GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A few hours after a shelter in place was ordered near 12th Avenue in Green Bay early Easter Sunday, it has been lifted and an 18-year-old was arrested following a fight.
Officers with the Green Bay Police Department were called to a reported disturbance in the 1100 block of 12th Avenue around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 20, leading to a temporary shelter-in-place order.
Witnesses reported seeing a fight between the suspect and another person who sustained injuries, but were non-life-threatening, officers say.

However, when officers got to the scene, they were told of possible weapons inside the home with other people inside. After everyone in the home was able to safely get out, only the suspect was left inside.
The GBPD SWAT and Crisis Negotiation Team were used during the incident, which ended shortly after 6 a.m. when the 18-year-old man was taken into custody without further incident..

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Iowa, Mitch W. Gross defrauded Ruan Transportation Corporation between September 2021 and October 2022 by using company credit cards for personal purchases, including prepaid gift cards, Pokémon cards, and gaming items. Body found near Nicolet Bay Campground in Peninsula State Park in Door County Gross submitted falsified receipts and mischaracterized fraudulent charges on expense reports so they appeared to be legitimate business expenses. His fraudulent purchases totaled more than $140,000. He was sentenced to four months in federal prison, followed by a three-year term of supervised release. (WFRV) – Officers in northern Wisconsin are actively searching for an armed and dangerous suspect who allegedly fled the scene of a stabbing and was picked up in a vehicle. According to the Minocqua Police Department, officers are actively looking for 36-year-old Scott Moxham, who is reportedly a suspect in a stabbing that happened in the area of Rudolph Road and Woodridge Lane in the Town of Woodruff on August 14. Wautoma adults arrested for alleged repetitive sexual assaults, one accused of incest with stepchild Officers say the alleged stabbing happened around 11:15 p.m. on Thursday, when the victim was flown from the scene for treatment of stab wounds. Moxham reportedly fled the scene before officers arrived and is believed to have been picked up in a vehicle. Moxham is described as a white man, roughly 5'11', weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair. He was last seen wearing jeans and a black hoodie. His last known direction of travel is unknown, officers say. Another false armed robbery report in Fond du Lac County, person arrested It was noted that Moxham should be considered armed and dangerous, and nobody should try to approach or apprehend him. Anyone with relevant information about Moxham's whereabouts is asked to immediately contact the Woodruff Police Department at (715) 356-3234 or 911. The investigation remains active and ongoing.
