Official: Álvaro Morata leaves Galatasaray Álvaro Morata has ended his loan spell at Galatasaray, paving the way for a return to Serie A. The 32-year-old Spanish striker, still under contract with AC Milan, has reached an agreement with Como. Morata arrived at Milan last summer but failed to make a lasting impression (5 goals in 16 Serie A matches) before being loaned out in January to the Turkish club, where he scored 6 goals and provided 1 assist in 12 Süper Lig appearances. Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish is hopeful Eberechi Eze will still be at the club when the summer transfer window closes but has refused to rule out an exit amid interest from Arsenal. Speaking after the Eagles beat Liverpool on penalties to win the Community Shield at Wembley, Parish admitted it will be difficult to keep hold of both players. He said: "Yeah listen, of course but players come and go in football clubs you know. "I mean it's a life cycle isn't it you know. Hopefully they're still here, that's what I'd like but we'll see." Eze played the full 90 minutes against Liverpool on Sunday and though his penalty was saved by Alisson Becker in the shootout, he was on the winning side at Wembley once again. Interestingly, a clip of the attacking midfielder after receiving his medal has gone viral on social media. As Eze walked back down the steps, he is asked - presumably by an Arsenal fan - if he will be making the move to the Emirates Stadium in the near future. The 27-year-old did not give a response, but many eagle-eyed Gunners supporters noticed a wry smile as he made his way to continue the post-match celebrations.

'It will happen' - Iraola on Zabarnyi to PSG
Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola spoke to BBC Radio Solent after the club's final pre-season match against Real Sociedad. On Illya Zabarnyi: "You know me, I hate this month. Things are happening. Zaba [Illya Zabarnyi] has not played in our last two games but it is not official so we have to wait. I think it will happen but we have to wait until everything is signed and official". On an attempt to sign Bafode Diakite: "We are trying to sign centre-backs after we lost Dean [Huijsen] and Zabarnyi. I can't talk about players that are not ours. We need two new centre-backs. It will be impossible to replace the ones that have left but the best centre-backs we can find, the club is working on it". On the future of Dango Ouattara: "He is our player, I don't want to lose him, but I haven't wanted to lose any of the players this summer. While the window is open there will be speculation. I don't know what will happen but I hate these things because you have players and you don't know who could be available. We have lost important players but this is something we cannot change.
