Sophie Habboo has revealed today (June 3) that she and husband Jamie Laing are expecting their first child. The former Made In Chelsea star took to Instagram to share a joint post with Jamie, 36, where the pair were seen going for their baby scan at a clinic in London.
The clip sees Jamie ask Sophie: "How are you feeling honey?," as she nods and smiles at him. The baby scan is then shown on the screen as Jamie gasps and exclaims: "Are you kidding me... Oh my God," as he becomes emotional. Sophie is then seen beaming as she takes in the scan too.
Jamie captioned the post by sharing a simple love heart emoji as fans and industry friends were left overjoyed for the pair.
However, despite some being shocked by the news, others guessed that Sophie was pregnant weeks ago thanks to a 'subtle hint' she shared in another Instagram post.
The 30-year-old, who is a model and hosts a podcast with Jamie, shared a string of photos on the app last month. However, it was the first snap that caught people's eyes as Sophie posed in a black bikini and white shirt.
The star was seen with her hand placed over her stomach, with many speculating then that she could be pregnant.
One person wrote at the time: "I thought baby Laing was on the way!"
While another added: "I got excited for a sec, the hand on the tummy."
A third chimed in: "Hand on her tummy and back to the camera on another picture? And they are taking a pause form the podcast?? Hmmm." While a fourth chimed in: "100% baby on way."
The post comes after Sophie and Jamie, who married back in April 2023, recently announced they would be taking "a little break" from their podcast NewlyWeds.
It was also announced last week that Sophie is the new co-host to Jamie's Radio 1 'Going Home Show'.
The pair's celeb pals have been busy congratulating the couple over their news on their Instagram page, with Love Island star Molly Mae writing: "Congratulations guys!"
Fellow former Made In Chelsea star Binky Felstead also wrote: "Thrilled for you both! Congratulations guys."

'But I can and will carry on, not matter what, on two feet and two pedals, I'm still going to get there and get across the finish line on Friday. It's just going to be longer, harder but my reason for doing it still hasn't changed. I really hope people are digging deep for UNICEF, seeing what I'm trying to do and are getting behind this challenge.' Speaking about Sam's injury, on the road physio, Gary Lewin said: 'Sam has got a significant injury to his calf. We tried to take the weight off of it yesterday by giving him a bike day and in the afternoon he said it felt better, so we tried a bit of walking'. 'He can't put much weight on it. My advice today is we're going to start out with a walk today and then cycle and see how we get on. He's in safe hands and medical advice is he can continue'.

The singer, 37, said she will have surgery after her performance at the Summertime Ball and remained optimistic she will return with more hits. However, she admitted she "needs a hug" through the difficult time, having been diagnosed with the breast cancer at an early stage. Friends quickly shared messages of support, telling the songwriter how much they love her. Humes, who presents The Hit List with husband Marvin, said: "We love you so much." Former Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock added: "Sending you so much love" amid the flurry of public messages. And the rapper Wretch 32, whose real name is Jermaine Scott, said: "Continued strength and guidance, you're loved and you're cared for, you fight my gangster." Jessie J, born and raised in Chadwell Heath, east London, said in an Instagram video yesterday she has spent much of her recent time "in and out of tests". The singer, who won the Critic's Choice award at the Brits in 2011, welcomed her son, Sky Safir Cornish Colman, in 2023, having miscarried in November 2021. She has battled with ill health throughout her life, having been diagnosed with a heart condition aged eight, suffering a minor stroke aged 18 and having briefly gone deaf in 2020. Claire Taylor, chief nursing officer at Macmillan Cancer Support, said: "Receiving a cancer diagnosis is a life-changing moment for anybody and our thoughts are with Jessie and her family. "Her openness in sharing her story will not only bring comfort to others who are facing a similar situation, it will also raise vital awareness of breast cancer and the importance of early diagnosis. We know that diagnosing cancer early can mean treatment is more likely to be effective and potentially less complex."
