With four stages, over 30 DJs, and a lineup stacked with house royalty including Sam Divine, Todd Terry, Barbara Tucker, The Shapeshifters, and Alison Limerick, it's set to be a huge celebration of house music culture.

At the heart of it all is the Music Factory Stage, a nod to Love to be…'s original 90s home, where New York house legend Victor Simonelli will deliver a special set packed with soulful energy and deep grooves alongside Alison Limerick performing the hit single 'Where Love Lives', Gatecrasher resident Allister Whitehead, Hacienda legend Tom Wainwright, Love to be… founder Tony Walker and many more.
This is a rewind in time to the glory days of 90s house music. To mark the occasion, Victor Simonelli has curated a playlist titled 'Some of NY's Finest Favorites', showcasing highlights from his extensive label catalogue.
He told us: "It would be more fluid for me doing a chart of some of my favorite releases from my own labels...
"Besides myself, these labels include releases from many well-known artists and producers. So something like, 'Some of NY's Finest Favorites'.'
From timeless vocal collaborations to fresh cuts from new artists (including his son), the playlist is a true celebration of NYC house heritage with Simonelli's signature touch.

Groove Committee Feat. Marcie Allen - I Still Believe [Bassline Records]
Marcie Allen - the singer on this - and I have been friends since the 80s. Before She and I met, she was in the group Aquarian Dream and worked with Patrick Adams and many others.
We have made numerous tunes together including "All Over Me" by Underground Circuit (sampled by Jr Vasquez for "Dream Drums"), "You Need Someone" by Groove Committee, amongst others.
This is our latest release together and will also be included on her upcoming album that we are putting together.
Soul Magic & Ebony Soul Feat. Ann Nesby - Get Your Thing Together (Odyssey Inc. Remix) [Bassline Records]
I wrote this with Lenny D in 1989, and originally recorded it with Martha Wash.
That version was never released, but a version with Roberta Gilliam was in around 1990.
Fast Forward to approx. 2008, and I recorded a version with Ann Nesby, who added some additional writing to it too. Various mixes have been done on it since, and this is the latest - a new release.

It was a Dream for me do a tune with D Train, and this is it. Here is my Original mix of it, released this year.
Northbound – A Better Way Feat. Mone (Jazz N Groove Vocal Club Mix) [Bassline Records]
This is the first release by Mone. I had met Brian Tappert, one of the owners of Traxsource, and Roy Grant, who later became known as Jazz N Groove, at Winter Music Conference in 1992. At the time, they had not produced or released much. I asked them to send demos when they were ready, and they did.
I had started Bassline records around that time, and this was amongst the first releases I assisted them with. We released numerous works of theirs leading up to 1995 and Brian then started Soulfuric Recordings with Marc Pomeroy.
Ebony Soul - I Can Hardly Wait (Victor Simonelli Mix) [Unkwn Rec]
Released in 1992 initially on Eightball Records, this is a release that is often requested, and another one of my Pseudonyms. There's been an anniversary release of this just recently released with original and various mixes on one of my own labels, Unkwn Rec's.
Blind Truth feat Tata & Toney - Why Can't We See (Odyssey Inc. Feat Louis Latino Remix) [Unkwn Rec]
Arthur Baker and I originally created this tune together in 1991. I am guessing it sets the record for the tune with most remixes and reworks, ever, with approximately 200 or so, to date. This is the latest remix of this treasure by Odyssey Inc.
Brooklyn's Most Wanted - Just A Touch Away [Good Groove Records]
Produced by my eldest son, Immanuele Simonelli, and on his label Good Groove Rec's, I assisted him with mixing and arranging this. Setting dancefloors on fire.

Originally released in 1993 and often imitated, here is the latest remix by Neapolitan Soul. Available on Traxsource by another one of my many Pseudonyms, so new there is no Youtube link yet!
Serena May - Tell Me Is This Love (Victor Simonelli Mix) [Bassline Records]
Serena May is a young new artist and a great songwriter, working with her Dad and Mom on her own tunes. She is from the UK and when her Mom presented me with a downtempo version of this song, I said I would like to remix it. This it the result - just released on Bassline Records.
One of my first solely produced releases, made in 1988 and released in 1989. This Dub version still works.

