Suspect held over deadly US fertility clinic bombing
The suspect, Daniel Park, a 32-year-old man from Washington state, was taken into custody at John F Kennedy International Airport in New York, the officials said.
He will make an initial appearance in Brooklyn federal court on Wednesday afternoon and eventually face charges in California.
Park had been detained in Poland and deported by Polish authorities.
US officials were not clear why he had travelled to Poland and said he was not in southern California on the day of the bombing.
Officials alleged that Park secured 270 pounds of a fertiliser for Guy Bartkus, the primary suspect in the bombing.
The officials charged Park with providing and attempting to provide material support to a terrorist.
Bartkus, 25, died in the blast.
A bomb detonated shortly before 11am local time on May 17 in or near a car parked outside the fertility clinic, operated by American Reproductive Center.
In addition to the death of the primary suspect, several other people were injured, according to authorities.
Bartkus had "nihilistic ideations," FBI officials said at the time, adding that they were investigating the attack as an act of terrorism.
On Wednesday law enforcement officials said that Park shared those views and had posted them on internet forums.

Bushfire CFA volunteer, surf lifesaver, he did a lot more civil service than most pollies,' one user commented. 'I'm impressed. That's leader behaviour,' another added. 'Doing more for the community than Albo,' a third remarked. 'I love Tony. Top bloke. Always puts other first,' a fan wrote. Mr Abbott was the prime minister between 2013 to 2015 but faced internal criticism over his 2014 budget measures, poor opinion polling which led to low approval ratings. A no-confidence motion was filed by the Liberal Party, with his then communications minister Malcolm Turnbull winning a dramatic late-night ballot 54-44. Mr Turnbull was sworn in as the fifth PM in five years, after Labor predecessors switched from Kevin Rudd to Julia Gillard and back to Mr Rudd from 2010 to 2013. Mr Abbott suffered a shock loss in the 2019 election when his seat of Warringah, in Sydney's Northern Beaches, was won by independent Zali Steggall. A whistleblower has revealed that a former house intelligence committee chairman approved leaking classified information to discredit President Trump, according to new documents. A Democratic whistleblower told the FBI that Adam Schiff approved leaking classified information in order to discredit President Donald Trump, according to newly-released documents. The documents, which were obtained by Just The News, were recently handed over to Congress by FBI Director Kash Patel. The whistleblower reportedly worked for Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee for more than ten years, and reported Schiff's alleged behavior to the FBI in 2017. According to the report, the intelligence staffer called the leaking "treasonous" and "illegal," in addition to being unethical. He was most recently interviewed by the FBI in 2023. The staffer also said that he personally attended a meeting where Schiff greenlit the leak. "This is the first of several major leak investigations we're going to see over the next several days," Solomon said.
