As reported by Business Insider, Astronomer has confirmed that Kirstin Cabot has resigned from her position of company's chief people officer and is no longer associated with the company. 'Kristin Cabot is no longer with Astronomer; she has resigned,' the company told BI.
After the resignation, Cabot's profile has also been removed from the company's leadership page. However, the company has not yet released any official statement on the resignation of Kirstin Cabot.
The resignation from Kristin Cabot comes days after the former CEO Andy Byron stepped down. Andy Byron resigned after he was caught in a cheating scandal with the company's HR head Kristin Cabot at a Cold Play event. Announcing Andy Byron's resignation, Astronomer said in a statement, "Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted. The Board will begin a search for our next Chief Executive as Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy continues to serve as interim CEO.'

Under the Jan Vishwas (Amendment Of Provisions) Act 2023, around 183 provisions in 42 Acts related to 19 departments were decriminalised. Overall, more than 40,000 compliances across the country have been eliminated or simplified and there is a significant push to reduce the burden of criminalisation of many laws.

India becoming big exporter of railway equipment: Vaishnaw
Vadodara: Railway manufacturing in India is experiencing the transformative impact of the ' Make in India , Make for the World' vision championed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, union minister for railways Ashwini Vaishnaw said on Sunday. "India is now exporting railway components, coaches, and locomotives to many developed countries," the minister stated after visiting Alstom's factory in Savli taluka of Vadodara district. He praised the modern design and build quality of the 'Namo Bharat' coaches being produced at the facility. Vaishnaw congratulated Alstom for its 'Designed in India' railway equipment. Coaches, locomotives, bogies, propulsion systems, and other components manufactured at the Savli plant are being exported globally—including to Australia, the UK, France, Germany, Canada, Mexico, and other countries—under the 'Design, Develop, Deliver from India to the World' initiative. "The Savli factory has boosted the economy of the Vadodara region by creating employment opportunities for local youth and contributing to the overall development of the area," a press release stated. Alstom officials informed the minister that the company employs around 7,000 engineers in India, working on both rolling stock and signalling systems.
