The project demonstrates significant potential for near-surface rare earth and titanium mineralization within the "Mata da Corda" Group geological sequence. SGS Canada,Inc. ("SGS") was retained to prepare technical reports under U.S. Regulation S-K 1300. In particular, Marc-Antoine Laporte and Yann Camus from SGS are Qualified Persons for the Project. SGS is well-known as a global leader in testing, inspection and certification of mineral properties and projects.The Project comprises mineral rights totaling more than 25,000 hectares, strategically positioned within a major volcano-sedimentary geological sequence. Hajiji: Sabah must reform education system to tackle future challenges
KOTA KINABALU: Sabah needs to transform the state's education system for students to better face the future challenges, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor. He said the latest research data from 2024 revealed that only 65 per cent of students demonstrated good or excellent problem-solving skills, while just 72 per cent were confident in applying scientific knowledge in daily life. "These figures show that we cannot afford to be complacent. Many students are still struggling to understand basic science, technology, engineering and mathematics concepts. "Therefore, educational transformation must become a top priority for all stakeholders," he said at the launch of the International Educational Research Conference "Astounding Research Innovation STEM Exploration" (ARISE) 2025 at the Sabah International Convention Centre here. Hajiji added that teaching approaches rooted in research and innovation must be strengthened and mainstreamed to ensure Sabah's education system remains relevant, inclusive and competitive. The chief minister also called on educators, educational institutions, researchers and policymakers to continuously explore and improve pedagogical methods to align with the digital era and current industry needs. He added that ARISE 2025, which brings together more than 600 participants from Malaysia and abroad, including from the United Kingdom, Spain, the Philippines, China and Ireland, serves as a crucial platform for pioneering global educational collaboration. He also said the state government has allocated RM41.75 million this year to the state Science, Technology and Innovation Ministry, as well as Sabah Skills and Training and Sabah Creative Economy and Innovation Centres, to implement training and skills empowerment programmes. Among those programmes are Borneo Science Expedition, Sabah Science Carnival, Technology and Innovation Competitions, STEM Education Festival, Roboneo Programme and Sabah Screen Fest. Hajiji said all are crucial platforms to cultivate students' interest in technology and engineering.

The objective of the 2024 drilling is to increase confidence in the intensity of mineralization, location and lithological and structural controls in historical drilling for the Ringo, Holliday and Earp and base metal mineralization at Corral is concentrated in structurally controlled northeast dipping siliciclastic and carbonate sedimentary rocks including (oldest to youngest) Cambrian Bolsa Quartzite, upper-Cambrian Abrigo Limestone, Devonian Martín limestone and Mississippian Escabrosa limestone and in Jurassic aged intrusions. The most intense mineralization occurs in the Abrigo Limestone (main host) and Bolsa Quartzite, which are intruded locally by a series of Jurassic (and possibly younger) mineralized intrusions including the Star Hill, Copper Bell and Sniveler porphyries, quartz latite sills, and cross-cutting mineralized breccia Corral Copper Property includes the Holliday, Earp and Ringo Zones (northwest to southeast), which are related zones of discontinuously outcropping, locally high grade CRD, skarn and distal porphyry related mineralization and associated supergene enrichment that formed in the distal porphyry copper geological environment. A significant component of Intrepid's discovery strategy at Corral is to leverage distal alteration and mineralization to vector toward one or more mineralized porphyry copper centers (see News Release dated April 15, 2025 ).The Ringo Zone is located at the southern end of a 3.5km long string of copper-gold-silver-zinc bearing carbonate replacement bodies (Figure 1). The samples are maintained under security on site until they are shipped to the analytical core samples were sent to ALS Geochemistry (ALS), a division of ALS Global, in Tucson, Arizona, for sample preparation, with pulps sent to the ALS Geochemistry laboratory in Reno, Nevada for analysis. ALS meets all requirements of International Standards ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015 for analytical procedures and is independent of the Company. HQ size core was split and sampled over approximately two metre intervals. Samples were analyzed using: ALS's Fire Assay Fusion method (Au-AA23) with an AA finish for gold and by gravimetric finish (Au-GRA21) for samples assaying greater than 10 ppm (gpt) gold; by a 36-element four acid digest ICP-AES analysis (ME-ICP61) with additional analysis for Ore Grade Cu (Cu-OG62), Ore Grade Zn (Zn-OG62) and Ore Grade Pb (Pb-OG62); and for silver assays above 100 ppm (g/t) by Fire Assay Fusion method with gravimetric finish (Ag-GRA21). ME-ICP61 results were reported in parts per million (ppm), Ore Grade (OG62) results were reported in percent (%).
