
Hodeida governor visits West Coast frontline foldiers for Eid
Hodeida Governor Abdullah Atifi on Sunday visited soldiers on the West Coast Front to inspect their conditions and offer Eid al-Adha congratulations.

Bayda governor leads meeting on rural road project studies, designs
Bayda - Saba: Bayda governor Abdullah Idris chaired a meeting on Sunday in Bayda to discuss preparing studies and designs for implementing rural road projects under the Ministry of Transport and Public Works' Rural Roads Development Program. Head of the Ministry's engineering team Engineer Ali al-Dailami and team member Engineer Ahmed al-Madani reviewed the list of rural road projects, including: Completion of Qa' al-Mudhaffar Asfal road (12 km) in Rural Bayda district Completion of the Rada'a – Qifa – al-Qurayshiyah road (22 km), al-Sarhan – al-Qair road (19 km) in Shar'ia district, Aqabat al-Riyashiyah – Damt road (25 km), Completion of the Al-Sawadiyah – Radman – Qaniyah road (17 km), Azza – al-Dhahaki – Madhouqin road (7 km) in Rural Al-Bayda The engineers noted the team is aligning priority road studies with donor standards after finalizing the project list. Governor Idris stressed the importance of rehabilitating and maintaining roads linking districts and connecting Al-Bayda to Marib via al-Sawadiyah – Radman – Qaniyah route. He affirmed that executing these projects follows directives from the Supreme Political Council and supports ongoing developmental and service projects, with rural roads among the top priorities of local authority plans to boost development and public services.
