
Handball Premier League fixtures moved to Tuesday amid Cup final
The rescheduled matches will take place at Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Sports Complex as follows:
4:30 pm– Burgan vs. Kazma
6:00 pm – Kuwait Club vs. Al-Arabi
7:30 pm – Salmiya vs. Sulaibikhat
Kuwait Club currently leads the standings with a perfect 40 points, followed by Burgan with 33, Kazma with 28, Salmiya with 21, and both Sulaibikhat and Al-Arabi with 18 points each.
Meanwhile, the Association has also revised the match schedule for the First Division League. The ninth round kicks off today, with Al-Qurain playing Khaitan at 5:00 pm and Fahaheel facing Al-Sahel at 6:30 pm.
Qadsia led the First Division table with 26 points, closely followed by Al-Qurain (24), Al-Nasr (23), Khaitan and Fahaheel (18 each), Yarmouk (6), Al-Tadamon (5), and Al-Sahel (0).
In earlier matches, Khaitan defeated Fahaheel 40–29, while Al-Qurain beat Al-Tadamon 32–25.

Kuwait U-17 women's team departs for Cairo training camp
KUWAIT CITY, Aug 16: Kuwait's U-17 women's national football team has left for Cairo to hold a training camp as part of their preparations for the AFC U-17 Women's Asian Cup qualifiers.
