Sunjay Kapur's sister Mandhira pens emotional note about life after his death, remembers late dad: ‘Our world will never be the same'

Sunjay Kapur's sister Mandhira Kapur recently shared a post remembering her father Surinder Kapur on his 10th death anniversary. Surinder also died in June. Penning an emotional note, Mandhira also remembered her brother, who passed away last month and said, 'Our world will never be the same.'
Sharing a note for her father, Mandhira wrote, 'In the footsteps of a visionary, we find the strength to forge ahead and build a brighter future. His legacy lives on in every innovation, every achievement, and every dream we pursue. With gratitude, we honour a leader whose dedication and passion continues to inspire us all.'
Sharing the post, she captioned it: 'Missing dad today. Can't believe it's been 10 years. Bhaiya and him are together looking down on us. Miss them, our world will never be the same.'
Mandhira's post received the support of celebs like Mozes Singh and Bhavana Pandey. They dropped folded hands emojis in the post's comments section.

Just a week before, Mandhira had shared another emotional post remembering her brother. She shared several throwback photos on her Instagram handle and penned a long note. In the post, she shared that she was not in talking terms with her brother for the past four years.
'My brother and I may not have spoken for the last 4 years, a silly sibling squabble escalated to crazy levels due to egos and natural bullishness, however, that will never take back what we were and what we had.'

However, she regretted that she couldn't fix things between her and Sunjay. She wrote, 'What happened towards the end has been both horrible and pointless, I will never have my moments with him again. We will never be us and it is devastating that we didn't fix what had become broken and so now my heart is the same. I am sure he knew despite our recent estrangement that I loved him and in my soul I am sure he shared the same hope as I, that one day we would be as amazing as we were for the first 47 years. Of this I am sure and take some small comfort.'

At the end of the post, she advised her readers to repair the void they have with their loved ones because one day they will be deprived of that opportunity.
Sunjay Kapur, previously married to Karsima Kapoor, died on June 12 during a polo match in England. His friend Suhel Seth told ANI, 'Sunjay died of a heart attack, apparently after swallowing a bee during a polo match in England.' His company, Sona Comstar later listed that he died due to heart attack.
Sunjay Kapur was currently married to Priya Sachdev. He had four children from his second and third marriage. Before tying the knot with Karisma Kapoor, Sunjay was married to Nandita Mahtani for four years.