BUYING a house can be expensive, so many people are thinking outside the box to find more affordable options. One woman shared how she managed to buy a 1997 static caravan for just £5,000, and is now transforming it into her dream tiny home. 2 Loz Russell shared how she had found the tiny home from Sambeck Caravans in Essex and viewed around 20 before finding this one, which she was able to put on private land. In a clip on her @ account which has racked up over 126,000 views, she shared how they have already transformed the dining area on a budget to look brand new. She shared: 'Our first project is the dining area. We are completely stripping out the existing banquet seating, removing the panels on the walls, and then insulating, battening, and re-boarding. 'This was actually really funny for us because even though we knew the caravan wasn't winterised, we were not expecting to find literal polystyrene in the walls.' She shared how they stripped and insulated all of the walls, replacing them with V-groove panelling. Loz continued: 'Next week, we cut and sanded all of the new walls. We were able to borrow a workshop for this because the weather was so bad we couldn't do it outside.' They then painted the walls a bright white shade, which gave the place an instant face list. She added: 'This is when I really started to get excited, and it was really starting to come together with the new walls and some paint.' They then added a bench for seating and painted it the same colour as the walls - and then added a Swithland Roman Blind from Dunelm. Perfect for storage, the benches also lift up to reveal some extra space underneath. We moved into a caravan in my mother-in-law's garden for a year, sure it was cramped but we saved £20k She added: 'We still have the backrest to do, a little cabinet at the end to add, and the window to double glaze. Kate Forbes may be banned from arts venue because of her views on trans issues
A venue at the Edinburgh Fringe festival has triggered a freedom of speech row after indicating that Kate Forbes won't be allowed back because of her views on trans issues. Summerhall Arts issued an apology to other performers for the 'oversight' of allowing the Deputy First Minister, who has spoken up against gender reforms and backs single-sex spaces for biological women, being interviewed onstage last week. Several of the performances at the venue during this year's Fringe run feature gay or transgender themes, and some of the artists set up a 'safe room' because they were said to have been 'terrified' while 5ft 2in Ms Forbes was in the building. Now bosses at the venue have indicated that they will develop 'robust, proactive inclusion and wellbeing policies that would prevent this oversight in our bookings process happening again'. Women's rights campaigners claimed that banning critics of self-ID would be against the law. It comes after the Stand comedy club was forced to reinstate a show featuring Joanna Cherry at the Fringe two years ago after she threatened legal action for discrimination when the venue initially planned to cancel the event because of her views on trans issues. Marion Calder, a director at For Women Scotland, said any refusal to allow Ms Forbes and others who share her views to appear at the venue would be 'against the law' for the same reasons as in the battle between Ms Cherry and the Stand two years ago. She said: 'They clearly haven't taken legal opinion on this. Why on earth would members of staff and other performers be scared of a young woman having 'dangerous' thoughts? 'Summerhall is renowned as being one of the largest Fringe venues: what is this saying about the Edinburgh Fringe if free speech doesn't exist and this appearance is intolerable? And who are these arbiters who think some people are not allowed to have thoughts?' She also highlighted that Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar, who has indicated that his party would no longer support gender reform legislation, was among the other speakers with no similar backlash. Ms Calder said: 'Why were they not up in arms about Anas? Why burn the witch? At a time when people are crying out for edgy and different Summerhall is doing the opposite of what it should be doing. 'People are fed up of the same woke shows that are appearing.' Ms Forbes had appeared at Summerhall on August 7 as part of the Herald's Unspun Live at the Fringe series of political interviews. Artists were said to have been so 'terrified' that they set up a 'safe room' while she was at the venue, while bosses at the venue issued an apology. A source at Sumerhall Arts, which was awarded £608,302 of public cash from Scottish Government quango Creative Scotland in January, said: 'This event was booked as a series of longform interviews prior to the guest list being confirmed. 'Summerhall Arts' primary concern is the safety and wellbeing of the artists and performers we work with, and going forward we will be developing robust, proactive inclusion and wellbeing policies that would prevent this oversight in our bookings process happening again. 'Summerhall Arts issued a communication to all artists making them aware of the event.' Scottish Conservative equalities spokesman Tess White said: 'This is an outrageous and unacceptable statement from a venue that is clearly detached from reality. 'Not only is this a scandalous attempt to curtail free speech, it is seemingly oblivious to the Supreme Court ruling which fully vindicated in law those whom Summerhall wishes to silence. 'As for its concern for 'the safety and wellbeing' of artists, this clearly doesn't extend to female artists. 'While Kate Forbes has been disgracefully treated, she might reflect that it's the SNP which imposed this toxic gender ideology across Scottish public life, and it's her current party leader who refuses to disown it.' During the interview, presenter Andrew Learmonth highlighted that there were people in the building 'who didn't want this show to go ahead', complained to management and wanted it to be cancelled because they 'didn't like what they think of your views, particularly around gender, sex and trans issues'. Ms Forbes said: 'These issues have been well documented and can I just say how brilliant it is for us to have freedom of speech in this country.' She said there needs to be spaces where people can have discussion and debate, and added: 'My approach is to respect the fact and to appreciate the fact that a lot of people disagree with me. 'I think it is a reflection on a healthy democracy that people both agree with me and disagree with me. 'I am not anti any human being. I am taught to love my neighbour as myself, which is to give them greater respect, greater honour and greater appreciation than I would expect myself.' In 2023, The Stand announced it had cancelled Ms Cherry's appearance because staff were not comfortable with her views on transgender issues. The appearance eventually went ahead after the threat of legal action, with the venue saying it took legal advice and accepted the decision was 'unfair and constituted unlawful discrimination against Ms Cherry'. Responding to the freedom of speech row, Ms Forbes said: 'As I stated at the event, I fervently believe in freedom of speech. Any effort to 'cancel' people, especially politicians, undermines democracy. 'Many people attended the Herald event and it is important that we could freely discuss and debate matters in a respectful manner. 'I respect and acknowledge the fact that in a liberal democracy there are people who will agree with me and others who will disagree with me. 'That is all the more reason to create events where the audience and journalists can question politicians openly, as the Herald did.'
