Postecoglou, who also oversaw Spurs finishing 17th in the Premier League, is currently on holiday with his family.
No meetings are believed to have been held with the 59-year-old before he left and with a number of other staff also jetting off for some post-season R 'n R, a call on Postecoglou is not anticipated for some time yet.
Levy had been of the mind to axe the ex-Celtic chief but the Europa triumph could spark an emotional U-turn.
That has been the case for a vast number of supporters who previously wanted a change in the dugout but now are demanding Postecoglou stay after the glory in Bilbao.

RUN FOR THE HILS Fernandes 'given 72 hours to accept offer' to quit Man Utd for Al-Hilal
Former Tottenham centre-back Ramon Vega says it is 'bizarre' Postecoglou's future is even being discussed after ending the club's silverware drought.
The Swiss, who won the League Cup with Spurs in 1999, told SunSport: 'The question of whether he deserves to stay on is disrespectful. It would be a huge mistake to sack him.
'We had managers who were names and potentially more expensive than Ange and they won nothing whatsoever.
'I don't know where these guys (the board) are living, in reality, or cuckoo land?

'It's the board's responsibility now (to back him). The club was a laughing stock until last week, let's be honest.
'He's suddenly put Tottenham on the map internationally and finally won a trophy with an unbelievable season with injuries.
How Tottenham won the Europa League final v Man United
'He has to stay, that's it. If he's the person who brought a trophy to the club, why is there even a question? Why do we have to wait for yes or no? That's it, continue.'
Postecoglou urged Spurs to ensure they keep hold of talismanic defender Cristian Romero in his final press conference of the season on Sunday.
Romero was key to Spurs' Europa triumph but has seemed to agitate for a move at times this season, stating publicly his desire to play in La Liga amid interest from Atletico Madrid.
Yet the World Cup winner, 27, hinted he could stick around by claiming he had 'no doubt that staying together led us to success. We must continue, this is the path' in a social-media post.
Former centre-back Vega, 53, reckons it is essential to keep Romero - and believes retaining Postecoglou could be the key to it.
The ex-defender, who played for Spurs between 1996 and 2001, added: 'Absolutely we need to keep hold of Romero. He's top notch.
'If Ange stays, most likely Romero and all these guys will say 'Yes I will stay'. If another person comes in, then Romero might say 'I'm prepared to leave now'.
'Ange can convince them to stay. If you have a manager who is respected from top to bottom within the dressing room, you can achieve anything.
'This is what the board needs to realise. They have a manager that the players believe in going forward.'
Meanwhile, James Maddison is targeting a return from his serious knee injury in time for next season's kick-off.
The England midfielder, 28, said: 'I'll have to work over the summer and rest and recover. I'll be back hopefully for the start of next season. That's the aim.'
Maddison will likely miss much of Spurs' pre-season match schedule, which they announced on Tuesday will include a friendly against Newcastle in South Korea, though the date and venue are yet to be confirmed.

Ex-Liverpool and Man City star James Milner agrees new deal to play into his FORTIES - with Premier League record in his sights after recovering from potential career ending injury
James Milner has agreed a one-year contract extension with Brighton. Milner, who will turn 40 next January, is 15 appearances behind Gareth Barry's Premier League record of 653. Brighton announced the deal on Friday, which will see the midfielder stay at the Seagulls for a third season. The former Liverpool and Manchester City star wants to keep playing into his 40s after fighting back from a knee injury and complications that threatened to end his glittering career. Milner, who has made 61 appearances for England, the last one coming in 2016, feared his career was over after undergoing knee surgery in December. But he came on for the closing minutes of Brighton's victory at Tottenham on the final day of the Premier League season, to make his first appearance since August. Following the renewal, Milner said: 'Delighted to extend my time at the club and looking forward to getting back into pre season to work with the manager and this talented group of players.' The 39-year-old was fit and ready to return from the knee surgery in December only to be set back by nerve damage. 'I couldn't lift my foot or my toes, not an ideal scenario,' the Englishman, renowned for his deadpan delivery previously said. 'I didn't know whether I would be able to walk properly again let alone play football. 'There was a chance I might not have come back at all. Nobody said quit. But with my age it was highly unlikely I would get back. I think that was one of the things that drove me most. My first aim was to try and get the knee as strong as possible which I did.' Milner joined Brighton on a free from Liverpool in 2023. He made his Premier League debut for Leeds at the age of 16 before winning the Premier League with Liverpool and Manchester City. He also won the FA Cup and League Cup with both sides and the Champions League with Liverpool in 2019. His apperance against Spurs on the final day was his 881st in senior club football. Brighton finished in eighth place in the league last season under Fabian Hurzeler, just missing out on securing European football at the Amex

Frank gave Mbeumo clear Man Utd transfer instruction before joining Tottenham
Manchester United are being rivalled in their bid to sign Bryan Mbeumo by Tottenham, who have launched a £70m bid for the player. He worked with their now-manager Thomas Frank and could now be interested in a move Thomas Frank made it clear he wanted Bryan Mbeumo to stay at Brentford"forever" before the end of last season, with the forward now being chased by Manchester United and the Dane's new club Tottenham. Mbeumo is one of the most sought-after Premier League players in this summer transfer window after an excellent season at Brentford saw him score 20 goals in the top flight while also registering seven assists. It was by far his best season since arriving at the club in 2019 after taking his total goal tally to 70 in 242 appearances. Now he is being tipped for a move to a big club and Manchester United have already had a bid of around £60million rejected by Brentford. But with his former boss Frank joining Tottenham, the north London side have now entered the race and Mbeumo is said to be "intrigued" over a move to Spurs - who have launched a bid of around £70m. Frank spoke about Mbeumo's future last month and while he admitted Brentford were a "selling club", he stressed he wanted to keep his star man - though that view is likely to have changed now he's linked up with Spurs. "I'm the head coach. I want my best players to stay forever," Frank said, speaking to Sky Sports. "I know that Bryan is very happy being here at Brentford, he's thriving, doing well and playing fantastic. What happens in the future? I don't know. "I've said many times: we are a selling club. But at the same time, we have to reinforce that there are 10 clubs in the world that aren't selling clubs. "So, of course, if the right price - and that's going to be expensive - is coming, then I'm sure the club will be open for it. But I'm very happy he's here, and I'm convinced that Bryan will still be happy playing football here." Mbeumo is still leaning towards Manchester United, but Spurs have received "encouragement" that the player could be interested now that Frank has become their new manager. There is a feeling that Mbeumo has "earned the chance" to join a bigger side this summer - so long as a club meets their valuation of £70m for a player who was only outscored by Mohamed Salah, Alexander Isak and Erling Haaland last season. United are expected to go back in with another bid for Mbeumo, while Spurs are reportedly weighing up interest in Bournemouth's Antoine Semenyo - who is also a target for the Red Devils. Serrano, 38, has had two bouts with Irish icon Katie Taylor, 36, losing both thrillers via razor-tight decisions. And for her rematch - after making over £1million in the original - the New Yorker is believed to have banked over £5m. Now Paul, 28, returns against ex-middleweight champ Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, 39, on June 28 live on DAZN PPV. He said: "Chavez and I have been going back and forth for a long time and he's always been a great opponent on the list of someone that I wanted to fight.
