American League West: Seattle Mariners
Down go the Astros!
Houston currently leads the division but continues a major tailspin, particularly with an unproductive offense. In Seattle, Cal Raleigh is an MVP candidate with one of the best seasons ever by a catcher. The Mariners acted swiftly at the trade deadline and will overtake the Astros in due time.
National League East: Philadelphia Phillies
The loss of Zack Wheeler with a blood clot absolutely puts Philadelphia in a tough spot. With that said, the New York Mets can't get out of their own way and the Phillies still have plentiful thunder in the lineup.
National League Central: Milwaukee Brewers
The Brewers just made a statement to the league with a dominant 14-game winning streak. Kyle Tucker and the Chicago Cubs regressed rapidly in recent weeks, clearing the way for Milwaukee.
National League West: San Diego Padres
The rivalry between the Padres and the Los Angeles Dodgers just gets better and better.
The Dodgers hold a two-game lead but have struggled to stay healthy all season. The Padres built a gauntlet of a bullpen at the trade deadline and will play their best baseball in September to snatch the division away from Los Angeles.

Two Georgia Bulldogs make freshman All-American team
Georgia football will have to rely on some young players contributing to reach their goals for the season. On3 dropped their freshman All-American team and Georgia has two players on that list. On offense, offensive lineman Juan Gaston was a selection. The freshman is listed at 6-foot-7, 360-pounds is in a three-man competition for the starting right guard job. Griffin is the headliner of this freshmen class that could see several key contributors for the Bulldogs. Expect to see Griffin, a former five-star recruit, to put his talent on display on Saturday for the Bulldogs early and often. Griffin was ranked as the consensus No. 1 defensive lineman and a top-five recruit across all recruiting services. Three Georgia Bulldogs also earned USA TODAY Sports preseason All-American honors.
