The GTA universe is known for chaos, crime, and freedom, but what if it also gave us more fun in between the mayhem? With GTA 6 expected to feature a detailed open world, Rockstar has the perfect chance to add immersive sports and activities that make the game world feel alive.
GTA 5 gave us golf, tennis, and yoga. It was a start, but here are 7 fresh sports and side activities we think GTA 6 absolutely needs.
1. Skateboarding
Skateparks have existed since San Andreas, but skateboarding remains a missed opportunity. Imagine chaining tricks across Vice City or using your board as a stealthy escape tool. With physics more advanced than ever, it's time Rockstar finally let us shred.

While we have seen basketball courts in the GTA 6 trailer 2, there's no official confirmation on whether it will be an official mechanic in the game or not. 3. Surfing
If GTA 6 is based in a tropical coastal area, surfing is a no-brainer.
Surfboards, big waves, and maybe even shark encounters could make it an adrenaline-pumping break from missions. It also adds new variety to the game's water-based exploration.
4. Boxing & MMA
GTA's hand-to-hand combat has always felt clunky. What if there were actual fighting gyms where you could train, challenge NPCs, or even bet on underground fights? Adding skill trees for different fighting styles would bring real depth to melee gameplay.
