OneOdio Studio Max 1 DJ headphones review: Pro-level sound and 100+ hour battery
Design
Although the Studio Max 1 is primarily built from plastic, the design doesn't feel cheap, thanks to metal reinforcements in the hinges and headband. The headset is predominantly black, but the red stitching on the headband, red backing inside the ear cups, and silver "L" and "R" markings add a touch of subtle style to the overall design.
The outside of the earcups has a grooved plastic finish that unfortunately scratches relatively easily. Still, they swivel and rotate freely, allowing DJs to monitor with one ear.
In the box, you'll also find three cables (3.5mm, 6.35mm, and a combo cable), a USB-C charging cable, a carrying pouch, a wireless transmitter, and some documentation.
Comfort and fit
Despite weighing 352 grams, the Studio Max 1 is surprisingly comfortable. The memory foam ear cushions are thick and soft, and the headband is well-padded without putting pressure on the crown. The earcups are large and encompass the ears without clamping too tightly.
I wore them for extended sessions, and while the earcups do get a bit warm, that's par for the course with over-ears. The generous padding and adjustability make these comfortable for both casual listening and serious mixing.
Sound quality
I found the sound signature is clear and balanced, with deep bass and crisp treble. A built-in equaliser can be activated by double-pressing the power button, which adds a noticeable low-end punch. The EQ mode has an impact on bass-heavy tracks, but I preferred to leave it off. The headphones are equipped with 50mm composite diaphragm drivers and LDAC support for Hi-Res audio. Regardless of what I was using them for, the sound quality remained consistently impressive, particularly for the price.
Battery life
Battery life is where the Studio Max 1 truly stands out, outshining many other brands with up to 120 hours of playback. The quick charge feature is also a welcome bonus, just 5 minutes of charging gives you an extra 2.5 hours of listening time. The included wireless transmitter lasts up to 15 days with daily use and adds only 20ms of latency, making it ideal for real-time DJ monitoring.
Features and connectivity
What makes the Studio Max 1 unique is its flexibility across a wide range of use cases. They support four different connection modes: DJ Wireless Mode via the included low-latency dongle (20x faster than conventional Bluetooth), a professional-grade 6.35mm wired option for traditional setups, a 3.5mm jack for everyday compatibility, and Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless listening on the go. Switching between Bluetooth and the wireless dongle is seamless, thanks to a dedicated button on the right earcup.
It's worth noting that when using a physical cable connection, the headphones automatically power off, which disables the onboard EQ and volume buttons. While this might seem like a drawback, the analogue fidelity of the wired connection makes up for the loss of digital features.
The built-in microphone system performs admirably as well. Dual microphones with ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) effectively isolate your voice, making it suitable for calls and voice recordings, even in moderately noisy environments. During my outdoor tests, the headphones effectively suppressed wind and traffic noise while maintaining clear and intelligible vocals.
Verdict
The OneOdio Studio Max 1 DJ headphones offer low latency and a comfortable fit. While build quality could be a tad more refined, they offer excellent value, especially for DJs or audio creators. If you're after a versatile, long-lasting, and great-sounding pair of headphones for professional or casual use, the Studio Max 1 deserves a spot on your shortlist.

Seenda Sleek JP-064-3 review: budget-priced keyboard and mouse combo kit
Seenda Sleek JP-064-3 Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse Combo is an ultra-affordable set-up that works equally well with both Mac and Windows computers and laptops. The pairing comes in a few colours but I reviewed the black matte units that look sleek and professional in an office environment. The multi-device compatibility means you can connect up to three devices and switch between them quickly and effortlessly using the designated buttons on the top right of the keyboard. There are two Bluetooth connections along with a USB-A receiver. Setting both devices up is simple and quick. Seenda Sleek JP-064-3 Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse Combo (Image: Seenda) The rechargeable-by-USB-C keyboard battery provides up to 200 hours of use from a single three-hour charge thanks to efficient energy management. There is a welcome auto-sleep battery saving feature along with on/off switches. The mouse can also be recharged by USB-C and unlike Apple's Magic Mouse, you can still work with the mouse while it is recharging. In everyday use, the devices do all that is asked of them. The scissor-switch keys are a joy to type on and the ultra-slim mouse feels comfortable for both your fingers and wrist but over prolonged use someone with large hands especially might experience the weakness of the ultra-slim design and wish the ergonomics on the mouse were better. If you are someone who works on-the-go a lot or travels frequently for work, the light weight and portability of this combo should be a major plus can bring these peripherals anywhere with ease. Despite both devices feeling so lightweight, the build quality suggests they should be durable enough to last despite the entry-level price point. One caveat to note is the keyboard is not backlit. Seenda Sleek JP-064-3 verdict If you are on a budget and use a multitude of devices on a regular basis, you can't really go wrong with Seenda Sleek JP-064-3 (also known as SKM-064-3). Price comparison Apple Magic Keyboard and Mouse costs €204 from Apple . Microsoft Surface Arc Mouse costs €89.99 from Logitech Pebble Keys wireless keyboard costs €54.99 from Currys. Mibro GS Explorer S review: A rugged adventure smartwatch that goes where you go
