Bizarre footage shows Alan resting his upper body on a blue chair while fire officers try to free him from the cell wall at the prison in Rio Branco.
His shirtless back, marked by a large demon tattoo, was strained from hanging down over the floor.
It also appears to be injured, with visible grazes and bloody wounds shown in the video.
Officers said they had to be extra careful not to injure his upper body during the drilling process.

Alan attempted to make his escape through the rugged hole while the guards were distracted.
But he appears to have underestimated the size of his escape hole - or his body - soon finding himself stuck waist-deep inside the wall.
After wardens noticed 'strange movement' in the cell on Monday, they called firefighters for help.
Officers carefully extracted the inmate, who was freed unharmed.
A fire department spokesperson said: "According to the inmate's own account, the hole was dug for two days using a nail and a broomstick.
"However, during the escape attempt, he was trapped inside the opening.
"In view of the situation, Criminal Police called the Fire Department to carry out the rescue.

"After thorough work, the rescue team was able to successfully release the victim, who was safely handed over to the Criminal Police team that was already on standby at the scene."

Jail officials have yet to explain how the man obtained the tools or how the large hole in the wall went unnoticed.
It comes as a trio of would-be arsonists accidentally torched their own getaway car.
Security footage from southern Australia shows a clumsy man dousing the front of a house with a liquid - before his escape plan goes up in flames.
Meanwhile, a bungling crew member activated a jet's emergency slide by mistake - putting it out of service and delaying hundreds of passengers.
The gaffe, which took place on a BA flight in January, cost the airline £100,000.

Palestine Action to be banned after break-in at RAF base

The Home Secretary is preparing to ban Palestine Action following the group's vandalism of two planes at an RAF base, the PA news agency understands. Yvette Cooper has decided to proscribe the group, making it a criminal offence to belong to or support Palestine Action. The decision comes after the group posted footage online showing two people inside the base at RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire. The clip shows one person riding an electric scooter up to an Airbus Voyager air-to-air refuelling tanker and appearing to spray paint into its jet engine. The incident is being also investigated by counter terror police. A spokesperson for Palestine Action accused the UK of failing to meet its obligation to prevent or punish genocide. The spokesperson said: 'When our government fails to uphold their moral and legal obligations, it is the responsibility of ordinary citizens to take direct action. The terrorists are the ones committing a genocide, not those who break the tools used to commit it.' The Home Secretary has the power to proscribe an organisation under the Terrorism Act of 2000 if she believes it is 'concerned in terrorism'. Proscription will require Ms Cooper to lay an order in Parliament, which must then be debated and approved by both MPs and peers. Some 81 organisations have been proscribed under the 2000 Act, including Islamist terrorist groups such as Hamas and al Qaida, far-right groups such as National Action, and Russian private military company Wagner Group. Another 14 organisations connected with Northern Ireland are also banned under previous legislation, including the IRA and UDA. Belonging to or expressing support for a proscribed organisation, along with a number of other actions, are criminal offences carrying a maximum sentence of 14 years in prison. Friday's incident at Brize Norton, described by the Prime Minister as 'disgraceful', prompted calls for Palestine Action to be banned. The group has staged a series of demonstrations in recent months, including spraying the London offices of Allianz Insurance with red paint over its alleged links to Israeli defence company Elbit, and vandalising Donald Trump's Turnberry golf course in South Ayrshire. The Campaign Against Antisemitism (CAA) welcomed the news that Ms Cooper intended to proscribe the group, saying: 'Nobody should be surprised that those who vandalised Jewish premises with impunity have now been emboldened to sabotage RAF jets.' CAA chief executive Gideon Falter urged the Home Secretary to proscribe the Houthi rebel group and Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps, adding: 'This country needs to clamp down on the domestic and foreign terrorists running amok on our soil.' Former home secretary Suella Braverman said it was 'absolutely the correct decision'. But Tom Southerden, of Amnesty International UK, said the human rights organisation was 'deeply concerned at the use of counter terrorism powers to target protest groups'. Mr Southerden said: 'Terrorism powers should never have been used to aggravate criminal charges against Palestine Action activists and they certainly shouldn't be used to ban them.

Chloe said: "I trusted the justice system. It failed me. "All it takes is an implication of doubt to devalue the overall felt like I was on trial. "This is happening far too often — not just to me, but to survivors everywhere. The courts are being used to retraumatise victims, not protect them. "I spoke my truth. I fought for justice. And I was let down. Moment vile woman caught kicking dog on neighbour's doorbell camera "We need change - because justice shouldn't be this easy to escape." The court was told the pair had been in a relationship for around six months between December 2021 and May 2022 but remained "on and off" after it ended. Giving evidence, Chloe described their relationship as "narcissistic" adding: "You are addicted to the highs and lows. It is euphoric." During her evidence, the influencer said: "I genuinely thought I'm going to die." She told the court she was left with six bite marks and as a result she needed a tetanus shot and antibiotics. Chloe later went to hospital where it was found one of the bite marks on her neck had "turned septic", it was said. Jurors previously heard a slew of messages were recovered from Lawrence's phone that were sent just before the accusations of assault. He told her: 'I'll do everything in my power to f**k you up. "You're a lying little w****, you said you were coming to me an hour-and-a-half ago." Chloe also described Lawrence as "crazy" and claimed he pursued her while she was at the Cannes film festival and in Mykonos with friends. CHARGES CLEARED Smartly dressed in a grey suit, bearded Lawrence appeared emotional as the unanimous verdict was announced as he looked over to supporters at the back of the courtroom. Giving evidence in court, Lawrence claimed Chloe had confided in him that her boyfriend Guccuk was violent towards her - and that at one point he had seen her with a red mark on her face. Lawrence claimed: "She had a mark on the side of her face. It looked like a footprint. It was a round mark. It was a red round mark. "She always described the relationship as violent. She said he used to beat her up, things of that nature." Asked by Tom Wyatt, defending, whether he had ever bitten anyone, Lawrence replied: "Absolutely not. I'd never even had a fight". The defence lawyer said no one was suggesting Chloe was not assaulted but claimed Guccuk was responsible for her injuries. Mr Wyatt added: "She couldn't risk losing the man who paid for her lifestyle." Francesca Allen, 28, who appeared on series five of Love Island, dated Lawrence in 2018 and wrote a character statement as part of Lawrence's defence. Following his initial arrest, Lawrence had wept and said: "This is ridiculous. She's ruining my life. I asked her to leave." Lawrence later gave police a prepared statement in which he confirmed his relationship with Ms Othen began in January 2022 and ended four months later "because she aborted my child". 8 Ricky Lawrence denied assault and was cleared of all charges Credit: Dan Charity 8 Chloe has hit out on Instagram after the ruling saw Lawrence walk free Credit: Instagram 8 She questioned the 'justice' of the situation despite Lawrence being cleared Credit: Instagram
