PHILADELPHIA, PA, June 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cohen Circle Acquisition Corp. II (NASDAQ:CCIIU) (the 'Company') today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 22,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit.
