Georgia's bump was on full display in Emmerdale today
2
Fans are convinced bosses have given up trying to hide it
However that has left them struggling to hide her growing bump - but in today's episode it seemed they'd just given up.
Visibly pregnant Georgia played Steph in a simple over-sized shirt and coat with her prominent bump on proud display.
There was no mention of it and instead the character was planning to get very drunk as she seduced ex Ross Barton into an afternoon romp.
The scenes left fans in hysterics with one saying: "They're not even trying now!"
Another said: "Not doing a very good job of hiding Steph's bump there are they? Unless there going to include it in a storyline… #emmerdale"
A third added: "Emmerdale thought Georgia Jay had already left on maternity but no as that was a hell of a full shot of the baby bump."
Actress Georgia's exit will play out this month after The Sun revealed she was taking a break for maternity leave.
A source said: 'Everyone's thrilled for Georgia and can't wait to see her back when she's ready.
Emmerdale fans distracted by glaring baby bump blunder as actress fails to hide her real-life pregnancy
'Steph's exit will happen in the next few weeks and see her flee abroad in typically dramatic fashion.
'But with Anthony's body still out there, there's a huge storyline still to be wrapped up for when she returns.'

Emmerdale John showdown, Robron twist and Kev's true identity
Emmerdale fans have come up with a ton of epic new theories about the future of the ITV soap amid a series of plots and twists taking centre stage, and there's plenty to discuss Fans of Emmerdale have been predicting all kinds of chaos that could be on the way on the ITV soap. Given some of the twists and turns currently featuring in the village and the spoilers about what's ahead, some of it could well be on the cards. Nothing has been revealed yet about what's ahead past the next couple of weeks. There has of course been teasers of twists on the way, including another flashforward still to air, weddings and a mystery storyline with Bear. It comes as fans became convinced that Robert Sugden would be involved in the inevitable downfall of killer John Sugden. With Robert and ex Aaron Dingle, John's husband, clearing the air it's left fans hoping, praying, for a Robron reunion. But this isn't the only thing people are hoping for, and it certainly isn't the only twist fans think could be on the way. We asked viewers what they thought may be in the pipeline on their favourite soap, and they did not disappoint with their theories. One of the main hopes from fans was a Robron reconciliation, while plenty of fans believed this could be a catalyst for the downfall of killer John. It's known John will face a comeuppance at some point, that much is clear - while there are no details on how or when it will happen. But with John's lies constantly unraveling and Robert hot on his heels, while currently claiming he plans to back off (we highly doubt that Robert), surely some day soon it's all going to come crashing down. When it does, fans think it will be Robert or even Aaron that brings him to justice. Amid this, they think a reunion is likely. One fan posted: "Robron back together," as another added: "Robron reunion and hopefully a return for Seb." Some fans thought a reunion would not happen, for now, while another fan begged: "I defo just need Aaron and Robert back together before this year is over." As for the downfall and his exit, fans think John will feature heavily with Aaron and Robert. One theory read: "Robert & Aaron can't help themselves & affair 2.0 commences. Big Bad John finds out. Kidnaps one of them, the other tries to rescue & he ends up with them both locked up. Convinces the stupid villagers they ran off together without saying goodbye & John still isn't caught yet." And what if John accidentally exposes his crimes to Aaron, sending it all crashing down? One fan theorised: "Aaron hears Robert talking/pleading in his sleep on the laptop (John's hidden listening device) - Aaron not only understands Roberts struggle but the fact his current husband is spying on his ex husband!! The penny drops!!" We also still don't know where on Earth the body of murdered Anthony Fox is, and only John, who buried it, knows. Some fans think he will use this against Aaron, while others think Anthony will show up alive and expose John. A fan said: "Anthony is still alive potentially! Or if not then John will use it against Aaron, Ruby etc when things start to go sideways for him!" Fans certainly believe the crimes, Anthony's body, the stuff with Robert and even Mackenzie Boyd's unaired flashforward all tie together some how. They also all believe that the confirmed big episodes in September will be when this plot either concludes, or takes a big turn. Others think October will be the moment John is rumbled and everything kicks off. Theories of how it will end include a dramatic showdown, hostage situations, and plenty of danger. As we say, nothing at all has been confirmed by the soap with no plans shared, this is all purely speculation. Plenty of fans are still convinced Mack's flashforward will involve new villain Ray, while this is thought to be airing around a big plot with Mack and Aaron. Another couple fans want back together are Vanity, AKA Charity Dingle and Vanessa Woodfield. Amid more scenes of them together recently and affair predictions swirling, one fan said: "Charity and Vanessa Reunion," as their