The Chrisley family is adjusting to a new era.
Todd and Julie Chrisley returned home from prison on Wednesday, May 28, after President Donald Trump issued full and unconditional pardons. Now, their daughter Savannah Chrisley tells PEOPLE exclusively how the couple and their family are adjusting to their new normal.
"Oh my gosh, it has been amazing. It's still just kind of ... it doesn't feel real," the Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley podcast host, 27, says. "We were going to bed last night. We're like, 'Is this real?' And then, I wake up this morning and my mom's walking into my bedroom and I'm like, it's absolutely insane!"
"We are just so grateful and ready to kind of start getting back to normal life, obviously, the best we can," she continues. "Everything's a whirlwind right now, and it's kind hard to live a normal life with how things are right now, but we'll get there."
As for how her parents are doing overall, Savannah says: "I do know that they're doing great."
"It's obviously an adjustment. ... I think they're kind of just in shock right now," she explains. "It's just a big adjustment when you're in prison for two and a half years, and then you go back to so-called normal life. I can't imagine."
"I just think it's a lot for them, but they're enjoying it. We're all spending time together," she adds. "And obviously, when they're ready to talk about their feelings and emotions, I know that they will articulate it well, like they always do."
Todd, 57, and Julie, 52, were indicted in August 2019 and later convicted in 2022. After being sentenced to a combined 19 years in prison in November 2022 (though it was reduced in September 2023), they reported to prison in January 2023. They had been appealing their case ever since.
During that time, Savannah became both the family breadwinner and legal caretaker of her younger siblings Grayson, now 19, and Chloe, now 12. She was also inspired to not only launch her Good Girl RX business (an endeavor she's also doing while building up her real estate business) but diving into prison reform.
"I'm not just going to be working with CPAC [Conservative Political Action Conference]. I'm going to be working with so many other organizations. There's another organization that I'm in talks with now, just about having a larger role within their organization, and I'm super excited about that. So I'll be back in DC probably within the next week or two," she explains.

"This doesn't just stop at my family. What ignited this flame was obviously my parents and fighting for them and getting them home. But once I saw the system and how broken it was, and I started to foster relationships with these men and women that are in prison, I just knew that I had to do something about it. So thanks to my parents and their story, it's opened my eyes to something so much greater. And right now, it's just when the fight begins."

Savannah says her parents are committed to helping, too.
"I know that they just have a heart now. They have a heart for these men, women that are in prison and who they feel like they've left behind," she says. "It's like the saying, when you know better, you do better. And they've experienced it firsthand, and now they know too much to not do something about it. So, I do know that it's going to be a large focus of theirs."

Miley Cyrus and Boyfriend Maxx Morando Take Couple Coordinating to a Whole New Level with Matching Hairstyles

Miley Cyrus and boyfriend Maxx Morando went out for a glamorous date night in New York City on June 5 While the couple didn't coordinate their ensembles, they did have matching hairstyles Cyrus and Morando have been dating since 2021Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend, Maxx Morando, are hair twins. The "Flowers" singer, 32, was spotted having a fashionable night out with her musician boyfriend, 26, in New York City, on Thursday, June 5. The couple was spotted leaving the Four Seasons Hotel after Cyrus' private event, then they set off for the rest of their evening. For their date night, Cyrus wore a brown satin, fitted cone bra dress with black criss-cross lace details down the front of the dress, as well as the hips. The hem of the dress featured a long fringe that swayed as the singer walked. Morando kept his look classic for the evening, wearing an all black suit consisting of a jacket, matching shirt and black pants. For a casual touch, the musician kept a couple of buttons loose to expose a white crew neck undershirt. Though their outfits were distinct, the couple matched when it came to the way they styled their hair. Cyrus styled her brunette hair with blonde highlights in carefree curls that cascaded down her back. She also styled her now grown out baby bangs into curls that were flipped away from her face, and folded in seamlessly into the rest of her hair. Morando, meanwhile, kept his overgrown mullet and bangs styled as he normally does — he let his natural curls pop, with a few pieces laying less than perfectly for a chic touch. Cyrus' curls paired with Morando's curls led to a matching hair moment that recalled the likes of David and Victoria Beckham's twinning hair styles in the 2000s, or Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Pitt in the '90s. Cyrus and Morando's last major matching hair moment came in March, when the couple walked the red carpet at the 97th annual Oscars on March 2. is now available in the Apple App Store! For the glamorous red carpet date night, Cyrus wore a custom Alexander McQueen black halter dress with sequined and sheer elements. Though Cyrus would debut baby bangs later that night, she started off the evening with old Hollywood-inspired curls. Morando similarly kept his mullet styled in his natural curls, though his were wispier and highlighted with blonde — a near-direct match to Cyrus's blonde highlights for the evening. Meghan Markle Shares Photos from Disneyland with Prince Harry and Kids Archie, 6, and Lili, 4: ‘Pure Joy'

