Brit in Benidorm reveals £4.50 breakfast and pint combo is 'one of the best'

Benidorm is known for its beaches, lively nightlife and reasonable prices, with hundreds of thousands of Brits flocking there each year.
One holidaymaker, Grumet White, often shares his favourite finds and tips for the popular destination on social media, @benidorm_grumet1.
He recently revealed, in a TikTok video, a bargain breakfast in the area that most Brits would struggle to pass by.
Uncle Ron's, which is located in the heart of the holiday hotspot, offers a full English breakfast and a pint for less than a fiver.
For just £4.50, visitors will be served a hearty meal including bacon, eggs and sausages, as well as a pint of lager.
For those wanting to skip breakfast, Uncle Ron's also offers pints for just €1, the equivalent to around 80p.
In the video, Grumet said: 'Here we are, the most famous bar in Benidorm for an 83p pint. You just couldn't make that up could you?'
The holidaymaker is a big fan of the area and in a separate interview was keen to express his fondness for his favourite bar.
'We have been going to Uncle Ron's for years,' Grumet said.
He described the breakfast deal as 'one of the best' and gushed over the value for money Uncle Ron's offers.
'The breakfast is one of the best in Benidorm, to be fair,' he added.
'If I go to McDonald's, it would cost more than a family of four in Uncle Ron's.'
Though the prices may be low, Grumet stressed the quality is good too.
He said: 'It's not that, it's just really cheap - it's nice too.'
The video attracted over 100,000 views, thousands of likes and hordes of comments.
One user said: 'Decent breakfasts to be honest.. especially for the price.'
Another commented: 'Brekie and a pint under a fiver is right, be rude not to.'
Someone else added: 'Great place.'
However, not everyone was a fan of the deal.

Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet REUNITE after 45 days as she visits him in Budapest where he's shooting Dune 3

Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend Timothee Chalamet were reunited after 45 days apart. The 28-year-old billionaire and the 29-year-old actor were spotted in Budapest where he is currently filming Dune: Part Three. This comes just days after the Daily Mail reported that the beauty 'secretly jets off to see him when she can.' The image was shared by employees at a coffee shop that were star struck by the Hollywood power couple. 'Today Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet just walked in to our coffeeshop at Buda we were so in confusion, we could barley concentrate, but i think you can see on our face,' wrote the woman behind the Instagram page Budapest Baristas. 'Thank god everyone look at them not us. They were super nice and kind thank you for coming @kyliejenner @tchalamet ❤️.' Timothee pulled his white T-shirt over his head to hide his current haircut for Dune 2 while adding a brown Brentwood Country Mart cap and black Oakley sunglasses as he held up a peace sign. A gold bangle bracelet hung from his wrist. Jenner looked sporty in a white tank top over a white one as she wore her thick raven hair down. She had on light makeup with a mauve-toned lip. The employees of the coffee shop looked young as they smiled for the camera. On July 19, Chalamet's Dune: Part Three costar Zendaya was seen at the same coffee shop. The last time Jenner and Chalamet were spotted together was on July 5, in St Tropez, France for a yacht vacation. Their time apart had fans wondering if they had split up, but the Daily Mail pointed out on August 15 that his work had taken him overseas while Jenner stayed home in Hidden Hills, California but went to visit when she could. The Daily Mail explained that Chalamet has been filming his next project, Dune: Part Three, in Hungary. The thespian plays the character Paul Atreides in the third installment of the Dune franchise. 'Timothee is busy making a movie and the schedule is grueling because he is in so many scenes, he is the star,' said a source. 'So he has to be very focused and together to do his best work.' And the Daily Mail shared that Jenner was supporting her love. 'She helps him out as much as she can, like give him space to work and have her private jet on standby in case he needs to go somewhere fast,' said the source. 'Kylie is a good girlfriend to him. She is always there and wants him to be happy, and if that means he has to be overseas for a few months, she is OK with it, she will wait. She also secretly jets off to see him when she can. 'Of course she misses her man and her heart hurts when he is not near, but she makes it work.' There has been shooting in Budapest for the third Dune film. Chalamet's costars are Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Robert Pattinson, Anya Taylor-Joy, Florence Pugh and Jason Momoa. Dune: Part Three will be in theatres on December 16, 2026. The IMDB logline for the film is brief: 'The film follows Muad'dib, heir to unimaginable power, as he brings to fruition the ancient scheme to create a superbeing ruler among men, not in the heavens.' Dune Messiah is a 1969 science fiction novel by American writer Frank Herbert, the second in his Dune series of six novels. A sequel to Dune, it was originally serialized in Galaxy magazine in 1969, and then published by Putnam the same year. Jenner and Chalamet started dating in January 2023, were rumored to be an item in April 2023 and then they went public with their romance in September 2023. Their first red carpet together was at the 70th David Di Donatello event at Cinecitta Studios in Rome, Italy on May 7, 2025. In early July Jenner started following Chalamet on Instagram. The businesswoman boasts almost 400million followers on the photo-sharing site, but she is quite choosy about who she follows, with only 119 profiles making the cut. However, one of those is now her boyfriend of two years. Fans of TyMothée - the pair's most popular ship name - have been driven into a frenzy after spotting Kylie has allowed the A Complete Unknown actor into her close social circle. However, at the time of writing, the follow is yet to be reciprocated.

