BTS' V Teases Big Surprise For ARMY In August, Reveals Why He Dropped YouTube Channel Plans
BTS member V has sparked a wave of excitement among fans with his latest live broadcast, where he hinted at a special surprise lined up for ARMYs in August. Speaking candidly, V said, 'Actually in August, there will be a little something for ARMYs to see," which immediately led to speculation online about a possible comeback or a fresh solo project. While he stopped short of giving full details, the cryptic teaser was enough to get fans buzzing across social media.
The singer also shared a heartfelt message with fans, expressing how deeply he misses them. 'I do really miss ARMYs though. The atmosphere feels changed in some way but if we saw each other together at a concert or at a music show or anyway someplace like that, I feel like it'd be great," he said. His emotional words struck a chord with ARMYs, many of whom have been waiting for the group's full reunion following solo ventures and ongoing military enlistments.
Interestingly, V also addressed why he ultimately chose not to start his own YouTube channel. While many fans were looking forward to seeing more of his personal content, he explained his change of heart: 'I was going to try my own YouTube, but I decided not to. I don't think it would've worked. If I did it alone, I don't think it would have been fun. If I did my own YT, I thought I could do vlogs. I asked ppl around me what they thought I would do and they all said vlog. Which made me think it was too obvious so I decided against it."
In addition to the live session, V has also been dropping cryptic images on Instagram Stories—one featuring a red leather-clad hand, another a dramatic close-up of his face, and a third showing a vintage-style building. While nothing is confirmed yet, fans believe these could be teasers connected to his upcoming music or concept rollout.
With August just around the corner, anticipation is at an all-time high as ARMYs await what V has in store.

Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 Plot Revealed: Mihir-Tulsi's Happy Marriage Faces New Storm
Amar Upadhyay shares how Mihir and Tulsi will tackle the younger generation in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, premiering tonight. Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 premieres tonight (July 29) at 10:30 pm, and anticipation is sky-high as Smriti Irani returns as Tulsi Virani. Alongside her, Amar Upadhyay will reprise his iconic role of Mihir Virani. As fans gear up for the reboot of one of Indian television's most iconic soaps, Amar has now revealed intriguing details about the plot. In a recent interview with Indian Express, Amar shared that while Mihir's character has evolved, his bond with Tulsi remains intact. 'Mihir is a bit changed in the way he moves around. He is a big businessman now. In season 1, he had done his MBA and returned to India to join his father's business. Now he is a very big businessman, busy exploring new business ideas," he explained. The actor also hinted at a conflict with the younger generation in the family. 'Smriti and my relation is just the way it was. The new kids come in, and with them, we have some differences, which is a different track altogether," Amar added. The new generation of the Virani family includes characters played by Rohit Suchanti, Aman Gandhi, and Shagun Sharma. According to Amar, Mihir's success as a businessman brings an added dimension to the show's storyline. While the bond between Tulsi and Mihir remains strong, the reboot will focus on the clash of values and perspectives between the older and younger generations—a theme likely to resonate with today's audience. Amar Upadhyay also revealed that Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 will be a finite series, expected to run for 10 to 12 months. This marks a shift from the original version, which ran for over eight years and became a cultural phenomenon. The reboot also stars Hiten Tejwani, Gauri Pradhan, Shakti Anand, and several new faces, promising a blend of nostalgia and fresh drama. With Ekta Kapoor at the helm once again, the makers aim to recreate the same magic with a modern twist. Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's. (Instagram/travelwiththecrosses) "Look how futuristic these changing rooms are," Dani said as her husband walked into the changing room with a screen on the back. As soon as he stepped inside, the screen displayed the three items he had in his hands and showed the sizes chosen by Liam. "The mirror picks up the items and their sizes. And then, say you want another size, you can choose on the screen and they will bring it to you," she said, adding that the screen also shows items that can be paired with the clothing and options to ask staff to bring them to the changing room to try out. "How cool is that? How amazing is that? India is in the future man," she said, praising the Azorte Store in South Goa. In the caption, the content creators praised the high-tech changing room. "This is not in Dubai, this is not in London, this is not in New York. This is India. I'm sorry but India?! Third world who?! This is better than shopping in Wales!! Back where the salesman 'goes to the back' to check if they have your size… when clearly they leave the room, scroll on TikTok for a minute, then come back empty-handed. Gotta give it to India for the shopping experience," it read.