The Mibro GS Explorer S is a rugged outdoor smartwatch with premium features, including dual-frequency GNSS, 10 ATM water resistance, and a free-diving mode, all at a budget-friendly price. After a month of real-world use, here's how it holds up. Design and build The GS Explorer S is manufactured to meet military-grade durability standards. Picture: Mibro. The GS Explorer S looks and feels purpose-built for the outdoors. It's chunky, rugged, and unapologetically bold. I've been using the standard ceramic edition, which has a dual-material strap that combines the flexibility of silicone with the durability of metal links. It not only looks premium but also feels secure whether I'm on a hike or in the water. Mibro includes both orange and black straps in the box, using standard 22mm quick-release links for easy swapping. Mibro says the watch has passed 17 military-grade durability tests, which sounds great on paper, but it's the kind of reassurance you start to appreciate when you're out in the rain, or roughing it doing DIY projects. I've put it through a few cold swims, and it has had plenty of knocks, and it hasn't picked up a scratch. Despite its rugged build, the GS Explorer S is surprisingly comfortable. It doesn't dig into your wrist or feel overly heavy, which is something I usually notice in rugged watches. The three-button layout (including a large action button) is glove-friendly and responsive. Display The GS Explorer S features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display, boasting a peak brightness of 1,500 nits. Visibility in direct sunlight is excellent. The colours are vivid, animations are fluid, and the UI feels refined thanks to the upgraded Galaxy OS 2.0. While I wouldn't call the bezels invisible, they're tastefully done, and the display feels modern and crisp. There's an always-on mode, too, which I enabled for most of my testing period. Even in low light or underwater, the screen remains easy to read. Features and battery life Over the last month, I've been impressed by how much tech Mibro has crammed into the GS Explorer S. Bluetooth calling works well, and the microphone quality has been more than acceptable for casual conversations. It connects reliably to both Android and iOS, and I didn't experience any random disconnects during my time with it. Battery life has been another high point. With standard use (notifications on, Bluetooth calling enabled, occasional GPS), I easily got 10–12 days per charge. With heavy GPS and activity tracking, the battery life dropped to about 5–6 days, which is still excellent for a feature-rich watch at this price point. Charging is done via a magnetic pogo-pin style cable and typically takes under two hours to go from empty to full. The GS Explorer S also supports voice assistant functionality, basic weather info, alarms, timers, and music control. There's no app store, but the built-in suite is enough for most needs. Syncing with Google Fit, Strava, and Apple Health was quick and painless through the Mibro app. However, there's no NFC for contactless payments, which could be a deal-breaker for some. Activity and smart features For runners, hikers, climbers, swimmers, even free divers, this watch is packed with features. Based on my limited testing, I found the dual-frequency GNSS tracking impressively accurate. I've tested it on various cycling and walking trips, and the mapping data was spot on, even in dense wooded areas where GPS signals are usually unreliable. The Outdoor Exploration Mode is a central hub that consolidates your GPS route, weather, air pressure, heart rate, and waypoint marking into a single screen. You can use it to drop virtual breadcrumbs on a route and monitor elevation changes in real-time. The Track Back feature is great for peace of mind, as it allows you to retrace your steps if needed. The GS Explorer S features dual-frequency GPS (L1+L5) for wider coverage, better battery, and pinpoint tracking. Picture: Mibro. Free-Diving Mode logs descent/ascent speed, dive time, depth, and gives you customisable depth/time alerts. There are over 150 sports modes, many of which offer sport-specific metrics. Health tracking includes heart rate, SpO2, stress, sleep, and breathing rate. There's no ECG or HRV like you'd find on flagship wearables, but for the price, it offers a strong range of wellness metrics. Sleep tracking was fairly accurate and provided a decent breakdown of my sleep cycles, along with recommendations. Verdict The Mibro GS Explorer S is a rugged, feature-rich smartwatch that punches well above its weight. It's ideal for adventurers and outdoor sports enthusiasts seeking GPS accuracy, waterproofing, and real-world durability without the premium price tag. €160 Mibro
