Frankie Bridge's cryptic 'people pleaser' post amid Myleene Klass 'feud'
Frankie Bridge took to social media to share another cryptic message amid speculation of a huge rift between herself and Myleene Klass. The former Saturdays singer, 36, posted on TikTok as she enjoyed her latest getaway.
In the clip, the star is filmed at a beach resort miming along to Manchild by Sabrina Carpenter. She was wearing a brown frilly dress in the upload as sh stood on a balcony at a villa. The video was captioned: "Taking 36 years to realise being a people pleaser doesn't please anyone."
She went on: "Fad diets are a waste of time. Turns out it's all about balance?! Who knew?! Only you can make yourself happy."
And Frankie added: "You can do the hard thing! You've got this." She then added a red love heart emoji to her post. Fans were quick to agree with her comments, letting their feelings be known on the post.
It comes just days after the star had shared a separate cryptic post on the social media platform. Taking to TikTok last week, the Loose Women panellist made a cryptic dig at an unknown person, seemingly implying she was holding a grudge against them.
She shared a video of herself holding and sipping on a glass of wine and wrote over the top: "You're so quiet… Thanks, you said something five years ago and I've just realised you're actually dead to me."
And in the post's actual caption, she penned: "Takes me a while, but once you're dead you're dead."
It's claimed the apparent feud between Myleene and Frankie had spilled over onto television recently. According to reports, Frankie, Myleene and Rochelle Humes had become involved in a feud. The three stars previously used to hang out together, with Myleene and Frankie both attending Rochelle's hen do in 2012.
However, it's thought things soon soured and it's claimed they were kept apart. Myleene's feud with Rochelle is also thought to have been sparked after Frankie recently shared a picture of herself on holiday in Ibiza with husband Marvin and Myleene's ex-husband Graham Quinn.
Myleene recently made allegations against Graham in an appearance on Paul C Brunson's We Need to Talk podcast. She claimed she walked in on Graham and an celebrity female "unzipping each other" on the balcony at her birthday party.
""I walked in on him with a famous person on my birthday on a balcony," Myleene said in the podcast. "I'm in my house, it's my party. They weren't having sex, but they were unzipping each other," she alleged.
In response to the betrayal, Myleene said, "I kicked everybody out of the party – including his mum and dad." The celebrity involved wasn't identified by Myleene, yet she mentioned that this woman was known for cultivating "a family brand."
Friends of Graham have since hit back at claims he cheated.

Robbie Williams fans gobsmacked as singer faces unlikely 'stage invader' on tour
Robbie Williams is currently on the European leg of his Britpop tour, and fans were left gobsmacked when he bravely faced an unlikely 'stage invader' at a recent show Robbie Williams is in the middle of a mammoth 37-show tour in support of his latest album, Britpop, which has seen him play a number of shows in the UK and across Europe. But during one recent gig in Germany, the former Take That star left fans gobsmacked as he was seen bravely fending off an unlikely "stage invader" who tried to interrupt the show. A video of the incident was shared on TikTok by The Lottery Winners, a pop band who have been supporting Robbie on his tour throughout the UK and Europe. The clip begins with Robbie inviting his "new best mate" and Lottery Winners lead singer Thom Rylance on stage, before the fellow musician alerts him to the unwelcome guest on stage with them. But the stage invader isn't an overzealous fan, but is instead something that could be even scarier - a wasp. Thom tells Robbie in the clip: "There's a wasp right on you." As the Angels singer moves out of the way, the wasp flies between the two, and Thom can be heard screaming while Robbie tells the insect to "f**k off". He then also jokingly tells the crowd to "finish the gig yourselves" as he attempts to run off stage away from the angry wasp. WARNING: The below TikTok video contains strong language. The crowd descends into laughter as Thom lifts his guitar as a weapon to fight off the wasp, before declaring to Robbie that he's "so scared". Robbie then stated: "I'm not. I'm butch." Robbie asks Thom if he would be willing to play guitar for some of his songs, but is cut off mid-sentence as the wasp comes back for more and he's forced to pull off the scarf he's wearing and throw it into the crowd to try and deter the insect. The video then cuts to Robbie and Thom performing Take That's hit Relight My Fire together, before Thom once again has to run away as the wasp returns to taunt him some more. Commenters on the video were left in stitches by the duo's antics, as people joked they needed "security" to escort the wasp off stage so the musicians could get back to the show. One person said: "Where's security when you need them?" Another added: "When the best concert ever becomes a stand-up comedy show."

