Aybüke Pusat fired from TRT's "The Organization" over CHP Boycott support
ALBAWABA - Aybüke Pusat was fired from TRT's "The Organization" after supporting the CHP boycott movement online.
Fans were shocked to learn that Aybüke Pusat was kicked off the cast of "The Organization" by TRT for endorsing the Republican People's Party (CHP) boycott movement.
Before removing the post, Pusat had posted the demand for a boycott on her Instagram account. Even still, she continued to receive harsh criticism, which finally resulted in her termination from the show.
TRT General Manager Zahid Subaç clarified in an official statement that the boycott was driven by political reasons and that her endorsement went against the channel's values, professionalism, and conception of public broadcasting.

The script would be changed to reflect this alteration, he confirmed, adding that Pusat's involvement "did not align with TRT's corporate values and disappointed the series' viewers."
Following her trauma, Uğur Özgür Özel, the head of the Turkish opposition, backed Aybüke.
"Wherever she acts, we will make her achieve record viewership numbers," he claimed in press releases. "We will support her wherever she goes," he continued. These individuals don't even feel guilty about taking away someone's source of income.
Following her ordeal, Ebuki's partner, Furkan Andıç, stood by her side and offered support, posting a story on Instagram with the caption, "I am by your side, my rose."

The channel has unfollowed Murat Daltaban's official social media accounts. It is unclear whether his involvement in the movement to boycott the national economy led to his expulsion from the "Once Upon a Time in Istanbul" television series.
Additionally, Boran Kuzum was taken off the set of "The Story of a Soul," which was supposed to air on the state-run TRT1 platform and would have starred him alongside Deniz Baysal.

The arrest comes as tensions in Turkey have escalated after Ekrem İmamoğlu and 51 other people were arrested in connection with investigations into the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Protests erupted in response to these events, leading to the arrest of more than 300 university students.

Freedom flotilla set to reach Palestinian waters in 19 hours
The aid ship Madleen is expected to reach Palestinian waters near the Gaza Strip in approximately 19 hours, according to activists on board. Rima Hassan, a French-Palestinian Member of the European Parliament sailing with the crew, had posted on Instagram that the ship would arrive within a day. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Rima Hassan (@rimamobarak) Brazilian activist Thiago Ávila, also aboard the Madleen, said the ship is now about 190 miles (306 km) from Gaza. In a video posted Sunday morning, Ávila called on supporters around the world to urge their governments to ensure the vessel's safe passage. Ávila described the mission as modest, with just 12 people on board carrying as much aid as possible, including food, medicine, crutches, prosthetics for amputated children, and water filters, acknowledging that it amounts to only a small fraction of what Gaza needs. He also expressed concern about the dangers ahead, referencing Israeli Occupation's history of intercepting aid ships bound for Gaza. He emphasized that visibility and public pressure on governments are the most effective ways to help ensure the Madleen reaches its destination safely.
