ties the knot with 'Miss Newcastle' Vicky Turner in front of co-stars at 'wedding of the year' in Rome - as his ex Holly Hagan has her say from back home
Geordie Shore star Kyle Christie celebrated his marriage to model Vicky Turner in Rome on Sunday in a ceremony dubbed 'the wedding of the year'. After legally tying the knot back home in December, the happy couple invited a host of their co-stars to the Italian capital to enjoy a second ceremony over the weekend. With the big day reportedly filmed and set to feature on the new series of Geordie Shore, reality TV fan-favourites such as James Tindale, Sophie Kasaei and Jordan Brook were all in attendance. And they shared a host of snaps of their pals' 'beautiful' celebration to social media, showing Kyle and Vicky beaming as they enjoyed the occasion in sunny Italy. One video posted by Chloe Ferry showed the husband and wife sharing their first kiss in front of guests as a blaze of rainbow-coloured smoke shot up behind them. While a later video showed Kyle, sporting a changed all-black tux, and Vicky, who had slipped into a dazzling sparkly dress, cutting their cake together at the evening's reception. Sharing a host of pictures from the big day to his Instagram, Kyle wrote: 'Mr & Mrs Christie. 20.07.25' The newlyweds' guests and celebrity pals took to the comments section to congratulate them, with some dubbing the ceremony 'the wedding of the year'. Former Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby, who was not present, wrote: 'Oh wow congratulations both of you what a beautiful day!' James Tindale commented: 'The most perfect wedding to ever exist wow! Thank you for letting me be a part of your special day xx' 'What a day! So so happy for you, Congratulations, love you both,' Jordan Brook added. While Holly Hagan, who dated Kyle for three years during their time on the show together, even took to the comments section, writing: 'Congratulations to you both'. Despite both Kyle and Holly rejoining the popular reality show for its reunion series, the 32-year-old brunette beauty was reportedly not invited to the wedding. After rumours that the big day could be filmed began swirling a couple of months ago, a source confirmed that Holly wouldn't be in attendance alongside her castmates. The source told The Sun at the time: 'It's not that there is bad blood between them, as the relationship ended a long time ago, but they don't really have much to do with each other out of filming group scenes. 'Holly wouldn't be someone Kyle would add to the guest list.' On Kyle's guest list nevertheless were Geordie Shore favourites of years gone by James Tindale, Nathan Henry, Jordan Brook, Sophie Kasaei and Chloe Ferry. Chloe, who joined the show in series 10, sported an eye-catching orange dress for the occasion as she shared snaps of the ceremony to her 3.8million Instagram followers. While Sophie, who slipped into a busty brown dress in Rome, gushed about the 'incredible day' in a caption posted to her Stories. The 35-year-old stunner wrote: 'Will never get over how incredible yesterday was. I watched my friend of 20 years marry his best friend. The most perfect day with so much love in Rome!' Kyle and Vicky previously said 'I Do' at their initial ceremony at St George Church in East Baldon late last year. Kyle announced the news on Instagram accompanied by another collection of adorable snaps. In one, the couple shared a passionate kiss, while their son Crew, three, joined them for a heartwarming family portrait. Kyle and his son both looked dashing in matching black suits, while Vicky wowed in a sparkling white waistcoat paired with a satin cream skirt. Alongside the pictures, he penned: 'Legally Mr & Mrs Christie, next stop Rome,' referring to the latest ceremony. The reality star got down on one-knee back in September 2023 while on a plush private yacht in Italy in front of the picturesque backdrop of the Amalfi Coast. He dressed to impress in a crisp white shirt and beige shorts, while Vicky wowed in a gorgeous silver shimmering dress. The model looked shocked but was quick to say yes to Kyle's question, before showing off the dazzling engagement ring. The couple shared a series of hugs and kisses as they celebrated the huge milestone. Alongside the loved-up video, Kyle penned: 'Mr & Mrs Christie coming soon…here's to forever'. The couple welcomed their son Crew Jax three years earlier, with the TV star announcing the happy news with a sweet post of him cradling his baby boy in his arms. Kyle wrote: 'Crew Jax Christie. Born: 15:57, 13th September 2021 Weighing: 8 pounds 6 oz. Welcome to the world Crew you are so loved, we couldn't of asked for a more perfect little boy. Mam & Dad love you so much.'