theory for the year ahead. Another agreed: "Vanity have an affair," as a third said: "Vanity getting back together again." A further fan confessed: "Obviously also hoping Charity and Vanessa find their way back to each other but honestly I think everyone is." As far as romance twists are concerned , some viewers speculated a love triangle between Dylan, April and Arthur, while others are guessing Gabby and Vinny's wedding will end in "chaos" amid scenes involving the pair. Viewers also called for a romance for Mary, with one fan also hoping Eric would find someone... even naming Manpreet as that new flame! Next up, the identity of newcomer Kev has been predicted too with fans sure he's one of two people. The first theory is that he will be confirmed as Lewis Barton's real dad, while another theory saw fans convinced he's linked to Robert's time in prison. One fan said: "Chris Coghill's character is Lewis Barton's dad," as another viewer wrote: "The new villain that's coming in at some point being part of Robert's prison backstory (I hope I'm wrong about that)." Another post read: "Kev is Robert's Ex cellmate." Could Kim kick Joe out of Home Farm, amid another theory he will leave after his chaotic actions? Fans are predicting some returns could be on the way too, with one character wanted back being Kathy Glover. Bernice Blackstock's return could lead to a bombshell according to one fan's theory. As for newcomer Celia, fans want her to join forces with Kim Tate, while another theory was that she could be setting up Moira. Fans are just going to have to wait and see whether any of their hopes for the show come true, and what exactly will go down.

BBC The Repair Shop viewers demand show is taken off air after Jay Blades rape charges
Viewers were shocked to see that The Repair Shop aired in its usual slot on BBC One on Tuesday, just hours after host Jay Blades had been charged with two counts of rape The Repair Shop returned to its usual slot on BBC One on Tuesday evening at 8pm, but viewers were quick to demand that it be taken off air. Earlier today, former host Jay Blades, who stepped down from the show over a year ago, was charged with two counts of rape, with the presenter set to appear in court in August. Even though he did not feature in the new episode, social media users were shocked to see that the programme had even been broadcast at all, and demanded that it be pulled. One wrote on X: "Surely you must take the Repair shop off now if the presenter is accused of physical rape," and another asked: "Will the BBC be pulling repeats of The Repair Shop now?" A third wrote: "Could never see the point of him being in the Repair Shop he never restored anything but worn a new leather apron the show is better without him now." The contents of the episode went ahead as normal and followed the team as they restored a silver statuette that survived a shipwreck, a traditional Iranian baby hammock, a concrete portrait and a flight case once owned by rock legend Trevor Bolder. It comes after Jay Blades appeared in court hours after unrelated rape charges. The TV presenter also appeared in court today via video link on a controlling or coercive behaviour charge, which he denies, after being charged with two counts of rape. He initially stepped back from his role as presenter on the BAFTA Award-winning programme last year following the murder of his uncle. At the time, he wrote on Instagram: "I've just been to my uncle's funeral, he was murdered a few weeks ago. Really, super nice guy, shouldn't have happened to him, but it really affected me. "So what I'm intending on doing is this... I'm coming off social media for a bit, and I'll be back in a bit. Going to go and get some therapy and just chill out." Shortly afterwards in May 2024, it was reported that Blades was taking a break from TV following the breakdown of his marriage and his uncle's shock murder, with the BBC show claiming that they would simply be "carrying on without him". A source explained to The Sun at the time: "Jay has taken a step back and is having a break from filming The Repair Shop. His uncle's murder in March and the breakdown of his marriage means he has decided to take some time out. The Repair Shop is carrying on without him for now and the other repairers are hard at work. People who worked with Jay said they were shocked to hear his marriage to Lisa has ended. It was not well known at all among the people who work on the show." Blades last appeared on The Repair Shop in episodes of the show's 13th series, having appeared in episode 11 just under a year ago. The BBC is yet to confirm whether Blades will return to the show. While Blades was previously the show's foreman, that role is now shared between experts Will Kirk and Dominic Chinea. The Mirror has reached out to the BBC for comment. In a statement on Tuesday, police also confirmed separate charges of rape. The force said: 'Jason Blades, 55, of Claverley in Shropshire, has been charged with two counts of rape. He is due to appear at Telford Magistrates' Court on 13 August 2025.' Prior to that, West Mercia Police confirmed charges against the 55-year-old presenter, who stepped back from hosting The Repair Shop last year, and said that a magistrates' court date is set for Wednesday 13 August. "Jason Blades, 55, of Claverley in Shropshire, has been charged with two counts of rape," a spokesperson for the force told The Mirror. "He is due to appear at Telford magistrates' court on 13 August 2025."
