And don't worry, you won't have to worry about splashing the cash on posh beauty lotions, potions and serums and even better, there's no Botox or painful procedures in sight.
Lorraine Pascale, a British TV chef, took to social media to share the secret behind her wrinkle-free skin - and it couldn't be simpler.
Instead of loading up her skin with countless products or getting needles injected into her face, the model turned TV presenter, who first hit our screens in 2011, claimed that her youthful skin is all down to her diet.
Responding to a question she often receives - 'How is your skin like that at 52?' - the stunner shared the food she always eats to get her face glowing.
As she tucked into a large fruit bowl containing pineapple, strawberries, grapes and apple, the Hackney-born celebrity revealed her simple secret - fruit.
Lorraine has previously been open after she spent years battling an eating disorder.
While she used to 'beat herself up' for eating the wrong things, now, Lorraine shares healthy dishes and recipes online.
It's common knowledge that fruits and vegetables are beneficial to your health and according to The Dermatology Group, not only can such produce keep you feeling energised and healthy, but they are also imperative to your skin health.
Without consuming fruit and vegetables, experts warn that your skin will deteriorate over time.
The experts also revealed that fruits and vegetables contain a large number of vitamins, including Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and K.
I'm 50 next year & don't have a single wrinkle thanks to a product from Boots or TikTok shop - I've never had Botox
Vitamins D, C, E, and K in particular are good for the skin.
Not only this, fruits and veggies also contain antioxidants which are essential for good skin health and keeping our faces looking youthful and healthy.
How to reverse ageing in just 2 weeks, according to royal go-to nutritionist
LONDON -based Gabriela Peacock, who has helped the likes of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie prepare for their weddings.
She told Fabulous: 'The science is evident that we all have the power to make simple life changing alterations to better our future selves - no matter what genetic hand we might have been dealt with.
'The reality is, we all sometimes indulge in unhealthy eating habits like processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling city pollutants, and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.
'All this does is promote the ageing process, but we all have the potential to change this.'
It may be hard, but try to keep away from sugary carbohydrates, because they feed chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing ageing.
Now only will you end up putting on weight if you consume them regularly, but your energy and hormonal levels will be affected and this will influence how you look and feel.
Whatever your age or state of health, it's never too late to reverse how quickly you are ageing and embrace the energy and vigour of a younger you.
Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C, and E, are essential in neutralising free radicals—the culprits behind premature ageing.
Integrating a spectrum of colourful fruits and vegetables into your diet provides a potent source of antioxidants.
Omega-3 fatty acids, abundant in fatty fish like salmon and flaxseeds, are vital for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.
Omega-3s act as nourishment for your skin, locking in moisture and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.
Collagen, a structural protein dwindling with age, can be replenished through collagen-rich foods like bone broth and lean protein sources.
Lorraine's TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @lorrainepascaleofficial, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 95,300 views in just 22 hours.
Not only this, but it's also amassed 4,464 likes and 79 comments.
Social media users were gobsmacked by Lorraine's age and many eagerly raced to the comments to express this.
I'm 26 and you look younger than me!! Amazing skin

One person gasped: 'Ain't no way you are 52!!!'

Mother of the bride sparks fury with dress for daughter's wedding, but says she's fed up being a ‘background player'

People were quick to warn her not to wear the bold gown FLORAL FAUX PAS Mother of the bride sparks fury with dress for daughter's wedding, but says she's fed up being a 'background player' Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A MOTHER of the bride has sparked fury after revealing her dress for her daughter's wedding. Despite the fact the 28-year-old bride told her mum she wanted her to look "elegant and understated" - the latter being the keyword - she opted for a full-length WHITE corset dress. "Translation: boring and invisible," she wrote. "She also said she didn't care if I wear something bright. "I've spent so much of my life being the background player in everyone else's story that I almost forgot I deserved to be seen too." The dress is emblazoned with sunflowers on the bodice and all the way down, and has a tulle-style underskirt to make it look even puffier. She added that the gown makes her "feel alive in a way I haven't in years". "The sunflowers are bold and joyful, exactly how I want to feel watching my baby girl say her vows," she said. "But every time I look at it, I hear her voice telling me it's 'too much' for a mother of the bride, that people will think I'm trying to upstage her on her special day." However, she said she can't decided whether or not she's "finally ready to take up space instead of shrinking to make others comfortable". "Maybe it's time to be the sunflower instead of the wallflower?" she concluded. I'm 5ft3 & a size 12-14 - my 7 Tesco dresses are an absolute bargain & perfect for a last-minute wedding guest outfit But the comments section was quickly filled with people taking aim at the woman. "Omg you absolutely cannot wear this to a wedding," one person gasped. "What an interesting time to choose to be seen. "Wear what she is asking, it's HER day!" "I thought this was a wedding dress…" another mused. "Her wedding is about her. Not you," a third insisted. Wedding Guest Outfit Etiquette If you're struggling to decided on a dress to see you through wedding season, here's a few rules on what not to wear so you don't get in trouble. Folklore says that wearing red at a wedding means you slept with the groom. Casual attire like jeans and flip flops should always be avoided. Any colour that could be picked up as white or cream - even if it's not. Most would agree that your cleavage needs to be covered. Wearing white is a massive no-no if you're not the bride. "You don't need an excuse to wear what you find beautiful. "HOWEVER, RESPECT your daughters request and wear that particular dress ANOTHER day." "This is a background event for you," someone else agreed. "It's lovely but you don't want people talking about your dress - hers is the one." "I absolutely love this dress but... I'm sorry you should not wear this dress to your daughters wedding," another wrote. "It is HER day to shine and be the main focus not you in this dress that looks like a wedding dress. "Maybe you should respect her wishes and get a navy or classic dress."

