It's early in the recruiting process for the 2027 playmaker from Barrington (Ill.) High. The offers continue coming in as more schools get wind of his skills.
The schools standing out to him right now are Miami, Michigan State, Ole Miss and Texas A&M. But many more schools are likely to get involved with the Rivals250 prospect.
The Minnesota quarterback commit got back to Minneapolis for Junior Day recently, which was another great time around his future team. Lansu spoke with coach Jay Harbaugh for an hour the night before the tournament began and the two continue to have a great relationship.
The signal-caller believes the team is in line to add to the recruiting class soon as he prepares for his official visit.

Miree (6-4, 225) is starting to narrow down his list of 35+ scholarship offers. He told Rivals that his plan is to take official visits to Washington, Cincinnati , Florida State, SMU and North Carolina.
The tight end development history of coach Bill Belichick is very intriguing to Miree but his official visits will go a long way to determining where he commits. He wants to make a decision before his senior season.
Mueller exploded onto the scene this time last year, racking up offers from coast to coast including Florida, Ole Miss, Wisconsin and in-state Illinois. The tight end is one of the more intriguing players in Illinois right now as he transferred schools to get more looks in the passing game.
That could help his recruitment continue to blossom and we'll see a reset of his top schools. He's slated to make a round of unofficial visits for spring practices before settling on early official visits.
The Indianapolis (Ind.) Lawrence Central quarterback is mostly down to a pair of schools at this point. He's really focusing on Virginia and Duke with Virginia seeming to hold a commanding lead at this point. Both could get early official visits from him as he hopes to be committed in mid-April.
The wide receiver has official visits lined up to Wisconsin, Michigan State, West Virginia and Indiana. Wisconsin and Indiana have played prominent roles in his recruitment this cycle. But keep an eye on West Virginia, which could make a surge as his recruitment winds down.
He'd like to be committed prior to his senior season so he can enjoy his final year of high school without worrying about recruiting.
Williams made a huge debut in the Rivals Rankings, checking in at No. 27 in the country. He's been one of the hottest prospects and has picked up offers from Alabama, Ohio State, USC, Iowa and more.
The tight end has heard from so many schools that it's tough for anyone to stand out to him right now. It's early in the recruiting process and he hasn't been to many colleges yet. Once those visits start happening things will come more into focus.
The Oregon commit recently took a visit to USC for a Junior Day visit. While he's been mostly quiet about the trip, sources indicate to me that the Trojans are squarely in the mix to potentially flip the elite signal-caller.
The relationships are developing quickly between Williams and USC. It's also worth noting that Oregon is still linked to several high-profile quarterbacks in his class. This will be a recruitment worth tracking until next December when he signs.

The 2026 wide receiver has stayed under the radar through his recruitment. He was at Iowa State's Junior Day earlier this month and had a great time. He'll be back in Ames for a spring practice on March 29, too.
Toledo and Central Michigan are trying to stay involved but coach Matt Campbell's program has a big lead right now in this recruitment.

Alabama Receives Promising Recruiting News on Thursday

The Alabama Crimson Tide are searching for their second defensive lineman commitment from the 2026 class. On Thursday, On3's Hayes Fawcett reported that Alabama was named a finalist for defensive lineman Nolan Wilson. His other finalists are the Auburn Tigers, Ole Miss Rebels, Miami Hurricanes and Florida Gators. Advertisement He attends Picayune Memorial in Picayune, Mississippi. Wilson is listed at 6-foot-4, 250 pounds. If he commits to the Crimson Tide, he would be their commitment at the position, joining four-star defensive lineman Kamhariyan Johnson. Alabama went 9-4 in its first season under head coach Kalen DeBoer, ending the year with a 19-13 loss to the Michigan Wolverines. Alabama football head coach Kalen DeBoer. Vasha Hunt-Imagn Images Wilson is a four-star prospect and the No. 4 defensive lineman in the On3 Industry Rankings. He is also the No. 3 prospect from the state of Mississippi. The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine has Alabama in the lead, with a 29.5% chance of securing his commitment. The Crimson Tide is followed by Ole Miss (21.6%), the USC Trojans (18.5%), Auburn (12.4%), Florida (6.3%), and Miami (3.3%). Advertisement Alabama's 2026 class currently contains five-star cornerback Jorden Edmonds, four-star corner Zyan Gibson, four-star edge rusher Jamarion Matthews, four-star inside offensive lineman Chris Booker and Johnson. The Crimson suffered a recruiting loss recently, losing four-star receiver Corey Barber to Ole Miss. However, Alabama was named a finalist for the No. 1 recruit in Ohio, four-star linebacker Cincere Johnson. DeBoer has made Wilson a priority throughout the recruiting process. Alabama has visited with the prospect three times, with an official visit coming up on May 30. Wilson also has future official visits with Auburn (June 6), Ole Miss (June 13) and USC (June 20). Spartans Win Big Ten Recruiting Battle Over Iowa With 3-Star EDGE Cory House

Spartans Win Big Ten Recruiting Battle Over Iowa With 3-Star EDGE Cory House originally appeared on Athlon Sports. After visiting Michigan State on May 30 and Iowa on June 5, the Spartans picked up edge Cory House as their 10th 2026 recruit. The 3-star and No. 68 edge recruit in the country from Memphis, TN, declared his commitment on June 10. Rush ends coach Chad Wilts, who ultimately was credited as the primary recruiter, first gave House an offer back in February. However, the 6'5, 240-pound edge was wanted at 28 schools across the country, including 12 power conference schools. Advertisement Initially, House intended to visit Indiana and North Carolina as well. Ole Miss was also a contender for the Whitehaven High School edge. Michigan State head coach Jonathan Smith looks on during practiceNick King/Lansing State Journal/USA TODAY NETWORK via Imagn Images Before the official visit season started, the Spartans had only four class of 2026 recruits all on the offensive side of the ball: quarterback Kayd Coffman, tight end Joey Caudill, tight end Eddie Whiting, and offensive tackle Eli Bickel. House now marks Michigan State's sixth consecutive defensive addition for the class of 2026 alongside safety Brayden Thomas, cornerback K.J. Deriso, safety Elijah Caldwell-Hardy, linebacker Braylon Hodge, and defensive tackle Chris Knauls. Advertisement Thomas, Deriso, and Hodge were also part of the first group of visitors. Thomas first committed to Iowa State on February 1. On May 31, one day after his official visit, the Ohio native hinted at flipping his decision before verbally committing to Michigan State on June 2. Despite upping the numbers, the Spartans are still pulling together more of a lackluster recruitment class with No. 295 overall Coffman being the only commit in the top 550 overall. Currently Michigan State's recruitment is ranked 44th in the country, falling well behind its Big Ten rivals in the top 20 overall: USC (No. 1), Ohio State (No. 2), Penn State (No. 5), Rutgers (No. 9), Illinois (No. 12), UCLA (No. 14), Minnesota (No. 18), and Washington (No. 20). While the Spartans bumped from No. 57 to No. 44, being on the weaker end of recruitment will force head coach Jonathan Smith to rely on returners making leaps heading into his second year if he's unable to secure high-end recruits.
