'Dancing Queen' Marcella Raneri just purchased a $36.5 million home on Manhattan's Billionaires' Row — the very same month she bought a $40 million Miami Beach mansion, Gimme Shelter can reveal.
The former Dallas Mavericks dancer, choreographer, and star of Netflix's 'Dancing Queens' and 'So You Think You Can Dance' just closed on the smashing residence at swanky 220 Central Park South with her tech mogul fiancé Daniel Nutkis.
The New York purchase was an off-market, all-cash deal — and the couple closed within three months of seeing the dwelling, sources said.

'We both enjoy the culture, arts and fine dining [that the Big Apple offers], but I especially wanted to spend more time with others in the dance community, which is world class in the city,' Raneri told Gimme.
'It has been a dream of mine since I was young to live in New York City, and that has never changed. I am just so happy that I get to do it part-time now,' she added.

Dallas, however, will continue to be the couple's primary base.
That's where, earlier this month, the couple celebrated their engagement with a bang-out bash decorated with 200,000 flowers for 300 people, as Page Six reported.
The 200 Central Park South apartment is a 3,043-square-foot behemoth, with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths on the 44th floor — and full views of Central Park. At the moment, it's empty and devoid of furniture, but that will change soon, sources said, as Raneri and Nutkis can't wait to add their own style to the condo.

'Marcella and Dan weren't looking for a Manhattan home, but they love the building. A unit like this is rare and when they heard it was for sale — off market — they jumped,' a friend said.
Raneri told Gimme that she and Nutkis love the building's 'location, views, amenities and services.'
Those include a private restaurant by Jean-Georges Vongerichten, for those who don't feel like walking across Columbus Circle to Jean-Georges, at Trump International Hotel and Tower.
'After considering other options, we limited our search only to [220 Central Park South], and then it was securing the unit with the size and views we desired,' Raneri said.
Despite New York's challenges, from 9/11 and the 2008 recession to the pandemic, the city keeps defying naysayers' claims that it is 'over.'
'Both Dan and I feel that New York City is, and will continue to be, a great city and [220 Central Park South] is a world-class building — so when the opportunity became available, we didn't think twice,' she said.

Former White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has quit the Democratic party after its "betrayal" of Joe Biden to become an independent, her publisher said in a statement Wednesday announcing a new book. Jean-Pierre, 50, who served under Biden for two years, will explain the decision in her book, titled "Independent: A Look Inside a Broken White House, Outside the Party Lines," publishing house Hachette said. Jean-Pierre blazed a trail as the first Black and gay presidential spokesperson. "Jean-Pierre didn't come to her decision to be an Independent lightly," the Hachette statement said as it announced the book, which will be published on October 21. "She takes us through the three weeks that led to Biden's abandoning his bid for a second term and the betrayal by the Democratic Party that led to his decision," the statement added. Biden, who was 81 at the time, dropped his bid for a second term after a disastrous debate performance against Republican Donald Trump renewed concerns about his health and mental acuity. Jean-Pierre strongly defended Biden after the debate, when a series of senior Democrats including former House speaker Nancy Pelosi pushed him to step aside. But she and other former White House aides have since faced questions about whether they covered up the impact of Biden's age, fanned by the publication of another book by two journalists, "Original Sin." The revelations have also prompted a bout of Democratic infighting as party members seek to distance themselves from Biden's legacy and fight back against Trump ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. Jean-Pierre's book will however also push back at what her publisher called a "torrent of disinformation and misinformation." Joe Biden's White House press secretary has quit the Democratic Party and written a tell-all memoir about the party's 'betrayal' of the former president. Karine Jean-Pierre, 50, who fiercely defended Mr Biden when reporters asked about his ailing health, has penned a book about her journey to becoming an 'independent' after serving in both Barack Obama and Mr Biden's administrations. Independent: A Look Inside a Broken White House, Outside the Party Lines, which will be released on Oct 21, is described as a 'groundbreaking, revelatory assessment of America's broken two-party system'. According to Legacy Lit, a Hachette Book Group imprint that will publish the book, 'insider' Ms Jean-Pierre will urge Americans to 'embrace life as independents' in a 'country obsessed with blind loyalty'. 'Jean-Pierre didn't come to her decision to be an independent lightly,' it adds. 'She has served two American presidents, Obama and Biden. In 2020, she joined Biden's campaign as a senior adviser, becoming Harris's chief of staff and then, two years later, White House press secretary. She takes us through the three weeks that led to Biden abandoning his bid for a second term and the betrayal by the Democratic Party that led to his decision.' The book is described as a 'hard-hitting yet hopeful critique' in which she encourages Americans to 'think outside of the blue-and-red box'. Jake Tapper, the CNN journalist, has been accused of cashing-in with a book about Mr Biden's decline in office while failing to report on it while he was still in office. Tapper was accused of being a hypocrite following the release of Original Sin, which alleged aides shielded the public from the extent of Mr Biden's decline while serving as president. According to the authors, the president at one stage forgot the name of actor George Clooney and was closely managed by his wife, Jill Biden, who allegedly protected the president from criticism and finished his thoughts for him. Mr Biden, 82, said the allegations were 'wrong' and 'there's nothing to sustain' them. Last month, he revealed he had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. Ms Jean-Pierre, who was in Mr Biden's inner circle, was criticised at times for being evasive about Mr Biden's physical condition. Her book appears to represent a continuation of her defence of Mr Biden. Earlier this year Ms Jean-Pierre accused the Democratic leadership of attacking Mr Biden like a 'firing squad'. 'Until January 20, I was responsible for speaking on behalf of the president of the United States,' Ms Jean-Pierre, the first black woman and openly gay person to hold the position of White House press secretary, said in a statement released on Wednesday. 'At noon on that day, I became a private citizen who, like all Americans and many of our allies around the world, had to contend with what was to come next for our country. I determined that the danger we face as a country requires freeing ourselves of boxes. We need to be willing to exercise the ability to think creatively and plan strategically.' Ms Jean-Pierre succeeded Jen Psaki as press secretary in 2022 after previously serving as deputy press secretary and also working as a senior adviser during Mr Biden's 2020 campaign.