Harry & Meg's £78m Netflix deal is DEAD after As Ever flop – bosses are just waiting for credits to roll, insider slams
PRINCE Harry and Meghan's £78million Netflix deal is dead after As Ever flopped, an insider has slammed. Meghan's lifestyle series failed to break into Netflix's top 300 programmes in the first half of this year - even being beaten by her old show Suits. 5 5 5 The With Love, Meghan viewing figures have reportedly been "dismal". Harry's documentary Polo did even worse, ranked at a 3,436 out of 7,000 shows and was only watched by 500,000 people in six months. Speaking to the Mail, an insider blasted: "This deal is dead. She had everything going for her—name, platform, press—and the numbers were dismal. "They're just waiting for the credits to roll. They're letting it expire without drama. There's no appetite for anything new." The couple's deal with the streaming giant expires this year. The Duchess of Sussex claimed that a second season of her lifestyle show is in the works - but the insider's comments have cast doubt on its future. The duchess posted on Instagram saying she's "thrilled" with the decision for a second season. Wearing a Netflix cap she was seen grinning in a short clip on her stories, with the caption: "Lettuce romaine calm... or not(!) because I'm thrilled to share that Season 2 of 'With Love, Meghan' is coming!" Meghan's eight-part show saw her bee-keeping, making homemade candles and cooking with celeb pals, including Mindy Kaling and make-up artist Daniel Martin. Sussex's £100million deal may not be renewed by Netflix – despite Meghan's show getting 2nd series By Rod McPhee THE Duke and Duchess of Sussex's £100million deal to make shows with Netflix may not be renewed — despite Meghan's lifestyle show getting a second series. Reports suggest the follow- up season to With Love, Meghan, which will air this year, was filmed back-to-back with the first and was part of the initial contract. Sources say the sequel is no indication Netflix will want another major deal with Prince Harry and his wife. A TV insider said: 'Netflix have been broadly pleased with the show and don't care if the reviews are scathing. 'The streamer's name has been on everyone's lips for the past week and that's a victory for them. 'But it's now a question of whether they feel that striking another deal represents value for money, or if they feel that they have explored all the opportunities they can with the couple.' With Love, Meghan was generally derided when it was released last week, but within three days, Netflix confirmed the second series. Netflix and Archewell, the production company that makes the couple's shows, declined to comment on the contract renewal. With Love, Meghan was released to tie in with the launch of the Duchess of Sussex's As Ever brand. However both her Netflix series and her brand have been slammed by royal experts time and time again. Speaking on The Sun's Royal Exclusive show, broadcaster Esther Krakue questioned the point of the eight-part With Love, Meghan, which saw the duchess hosting celeb pals such as Mindy Kaling and Abigail Spencer. The Netflix series saw Meghan making guest baskets, beeswax candles, and a single skillet spaghetti, filmed at a farmhouse near her £12million Montecito mansion. Esther shared: 'There's nothing there. 'She's very, like - I'm not saying this to be horrible - she is not an entertainer or an entertaining person." After signing on the Sussexes in a deal reportedly worth £78million over five years, Netflix has so far created a Harry & Meghan documentary, Invictus and Polo. Despite any criticism, Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos is said to be in full support of the Duchess of Sussex. The second series of With Love, Meghan — with no Harry or their children Archie, six, and Lilibet, three — has already been filmed and is due to be screened in the autumn. Meghan re-launched her As Ever brand this summer. The Duchess of Sussex, 43, has added Rosé wine to her range of As ever products - which is her first alcoholic beverage. The 2023 pink booze from Napa Valley, California, will be sold via her As ever website from July 1. It has been announced alongside two new spreads now available including a Limited-Edition Orange Blossom Honey for $28 (£20). And she has also restocked six of the original products including $15 flower sprinkles. But there is no new raspberry spread available after Meg admitted she may never restock the infamous jam spread. The brand has been dogged by controversy, after the mayor of a small Majorcan town accused Meg of 'plagiarism' over similarities between her logo and their 14th century coat of arms. And one of Meghan 's favourite publications have slammed her fruity creation. The Cut slated the spread, which could be a huge blow to Meghan as she gave one of her first interviews to them after stepping down as a senior royal back in 2020. In the article, the publication got 12 staff members to give the jam a taste for themselves - and it got a very mixed response. "I wouldn't pay $14 for this. Its consistency is a little too thin for my taste - you really wouldn't be able to spread it on toast," features editor Catherine Thompson said. And features writer Emily Gould agreed the texture was it's downfall, she said: "I was put off by the texture. It's slimy and viscous, a bit like baby food. Generously, raspberry purée." Meanwhile, The Cut's senior writer EJ Dickson didn't mince their words after tasting the spread. They said: "It sucks! It's like something you'd see at the toppings bar at Pinkberry, not a functional, standalone jam in itself. "I would argue that not only Bonne Maman is far superior but also Smuckers. Very disappointing. I figured she'd be better at making jam than producing podcast content, but no." 5 5
