It's early in the recruiting process for the 2027 playmaker from Barrington (Ill.) High. The offers continue coming in as more schools get wind of his skills.
The schools standing out to him right now are Miami, Michigan State, Ole Miss and Texas A&M. But many more schools are likely to get involved with the Rivals250 prospect.
The Minnesota quarterback commit got back to Minneapolis for Junior Day recently, which was another great time around his future team. Lansu spoke with coach Jay Harbaugh for an hour the night before the tournament began and the two continue to have a great relationship.
The signal-caller believes the team is in line to add to the recruiting class soon as he prepares for his official visit.

Miree (6-4, 225) is starting to narrow down his list of 35+ scholarship offers. He told Rivals that his plan is to take official visits to Washington, Cincinnati , Florida State, SMU and North Carolina.
The tight end development history of coach Bill Belichick is very intriguing to Miree but his official visits will go a long way to determining where he commits. He wants to make a decision before his senior season.
Mueller exploded onto the scene this time last year, racking up offers from coast to coast including Florida, Ole Miss, Wisconsin and in-state Illinois. The tight end is one of the more intriguing players in Illinois right now as he transferred schools to get more looks in the passing game.
That could help his recruitment continue to blossom and we'll see a reset of his top schools. He's slated to make a round of unofficial visits for spring practices before settling on early official visits.
The Indianapolis (Ind.) Lawrence Central quarterback is mostly down to a pair of schools at this point. He's really focusing on Virginia and Duke with Virginia seeming to hold a commanding lead at this point. Both could get early official visits from him as he hopes to be committed in mid-April.
The wide receiver has official visits lined up to Wisconsin, Michigan State, West Virginia and Indiana. Wisconsin and Indiana have played prominent roles in his recruitment this cycle. But keep an eye on West Virginia, which could make a surge as his recruitment winds down.
He'd like to be committed prior to his senior season so he can enjoy his final year of high school without worrying about recruiting.
Williams made a huge debut in the Rivals Rankings, checking in at No. 27 in the country. He's been one of the hottest prospects and has picked up offers from Alabama, Ohio State, USC, Iowa and more.
The tight end has heard from so many schools that it's tough for anyone to stand out to him right now. It's early in the recruiting process and he hasn't been to many colleges yet. Once those visits start happening things will come more into focus.
The Oregon commit recently took a visit to USC for a Junior Day visit. While he's been mostly quiet about the trip, sources indicate to me that the Trojans are squarely in the mix to potentially flip the elite signal-caller.
The relationships are developing quickly between Williams and USC. It's also worth noting that Oregon is still linked to several high-profile quarterbacks in his class. This will be a recruitment worth tracking until next December when he signs.

The 2026 wide receiver has stayed under the radar through his recruitment. He was at Iowa State's Junior Day earlier this month and had a great time. He'll be back in Ames for a spring practice on March 29, too.
Toledo and Central Michigan are trying to stay involved but coach Matt Campbell's program has a big lead right now in this recruitment.

Clemson vs. South Carolina 2025 game time announced, reactions to the early time slot
Clemson vs. South Carolina 2025 game time announced, reactions to the early time slot The kickoff time is set for Clemson's regular-season finale against rival South Carolina. The Tigers and Gamecocks will meet at noon on Friday, Nov. 29 at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia, with the game airing on either ABC or ESPN. It's the third time in the past four years the Palmetto Bowl will be played at noon. Clemson will look to bounce back from last year's 17-14 loss at home, a game that ended the Tigers' seven-game win streak in the rivalry. Dabo Swinney's team will also aim to continue its road dominance in Columbia, where Clemson has won five straight dating back to 2015. With a win, the Tigers would secure six straight victories at South Carolina for the first time since a stretch from 1989 to 1999. The Gamecocks haven't beaten Clemson at home since 2013, and the Tigers will be eager to keep it that way this fall. Along with the announcement of the game time came reactions. Like last year, people are mixed on the noon game. Contact us @Clemson_Wire on X, and like our page on Facebook for ongoing coverage of Clemson Tigers news and notes, plus opinions.

