Cityscape Bahrain, the Kingdom's premier real estate exhibition and investment forum, is set to return for its fourth edition from 25 to 29 November 2025 at Exhibition World Bahrain.
Held under the theme 'Elevate Your Lifestyle', this year's edition will spotlight the continued growth and transformation of Bahrain's real estate sector. Over the course of five days, Cityscape Bahrain will serve as a strategic platform connecting government entities, real estate developers, investors, financial institutions, and industry leaders to explore investment-ready projects and long-term opportunities across both residential and commercial landscapes.
Organised in partnership with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA Bahrain), the event is expected to welcome over 12,000 attendees, including local and international stakeholders from across the real estate and investment industry.
Cityscape Bahrain 2025 will also host the fourth edition of the Cityscape Bahrain Conference, running from 25 to 28 November under the theme 'Investing in Bahrain'. The conference will highlight the Kingdom's growing appeal as a dynamic hub for regional and global investors, bringing together public and private sector leaders to explore Bahrain's ongoing efforts to enhance urban development, improve quality of life, and position the Kingdom as a premier destination to live, work, and invest.
This edition of Cityscape Bahrain comes amid heightened market activity and investor confidence. More than 76% of the exhibition space has already been sold, reflecting strong demand from both regional and local developers. The event also coincides with growing interest in Bahrain's Golden Visa program, which offers long-term residency to eligible real estate investors.
Cityscape Bahrain continues to reinforce the Kingdom's position as a leading destination for real estate and investment, reflecting a forward-looking vision aligned with Bahrain's national development priorities.

TDT | Manama The 14th edition of Youth City 2030 opens today, bringing together a record 5,500 participants and 84 pioneering youth-led ventures in what is now Bahrain's largest-ever youth showcase. The national initiative, hosted at Exhibition World Bahrain, is organised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs in partnership with the Labour Fund (Tamkeen) and will continue until August 31. Themed 'Beyond Dreams', this year's edition features over 195 specialised training programmes across five sectors - science and technology, arts and culture, leadership and entrepreneurship, media and entertainment, and sports and health. Future-focused platform Open to Bahrainis aged 9 to 35, Youth City 2030 offers morning and evening training sessions designed to align young people's skills with labour market demands. Over 70 percent of the programmes integrate artificial intelligence tools, reflecting a shift toward technology-driven training. The AI-focused content was developed in coordination with the Skills Bahrain initiative, and a newly formed Talent Committee will evaluate participants through structured scientific assessments to identify standout potential. Startups and strategy A standout feature of this edition is the showcase of 84 youth-led startup projects. The exhibition space is designed to promote entrepreneurship and provide a platform for young Bahrainis to present innovative solutions to their peers and the public. This year also marks the introduction of mental health support programmes, reinforcing a holistic approach that balances professional skill-building with psychological well-being. Volunteer-led operations The event will be managed by 248 volunteers, trained in collaboration with recognised institutions to ensure quality and smooth execution. Their role is central to delivering over 150 entertainment and engagement events planned across the city's various centres.

Seamless pathways This strategic initiative offers eligible individuals a seamless pathway to secure a 10-year residency in the United Arab Emirates through government nomination without the need to invest in real estate or establish a business. Applicants including business owners, professionals, scientists, entrepreneurs, creatives, and influencers can now access expert guidance by visiting One Vasco UAE Golden Visa portal or by calling the dedicated helpline. According the VFS Global, this marks the first roll-out from the newly established Center of Excellence in Dhaka, a collaborative venture by VFS ETM and Rayad Group. The Centre integrates cutting-edge Generative AI tools and legal expertise to streamline complex immigration processes and ensure compliance with UAE immigration regulations. UAE Golden Visa holders are eligible to sponsor their spouse, children (including adult children) and parents to reside in the UAE, making it an attractive option for families seeking long-term residency in a globally connected hub. Growing demand 'We believe there is strong demand for immigration advisory services, particularly for the UAE Golden Visa,' said Yummi Talwar, Chief Operating Officer South Asia, VFS Global.