Teresa Giudice sizzles in bikini during sangria-fueled getaway... after her paltry RHONJ salary was revealed

Teresa Giudice is living in it up in the Mediterranean. The RHONJ star shared throwbacks from her recent getaway to the Spanish island of Mallorca, where she enjoyed sunshine and sangria at a beach club. Teresa, 53, worked her toned physique in a glittering silver bikini as she relaxed on a lounge chair, a glass of the Spanish cocktail by her side. It comes after Teresa's ex-husband Joe Giudice revealed the paltry paycheck she earned for her first season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Much has changed since her early days on the show, with Teresa and Joe serving time in prison for financial fraud, followed by a divorce, and the RHONJ star finding love again with new husband Luis Ruelas. The couple are travelling through Spain, and celebrated Teresa's daughter Audriana Giudice's 16th birthday in Madrid. Teresa's beach club post also showed off the full outfit she wore that day, which consisted of a white cover-up, studded flip flops, and metallic cowboy hat. 'Mallorca,' she captioned the post with a wine glass, champagne bottle, and lip print emoji. '#mallorca #beachclub #sangria #goodvibes #sunnydays,' she added along with a sunshine and sunglasses emoji. The vacation photos appeared to have been taken early this month, but her new post comes just a day after Teresa's ex shed light into their early earnings on RHONJ. Joe revealed on daughter Gia Giudice's podcast Casual Chaos that his then-wife earned a measly $25,000 when the show premiered in 2009. 'We got paid nothing the first season. I'll even say... it was like $25,000. I mean, it was ridiculous, but whatever,' the Joe, 53, said. Joe added that the couple actually spent more money than they made as they hosted lavish soirees while on camera. 'I think the first year, we had that big party in my great room,' he recalled. 'I think that show cost me $150,000 the first year.' During their conversation Gia conveyed that Housewives typically 'don't get paid that much money' during inaugural seasons. She noted that the salary 'grows as the seasons go on.' Gia, who now stars on the network's Next Gen NYC spinoff show, added: 'When you're throwing parties and stuff like that, especially for the first season, you're putting in more money than you're actually getting out of it.' She clarified, 'So then obviously, you grow and make your way and make your name. But for the first season when you're obviously trying to... this wasn't anything out of the norm.' And the reality television personality said that while they were married her parents 'loved' to host parties. 'I didn't care,' Joe agreed. 'I mean, every weekend, I had people at my house.' Joe also unpacked a regrettable moment that aired during his stint on the TV show, alluding to the time he was filmed calling Teresa a 'b*tch' and 'c**t.' 'The one up where we were at the vignette or something. I called your mother something. I know it wasn't very nice,' he acknowledged. 'That was just out of pure, you know, drinking wine and enough was enough.' The Italian-bred star emphasized, 'I don't even use that word. I hate that word. Why it came out of my mouth, I have no idea.' In addition to Gia and Audriana, exes Joe and Teresa also share daughters Gabriella, 20, and Milania, 19. They former spouses each served time behind bars for financial fraud. Following his completed prison sentence in 2019, Joe was deported to Italy. That same year the couple announced their separation. And they finalized their divorce in September 2020. Teresa found love again with Luis 'Louie' Ruelas, whom she wed in 2022. During the Casual Chaos episode featuring her father, Gia asked if there was any chance of a rekindling between her parents if her mom and stepdad were to split up. He answered: 'I mean, listen — you can never say "never."'

Or do you find yourself longing for your own pillow, the comfort of your sofa, and the familiar greenery of home as soon as your plane touches down abroad? Take our latest quiz to determine just how much of a homebody you truly are. ‌ It follows a survey of 2,000 holidaymakers which has revealed that, on average, travellers start to miss home just five days into their holiday. Kellie Wyles from DFS, who commissioned the study, stated: "For many, coming back from holiday is the best bit, because nothing comes close to those home comforts." ‌ "It's often assumed that a holiday is the ultimate form of relaxation, but after dealing with airport stress and luggage concerns, coupled with not having our own space, many begin to yearn for their home comforts," added Kellie. ‌ The study found that nearly half of people miss their home comforts when they're away on holiday. In an attempt to make themselves feel more at home, 31 per cent of people take tea bags with them and 27 per cent bring their own towels. Some holidaymakers even pack their own pillows.