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) FRANKIE Bridge and Rochelle Humes appear to have ended their "feud" after dropping a huge clue. Yet The Saturdays hitmakers, whose friction behind the scenes was first revealed by The Sun, might not be making amends with fellow former popstar Myleene Klass, 47. We then reported how ITV has stepped in to manage strained relations between Frankie, Rochelle, and Myleene. This weekend, we told how Rochelle, 36, had hit the like button on an Instagram upload showing Loose Women panelist Frankie, 36, stripping to a patterned bikini. Rochelle's like, at the time, was a surprise move amid their feud - as they rarely publicly support each others' posts. The All Fired Up singers haven't liked each others' uploads in years, and, until last week, there had been no likes or comment exchanges between the pair since 2013. This could mean they were wiped if one of them had blocked the other. Yet now they appear to have signalled their clash is over - after publicly supporting each others' social media content. After Rochelle kicked things off with her like, she has now showed her approval for Frankie's "holiday fits" upload as well as a gallery showing the family's coconut tree. Meanwhile, I'm A Celeb star Frankie has shared her approval for a recent Instagram paid post featuring Rochelle and her husband Marvin as well as a gallery of "summer love" images which started with a snap of Rochelle and her sisters. The olive branch comes after mum of two Frankie recently posted a cryptic "you're dead to me" upload after the pair kept their distance at Wimbledon. Frankie Bridge posts cryptic TikTok about 'being a people pleaser' amid feud with Myleene Klass Rochelle - who was in The Saturdays band with Frankie since 2007 - uploaded an equally thought-provoking message about "choosing partners wisely." TOUGH TIMES Recently, The Sun reported how ITV has stepped into manage relations between Frankie, Rochelle, and Myleene. All three former pop stars now work as Daytime presenters at ITV. They were all once close, with Loose Women hosts Myleene and Frankie attending Rochelle's hen do back in 2012. However, Rochelle and Frankie remained friends with their former bodyguard and Myleene's ex husband Graham Quinn. Rochelle even posted snaps with Graham in Ibiza last week. In 2013, soon after Myleene's divorce from Graham, guests at the Glamour Women of the Year awards saw her storm over to Frankie after believing she had been blanked. A source previously said: 'Myleene seemed to take that as Frankie taking sides with Graham because of their working relationship." Meanwhile, Frankie and Myleene have not appeared on Loose Women together since an 'awkward' episode last December. Sources said that though they'd rather not be on together, they are professionals and do their best to make things work. Tensions between the trio could well have heightened after Graham hit back at Myleene last weekend, blasting allegations of his "cheating." Meanwhile, Frankie this week posted a cryptic TikTok clip about being "a people pleaser" as the Myleene feud rumbled on. Rochelle also shared a mystery message in which she confessed "it's been a day." 7 Frankie Bridge and Rochelle Humes were bandmates in The Saturdays Credit: Getty - Contributor 7 They were close with Hear'Say singer Myleene until her split with Graham Quinn 7 Myleene believed the stars had taken her ex husband Graham Quinn's side Credit: Shutterstock Editorial

Princess Andre's curl cream that gives her Disney-like hair gets slashed to £8
Fans have been desperately searching for the secret to Princess Andre's long, glossy hair, and there's one ultra-affordable curl cream that keeps her hair in good condition After announcing her new reality show, The Princess Diaries on ITV, fans of Princess Andre have already been desperately looking to the teen for advice on how she keeps her hair so long and healthy. Princess, whose parents are Katie Price and Peter Andre, is known for her ultra-long curls, and with curly hair notoriously difficult to keep looking healthy and shiny, it's no wonder everyone's turning to her for advice. The secret, it turns out, couldn't be easier or more affordable to copy, as in one TikTok video Princess revealed that she uses the Mais Cachos curl cream from Skala Expert to help define and smooth her curls. The cream is perfect for all types of curly, coily and kinked hair, and comes in a massive 1kg tub, which means you'll be getting plenty of product for your money. However thanks to Amazon's current sale, you'll be getting even more bang for your buck, because it just got slashed from £14.29 to £25, marking a huge 42% discount. It is touted as a conditioner, with the instructions saying to apply it to damp hair and leave it for a few minutes before washing out. However, Princess used her own technique which involved leaving the Mais Cachos curl cream in, giving her hair extra hydration and hold. If you're worried about greasiness or it weighing your locks down, you could always swap it for Only Curls' Hydrating Curl Creme which is a leave-in conditioning styling cream specially designed for curly hair. It's £10 for a 100ml bottle or £18 for 250ml, or you can pick up a huge 500ml refill bottle for £30. Alternatively, Moroccanoil's Curl Defining Cream is £11 is infused with argan oil to nourish and hydrate your hair, leaving it frizz-free and shiny. It also increases your hair's curl memory when activated by heat, which helps your style last longer and have a more natural look. If you want to copy Princess' routine to a tee, however, try adding the Mais Cachos curl cream to your curly hair routine. We also broke down exactly how she creates and maintains her curl pattern. Princess Andre's curly hair method In the TikTok, Princess explains that she likes to use a 'good amount of product' on her hair, with the cream helping to hydrate her curls which stops them looking dry or frizzy. Scooping the Mais Cachos curl cream onto a section of hair, she smooths it over before combing through with her fingers, then immediately follows it up by brushing through the section. She also explains that brushing your hair away from your face can help define the curls more. Throughout the process, Princess also keeps spraying her hair with water to keep it wet, which helps ensure her hair dries into an intentional curl pattern. Each time she finishes combing the Mais Cachos curl cream through a section, she then wraps the section around her fingers, which is another top tip for making sure curls fall into their natural pattern. After unravelling the curl, Princess scrunches it upwards, adding that 'it should make a squishy noise', which indicates the coil is properly hydrated. To finish, she scrunches all of her finished curls with a towel to remove excess moisture, then applies a mousse or gel to make sure each curl holds its shape as it dries. Finally, she uses a hair dryer with a diffuser attachment, clarifying that she doesn't completely dry her hair with the hair dryer, but just does it a little then leaves it to air dry completely.