Bo Melton's team-first approach has Packers believing he could thrive as a two-way player
GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Green Bay's Bo Melton still considers himself a wide receiver first and foremost even as he spends part of the Packers' minicamp working out at cornerback. Melton also isn't about to make any comparisons to Jacksonville Jaguars rookie receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter, who proved his credentials as a two-way player while winning the Heisman Trophy at Colorado last season. But he's more than happy to test himself out in this role. 'It's just something that came up,' Melton said Wednesday. 'I want to give it a shot. I'm still a wide receiver, so I'm not really transitioning to cornerback, but if it works, it works.' The 26-year-old Melton started giving cornerback a chance as the Packers opened their minicamp Tuesday, one day after Green Bay released two-time Pro Bowl cornerback Jaire Alexander. The idea of testing Melton out on defense actually came up long before that. Melton said it started shortly after the Packers signed Melton off the Seattle Seahawks' practice squad in December 2022. Melton hasn't played defense since high school — he says he worked out on defense early in his college career at Rutgers before getting assigned to receiver — but the Packers like the tackling ability he has shown on special teams. 'Coach (Matt) LaFleur came up and asked me, 'Would you ever think about doing it?'' Melton said. 'I was like, 'If it's going to help the team, I might as well,' you know what I mean? That's my motto since I've been here. I'm a team-first guy.' The scenario still caught his teammates by surprise. Packers cornerback Carrington Valentine said he wasn't aware of the possibility until Melton joined the defensive players in Tuesday's practice. Melton insisted he told his teammates this might be happening, but nobody believed him. Melton's younger brother — Arizona Cardinals cornerback Max Melton — also was stunned. Bo Melton didn't tell his brother about it, so Max learned only after he went on social media Tuesday and saw evidence of Bo backpedaling like a cornerback. 'I'm like, 'What the hell?' … It's just shocking. I'm still in shock,' Max Melton said from the Cardinals' minicamp. Max did say that he believes his brother can succeed as a cornerback. Bo agrees that this can work but realizes it will take time. That became apparent when a reporter brought up Hunter's name during Melton's time with reporters Wednesday. 'Travis is a different athlete, as everybody knows,' Melton said. 'He's a Heisman Trophy winner, won a lot of awards. I'm not going to compare myself to somebody that's done that. But what I will say is I like to run for days.' He also possesses a work ethic that has enabled him to stick on an NFL roster as an undrafted free agent. Melton was on Green Bay's practice squad late in the 2023 season when the Packers activated him for a critical game against the Minnesota Vikings. He caught six passes for 105 yards and a touchdown in Green Bay's 33-10 victory. The Packers signed him to their active roster shortly afterward, and he caught a touchdown pass in a playoff loss at San Francisco. He played all 17 games for the Packers last season as a reserve receiver and special teams contributor. 'I just love everything about the guy, how he shows up every day ready to compete and give his best effort,' LaFleur said. The Packers are set with Keisean Nixon, Valentine and Nate Hobbs as their top three cornerbacks following Alexander's departure, but they lack proven players behind them. Any contribution Melton could provide would add depth while increasing his value. 'It's just a feel thing right now,' Melton said. 'I still don't know if it's going to be true or not. Coach Matt, we'll figure that out. When I meet with Coach, we'll see what's going on. Right now I'm just going to go train for wideout. I feel like that's where I thrive at, that's where I make plays at. And defense, if it comes, it comes.' Valentine likes what he's seen so far. 'He's been embracing it,' Valentine said. 'I've been trying to show him the ropes a little bit. Give him some DB 101. But he looks natural to me.' Melton believes he can thrive in both spots. His younger brother is eager to find out, even as he gets ready for his own season about 1,800 miles away from Green Bay. Perhaps those cornerback skills run in the family. 'I'm looking forward to seeing how it unfolds, to be honest,' Max Melton said. 'I'm just excited.' ___ AP Sports Writer David Brandt in Tempe, Arizona, contributed to this report. ___ AP NFL:

Spencer Schwellenbach pitches 1st career complete game as Braves top Brewers 6-2
MILWAUKEE — Spencer Schwellenbach pitched his first career complete game, Michael Harris II and Ronald Acuña Jr. each hit a two-run homer and the Atlanta Braves beat the Milwaukee Brewers 6-2 on Wednesday. Atlanta took two of three at Milwaukee, its first series victory since winning two of three at Boston from May 16-18. Schwellenbach (5-4) allowed five hits, struck out nine and walked none while throwing 105 pitches, 76 for strikes. He has worked at least six innings in seven consecutive starts. Harris went deep in the second inning against rookie Chad Patrick (3-6). Acuña, who also singled twice, took Patrick deep in the fourth for his sixth homer since coming off the injured list on May 23. Rhys Hoskins homered in the second for the Brewers. After that, Schwellenbach retired 13 straight batters before Brice Turang's single in the sixth. Eric Haase added a two-out RBI double in the eighth, but manager Brian Snitker stuck with Schwellenbach, who got Turang to fly out and then worked a perfect ninth. Milwaukee's Christian Yelich missed his second consecutive game with a swollen right wrist. He was by a pitch at Philadelphia on June 1 and aggravated the injury on a slide over the weekend. Jackson Chourio tripled in the first and ran on contact when William Contreras hit a one-out grounder to third baseman Austin Riley, who threw to the plate to make Chourio an easy out. Of Schwellenbach's 35 previous major league starts, his longest was an eight-inning effort against Miami on April 4. Braves: RHP Bryce Elder (2-3, 4.08 ERA) starts against visiting Colorado on Friday. Brewers: RHP Jacob Misiorowski makes his major league debut on Thursday in the opener of a four-game series against the visiting St. Louis Cardinals, who will start RHP Sonny Gray (7-1, 3.35). ___ AP MLB:
