A thoroughly fry-up dished up at Harry Potter World has sparked considerable outrage amongst Britain's breakfast enthusiasts. Italians witnessing broken spaghetti, elderly Spaniards confronted with poorly cured jamón, French servers dealing with demanding customers - culinary stereotypes and subsequent fury abound.
For Brits, nothing is more guaranteed to infuriate the average person than an American's attempt at assembling a Full Welsh/English/Scottish/Irish breakfast. Combine that with theme park pricing, and you've created the perfect storm for absolute rage.
This precise scenario unfolded during a visit to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando, where an inquisitive American chose to order a traditional fry-up.
The Orlando Informer blog reports that such a breakfast commands $19.99 (£14.81).
Images of the pitiful meal surfaced alongside concerns that the traditional fry-up faces mounting threats to its future.

"American friend went to Harry Potter World in the US and got this abomination," posted one Reddit user, sharing a photograph of a distinctly pale and sorry-looking dish.
On the small, black plate sits a pool of questionable-looking beans, which is spreading around and making contact with other breakfast components on several sides.
These include clammy-appearing mushrooms and, on the opposite side of the dish, grey-hued scrambled egg.
Crowning the mound of letdown sits not only a parched croissant, but a butter sachet.
Pieces of bacon and black pudding seem to lie close by.
Predictably, the responses the post generated were far from compassionate.
"This has managed to insult both English and French breakfast culture simultaneously.
"What's worse is how this was likely overpriced and tasted quite bland," one person wrote.
Another Redditor was so incensed they targeted the culinary skills of most of the globe. "Genuinely, I've never seen good British food outside of the UK and Ireland," they wrote.
"Whether it is a fry up, a roast dinner, a pie, or pasty, or even fish and chips, it's always bastardised and messed up and not very good.
"Whenever you see fish and chips, it's also some poor imitation with a few fish goujons and thin-cut chips. No wonder people think we have bad food!".
A specific concern for many is the butter packet, which seems to have been deposited randomly into the centre of the plate, to settle on whichever greasy breakfast element it happens to choose.
"I'd be mildly frustrated trying to open the greasy/bean juice-covered butter packet," one person noted.
Another asked: "Why is the butter just wazzed in the middle of the plate?"
A significant source of controversy centres around the croissant, which has left numerous people baffled about why it's included and whether it complements the traditional British items alongside it on the plate.

"Personally, it looks great to me. You have a free croissant to pick up and throw at your server and then a full English to take with you when they kick you out," a commenter joked.

In the now-viral video, the little girl, who is between the ages of four and five, could be seen showing off her freshly-done manicure. The glam mani included French tips, as well as a huge variety of gems glued on top of the nails. All chuffed with her brand new manicure, the girl then struck her best poses, as she modelled her clothes. Giving the viewers an adorable spin, the excited child showed off her baby blue button-up shirt which was teamed up with beige flares. Matching the flares was also a mega bow tie, as well as two scrunchies on her wrist. ''Kindergarten, please be kind to my baby,'' the mum said in the video. But while the little girl looked adorable, the clip soon went viral for all the wrong reasons, amassing more than 2.8million views. As over 10,000 people flooded to comments to share their thoughts, critics slammed the mother and dubbed the outfit 'inappropriate'. One viewer said: ''dress her appropriately to her age.. it's not that difficult.'' Mums slam Molly-Mae after she refuses to discipline Bambi for biting a child & accuse her of using toddler as 'ragebait' Someone else agreed, writing: ''🤨 Acrylics or even press ons in kindergarten is crazy. ''Just messing up that baby nail beds & they not even fully developed. ''Kids play & are rough so I hope she don't hit them nails on something.'' What age can you take kid to get their nails done? MUMS have sparked controversy after allowing their kids to get acrylic nails. But just how old do they have to be to be allowed to get them done legally. According to the National Occupational Standards, anyone under the age of 16 has to be accompanied by an adult. They also need written consent from a parents or guardian. It's also a good idea to check that the salon you're planning to go to - just to ask if they offer services to children. A horrified social media user said: ''Can we PLEASE let kids be KIDS.'' ''She's going to school not the club,'' another critic mum-shamed the TikToker. Luckily for the mum - who said her daughter ''loves the nail shop'' - there were also a few of those who didn't see an issue with the outfit. A fellow mum wrote: ''Let a girl be a girl!! My daughter is 7 and I take her get her nails done! Anything that makes her happy!'' ''y'all act like she got stilletto nails and heels on, girl please,'' someone else hit back at the harsh critics.

"Inspired by the Japanese fruit sando, their version features sweet British Red Diamond Strawberries and whipped cream cheese on sweet bread. It's crispy. It's completely unnecessary. And it might just be your new guilty pleasure. "Would the Morningside mums approve? Probably not. Would we eat another one? 100%." Maura Higgins lands another major TV role in the US as she's set for stateside future
Reality TV star Maura Higgins has landed a new hosting role in the U.S. as the face of Aftersun for the upcoming second season of Love Island Games, following her success on Love Island USA and The Traitors US Maura Higgins is continuing her rise in American television, landing yet another high-profile role just weeks after appearing on The Traitors US. The Irish presenter, 34, has officially been confirmed as the host of the newly commissioned Aftersun series for the upcoming second season of Love Island Games. Having already impressed as the face of Aftersun for Love Island USA last year, Maura has firmly established herself as a fan favourite with U.S. audiences and producers have clearly taken notice. According to reports, the former Love Island UK star will soon be jetting off to Fiji, where Love Island Games will begin filming next month. It comes after Maura's defiant stance as she's set for awkward Danny Jones run-in after their controversial BRIT Awards kiss. A TV insider explained: 'The first series of Love Island Games didn't include an Aftersun show, as it was filmed in advance and broadcast later. But this time, it's going out in real time like the main show. "That's why bosses have decided to create a dedicated Aftersun, and Maura was the obvious choice to host it.' The source added to The Sun: 'Maura was thrilled to be asked to do it, as Games is a totally separate show so there was no guarantee she would be offered it. When bosses approached her, she was over the moon because it proves how happy they are with her and she is seen as a key fixture in the Love Island USA family.' This new role builds on Maura's growing success in the U.S., following her recent stint on The Traitors US, which was filmed in Scotland. There, she rubbed shoulders with American reality royalty, including Real Housewives stars Lisa Rinna and Caroline Stanbury. Producers clearly view Maura as an essential part of the Love Island franchise's American expansion. Her on-screen charm and quick wit have helped her stand out in a saturated TV landscape and it's no surprise she's becoming a regular face across U.S. reality formats. According to insiders, Maura is eager to continue working in America and sees this latest gig as another major step toward building a long-term career there. Love Island Games itself brings together stars from various international versions of the show, placing them under one roof where, unlike the traditional format, they'll compete in physical and mental challenges for the win. While Love Island Games was previously hosted by Maya Jama, she has since stepped down. Ariana Madix, best known for Vanderpump Rules, will now take over main hosting duties, with Maura leading the spin-off.
