According to the list of speakers provided by the Congress, Gaurav Gogoi is going to open the discussion in Parliament today, followed by Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Deepender Hooda, Praniti S Shinde, Saptagiri Ulaka and Bijendra S Ojha.
