Saudi Arabia's GAMI Takes Part in Paris Airshow 2025
GAMI's participation in the Paris Airshow aims to strengthen global defence partnerships, attract high-value investments, and develop national talent, supporting Vision 2030's localisation goals.
Saudi Arabia's General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI) has started its participation at the International Paris Airshow 2025, held at Paris-Le Bourget Airport and running until June 22nd. The event brings together global stakeholders in aviation, aerospace, and defence.
The opening day saw the presence of senior Saudi officials, including the GAMI Governor, the Minister of Transport and Logistic Services, the President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation, and the Saudi Ambassador to France, alongside international experts and industry representatives.
GAMI's involvement in the airshow is part of broader efforts to expand international defence partnerships, attract high-value investment, and advance national talent development. These initiatives support the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which include localising over 50% of the Kingdom's military expenditure.
This participation also reflects Saudi Arabia's expanding global footprint in the defence sector and its progress in creating a regulatory and industrial environment favourable to both domestic growth and international collaboration.
GAMI continues to build on the Kingdom's record of participation in international forums such as Farnborough and Airshow China, reinforcing its strategy to develop a competitive, sustainable, and security-focused defence industry.