Princess Lilibet celebrated her fourth birthday at Disneyland Meghan Markle shared an Instagram video of Prince Harry along with Lili and son Archie smiling during their family trip 'Thank you @disneyland for giving our family two days of pure joy!' she captioned the postMeghan Markle and Prince Harry are celebrating their daughter Lilibet "Lili" Diana Mountbatten-Windsor's fourth birthday at the happiest place on earth! On Friday, June 6, the Duchess of Sussex, 43, shared a sweet video of herself, the Duke of Sussex, 40, and Prince Archie, 6, exploring Disneyland. 'Thank you @disneyland for giving our family two days of pure joy!,' Meghan captioned the Instagram post, set to Peggy Lee's 'It's a Good Day.' The video began with Lili wearing a sparkly blue baseball cap and a colorful sleeveless dress while holding her mom's hand as she led the way through the California theme park. Next was dad Harry following closely behind as the princess met a Disney Princess, before the family of four was photographed going up a log ride at Tiana's Bayou Adventure. Meghan looked back, flashing a huge smile while wearing Minnie Mouse ears as they prepared for the drop that faced them on the water ride. Other stops on their outing included a ride on Dumbo the Flying Elephant and a trip to see Star Wars troopers. Meghan posted photos of their food, which included corn dogs and pickle slices, but, of course, no birthday can be complete without a birthday cake! As the video continued, there was a photo of a Little Mermaid-themed cake with Princess Ariel and her undersea friend Sebastian. Additional highlights included a carousel ride with the siblings sitting together, roller coasters and walks throughout the park, which is currently celebrating its 70th anniversary. Meghan added hearts over Lilibet and Archie's faces, as the mother of two has been adamant about keeping their faces out of the public eye for privacy reasons. "Our kids are young,' Meghan told CBS News Sunday Morning in August 2024. 'They're 3 and 5. They're amazing. But all you want to do as parents is protect them. And so, as we can see what's happening in the online space, we know that there's a lot of work to be done there, and we're just happy to be able to be a part of change for good." The El Paso County Sheriff's Office confirmed to local outlet KRDO that 19-year-old Aiden Hernandez, of Woodland Park, Colo., died Thursday, May 29. Deputies were called to the scene after a work accident in Colorado Springs, about 70 miles south of Denver, just before 10 a.m. local time on May 29. Although they administered CPR, Hernandez was pronounced dead on the scene, the Sheriff's Office told the outlet. Members of the local community have spoken out about Hernandez's death. The soon-to-be-dad was a well-known high school football player and was described in his obituary as "a talented athlete" who was "known on the football field as 'The Beast,' a nickname earned through his passion, strength, and dedication to the game." "Incredible young man, great energy, A smile that would just melt your heart. Very intense. Very driven young man, even from an early age," the teen's former football coach, Chad Drummond, told KRDO. "It dropped me to the floor," Drummond said of the 19-year-old's death. "I don't know if I've still accepted it." The El Paso County Sheriff's Office did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for further information. Hernandez was expecting his first child, a boy to be named Zion, with his longtime girlfriend this summer. "He was preparing to be an incredible father and partner, ready to build a beautiful life full of love, adventure, and devotion," his obituary states. In his final Facebook post shared just hours before his death, Hernandez wrote: "I have no words for how much I love this woman, and for what we have coming! I'm forever grateful and I count the days down till we can meet little Zi." Drummond told KRDO that his family was extremely close-knit. "If he had an event, everyone was there. If someone else in the family had an event, they were all there," Drummond said. "They supported each other from morning to night, which is why my heart breaks for this family. It is absolutely a catastrophic loss." The 19-year-old's family shared in his obituary that he "lived life to the fullest." "Whether he was jumping off cliffs, climbing mountains on camping trips, or swimming across Pueblo Reservoir, he approached every adventure with a fearless heart and a bright smile," the obituary adds. "Even during difficult times, Aiden's focus was always on lifting others and making the most of every moment." A celebration of life is set to be held on Sunday, June 7.
