Hong Kong actor Carlos Chan revealed he's currently working hard to regain the weight he lost for a film last year.
His target is 75kg, and with just 5kg to go, he's well on track – thanks to a specially designed meal plan from his wife, singer-actress Shiga Lin.
But according to the 38-year-old, it hasn't been easy.
'It's honestly exhausting to keep eating,' Chan said with a laugh.
'As my wife wants to lose weight while I'm trying to gain it, when I told her how hard it is to keep eating, she warned me to watch what I say – otherwise, I might get punched!'
The celebs had a star-studded wedding that reportedly costs RM1.6mil in April 2023. They welcomed their first child in 2024.
Chan added that his goal isn't just to gain weight – it's to build muscle.
According to HK01, the Manchester United fan is preparing for the debut match of a football team he co-founded with a fellow actor.
