Horse racing tips: ‘He's exciting and arrives after a massive personal best' – Templegate's in-form 6-1 NAP
TEMPLEGATE tackles Thursday's racing - the highlight of which is a cracking Brigadier Gerard card at Sandown - confident of banging in some winners.

SURREY SHADOW (8.40 Sandown, nap)
It's early days for in-form Tom Clover's hope who is having just his sixth run here. He clocked a massive personal best on comeback in the Spring Mile at Doncaster last time. He relished stepping up in trip and managed to finish a close fourth despite getting a really rough trip. He should have learned plenty from that experience and can go close again.
TRAWLERMAN (7.05 Sandown, nb)
He showed his quality with an excellent second in the Ascot Gold Cup and looked in need of the run when fifth in Dubai last month. William Buick can steer him home.
OVER SPICED (5.05 Lingfield, treble)
She carries a 6lb penalty after scoring at Chepstow eight days ago. This race looks no tougher and a repeat should be more than good enough.
POLYGRAM (4.00 Lingfield, Lucky 15)
Has improved with every run and just missed out at Newcastle last time. She likes this trip and can take the final step forward needed to get off the mark.

Aidan O'Brien's massive Derby favourite a huge drifter in the market as stablemate is smashed in
AIDAN O'BRIEN'S massive Derby favourite The Lion In Winter is a huge drifter in the market. And stablemate Delacroix has been smashed into favourite. 1 The Lion In Winter, the long-time favourite for the Derby, is a huge drifter in the market Credit: Getty Acomb Stakes winner The Lion In Winter - who flopped in the Dante at York - is out to a huge 11 (10-1) on the Betfair Exchange. While Coral reported a surge of bets for Coolmore-owned Delacroix, who looks like being the mount of Ryan Moore. Coral's David Stevens said: "Since Aidan O'Brien's comments earlier this week that Ryan Moore would find it difficult not to ride Delacroix at Epsom, the Leopardstown Trial winner has been the best-backed Derby contender by far. "He has regained outright favouritism for the Classic, in contrast to The Lion In Winter, who has now been eased to 6-1 for next Saturday's race." More to follow. Bruno Fernandes ‘seriously considering' Al-Hilal transfer offer and could play final Man Utd match today
BRUNO FERNANDES is entertaining a shock move to Saudi Arabia, it's been claimed. Manchester United's skipper is currently being eyed by Al-Hilal, who are looking to make a marquee signing this summer following Neymar's departure. 1 Al-Hilal are keen on signing Bruno Fernandes Credit: Shutterstock Editorial The Saudi Pro League side are understood to be willing to pay a whopping £100million to secure the services of Fernandes, who would take home a pretty penny if he were to move to The Kingdom. And the 30-year-old is said to be "giving serious consideration" to the move. That's according to The Athletic, who claims talks for the Portugal international to join Al-Hilal are already underway. Should Fernandes accept the lucrative offer on the table, his last game as a Red Devil could take place TODAY . United play Hong Kong in a friendly this afternoon as part of their end-of-season tour of Asia. Fernandes is just one of several United stars up for sale this summer. Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho are also in line to be sold to help finance Ruben Amorim's overhaul of the squad this summer. The trio likely wouldn't have been sold had United secured Champions League football by winning last week's Europa League final. Most read in Football THIS IS A DEVELOPING STORY..
