Her treatments included chin shaping, jaw shaping, lip augmentation, and
cheekbone enhancement
, all at once.
Live Events
Andrea has expressed her desire to stand out with her unique look, quoted by
The Daily Mail
, saying, "I like exaggerated things like huge lips and heavy, eccentric make-up."
How much she spend on her transformations?
So far, Ivanova has spent over $26,000 on
lip fillers
alone, determined to achieve what she calls the 'world's largest lips.' She's also invested in chin and jaw reshaping, cheekbone enhancement, and breast augmentation, taking her from a 75C to a 75E bra size.
A New York Post article reports that she has already spent around $1,900 on the cheekbone, and she plans to spend more.
Despite warnings from doctors who have refused to perform additional injections for safety reasons, Ivanova says she intends to continue with the procedures.
A look that's always evolving
By 2022, Ivanova had already completed nearly 32 procedures. She told Jam Press that her goal is to 'model and gain significant enlargement' of her facial features, and that more surgeries are already planned as a 'gift' to herself for Christmas.
She also revealed that she helps fund her cosmetic journey by auctioning off 'kisses for cash' on Instagram.
Critics and concerns
Despite online criticism and repeated medical warnings, Ivanova is committed to her look. 'I don't worry about people's comments, as I have my own taste and views on beauty – I follow them strictly,' she said.
Though several clinics have declined to treat her due to the health risks involved, Ivanova remains firm in her plans: even bigger lips, larger cheekbones, and more surgeries ahead, regardless of the cost.

Were Travis Kelce and Ryan Reynolds quietly feuding before Taylor Swift cut ties with Blake Lively over legal drama?
What began as one of the most high-profile Hollywood friendships is now rumored to be unraveling behind closed doors. Taylor Swift and Blake Lively, once inseparable, have reportedly 'halted' their close bond after Lively became entangled in a legal battle with actor-director Justin Baldoni. But while Swift's withdrawal may appear sudden, sources suggest a deeper strain may have already existed—particularly between Swift's boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce, and Lively's husband, Ryan Reynolds. Taylor Swift was caught off guard after being named in legal drama between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni The tension emerged publicly when Lively filed a lawsuit involving Baldoni, her It Ends With Us co-star, alleging reputational damage. In the process, Taylor Swift was unexpectedly pulled into the narrative, labeled by Lively as one of her 'dragons' in court documents. Baldoni briefly subpoenaed Swift before withdrawing, a move critics said was an attempt to weaponize her fame. Insiders claim Swift was 'blindsided' and had no desire to be associated with the legal mess. 'Taylor wants no part in this drama,' one source revealed. In response, she reportedly distanced herself from Lively altogether, leading to what appears to be a quiet but firm end to their once-public friendship. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Global Indices Are on the Move — Time to Trade! The awards to Urvasi and Vijayaraghavan enriched Malayalam cinema, he said.