My spending was out of control until I made easy change everyone can do – it helped me pay off £9k debt on £9k salary

DEBT CHANGE My spending was out of control until I made easy change everyone can do – it helped me pay off £9k debt on £9k salary Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) OPENING her credit card statements Jo Beevers feels sick. She knew she had a problem with impulsive spending but she had never faced up to it, until now. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 1 Jo Beevers, 46, got her spending under control with an easy trick anyone can do The 46-year-old, who lives near Chester, had always been in debt and was stuck in a constant cycle of doing 0% balance transfers. But going from a full-time job as an medical conditions and injury rehabilitation manager in a gym earning £30,000 to a working as a registrar 16 hours a week earning £9,000, Jo had no option but to stop hiding from it all and gain control. Jo said: 'I had £9,099.82 of credit card and overdraft debt and when I looked at where that money had been going, I felt ashamed. 'My spending was reckless because the money didn't feel real and I treated shopping like a hobby even though I was skint.' In 2018 Jo's "you only live once" outlook on money saw her buy a Volkswagen Up! for £9,000 while her husband, who works in IT, was away. And after a boozy lunch popped into Boots and spent £300 on perfumes she didn't need. Amazon parcels turned up every day and she even had a monthly delivery of two bottles of champagne from its Subscribe and Save service. Jo said: "It was ridiculous. If I had to hand over £80 in cash for two bottles of champagne every month I wouldn't have done it. 'But because it all went on the credit card, I didn't think about it. I knew I was bad but I could always justify my spending." Done with feeling guilty, stressed and worried about her mounting debt Jo stuffed her credit cards in a drawer and was ruthless in cancelling everything that was non-essential. I racked up £15k debt - here's how I paid it off as a single mum Then, she made one major change, at the beginning of every month she physically took out the remaining money after bills and groceries. Jo created a tracker and, in the beginning, divided the cash into different envelopes but it wasn't as easy as she thought and became overwhelmed. Jo said: 'I made loads of mistakes in the first three months by thinking the money could go further than it did. 'I created too many envelopes and the money couldn't stretch as far as I wanted it to.' Giving up temporarily, Jo worked through the overwhelm of emotions and prioritised where her money should be going and got herself back on track. She said: "Holding the money changed how I thought about it, it made it feel real. 'I had sections for debt, achievable savings goals and for non-essential spending. "Once I'd figured it out it was easy. It's so visual, it works for my mind.' Determined to pay off her debt and to keep on track, Jo created fun trackers to gamify her savings and to keep her motivated. She shared her journey on social media as @Cashbudgetbee and her trackers caught the eye of her followers. Stumbling on another way of topping up her part-time income, Jo began selling them on Etsy which has made £2,000 in the last 12 months. Jo said: 'I never thought it possible to find a way of making some extra money from my own debt clearing journey. 'But it made me feel normal to know that there were other people out there just like me.' Staying motivated was hard that's why she made the videos to share with her followers. When Jo hit a milestone, she popped into M&S and bought some champagne to treat herself, but a £22 one instead of a £40 bottle. But it can be a slippery slope, and the entrepreneurial mum, had to reign herself in. She said: 'It starts with one thing and then you're going back into old habits. And you go, 'Oh no I'm not debt free yet.'' Eighteen months on and Jo made her final payment on her credit card and if that wasn't enough, she also went into Christmas 2024 with money saved. She said: 'Being debt free is amazing, I'm the happiest I've ever been. Having money to spend at Christmas, rather than relying on credit cards was a great feeling.' But while she's riding high on clearing her debts, Jo doesn't feel like she can relax her new routine. She said: 'It really does worry me that I'll slip back as I've got 30 years-worth of spending habits to break. 'I've noticed some of my old shopping habits are sneaking back in. On Valentine's Day I didn't put anything in the budget as we hadn't planned anything. 'Then the day before I was online and putting all sorts in my basket, thankfully I was able to recognise what I was doing and stopped. All I can do is to keep trying.' Jo is giving herself new challenges to keep the momentum going and recently created an e-book sharing her own journey which she's already made £180 from.
