This weekend Kath, 27, revealed they had been dumped by the Dance Moms alum during the wrap party for the reality series.
It came despite the fact the pair had been "discussing marriage" - with Kath's best pal then sticking in the knife on the real reason for JoJo's decision.
Taking to Instagram on Saturday, Australian content creator Kath, said they were in "complete shock" and felt "numbed out and humiliated" after being dumped by JoJo.
Now AJ has told how she was inadvertently present at the moment their four-month partnership came to an end.
She was on-hand to support CBB co-host Will Best in his new role on Hits Radio Breakfast.
During the chat, Will asked her about the split and said: "Did you see any of it happening because I saw nothing at the after party."
AJ then said: "I saw just a conversation.
"They were just having a talk outside… I didn't realise that that was THE conversation."
A day after the chat, Kath was pictured for the first time since the split.

They had told how dancer JoJo had "fallen in love" with the Love Island alum during their time in the compound.
After posing a video all about their break-up, one fan of Kath's commented on their clip to say: "Imagine watching your partner fall in love with someone else in real time. Cannot even begin to fathom that."
Appearing to confirm that this is exactly how they were feeling, Kath, who identifies as non-binary, liked the comment in question.
It is the most telling sign yet that Kath has been negatively affected by JoJo's bond with Chris.
JoJo Siwa and Kath Ebbs' relationship
We look back at JoJo Siwa's romance with Kath Ebbs:
JoJo Siwa went public with hers and Kath Ebbs' relationship in January 2025.
The Dance Moms star had been introduced to 27-year-old Australian content creator Kath by a mutual friend called G-Flip six months earlier.
JoJo had split with her girlfriend Dakayla Wilson in November 2024 and it is believed she hooked up romantically with Kath soon after.
Speaking in March at the 36th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, JoJo said of her relationship: 'I am so happy. I am in a very mature relationship, and it's beautiful. It's taught me so much about life.
'It's taught me so much about love and respect, and it's a beautiful thing.
'It's different in more ways than I can count. I wouldn't even know what to say the biggest is 'cause just everything is so different and special.'
Kath even claimed they had talked about marriage together.
However, JoJo's romance with Kath abruptly hit the skids on April 25, 2025, at the Celebrity Big Brother wrap party.
JoJo dumped Kath at the bash after spending 19 days in the CBB house - where she had grown close to Love Island star Chris Hughes.
JoJo's mum then waded in and revealed the real reason her daughter instigated the break-up.
Jessalynn - who was seen today welcoming JoJo back to LA after her stint in the spy house - re-shared a fan post which claimed JoJo broke up with Kath to find herself - rather than pursue a connection with Chris.
It came after JoJo revealed she was queer and not a lesbian while in the CBB house.
OPENING UP
On Monday, JoJo clarified the pair's relationship status in an interview on This Morning.
Speaking about where Chris and JoJo go from here, regarding their "close" friendship, Chris said they have a "really strong bond" - calling it a "soulmate friendship".
Chris said: "Our friendship, it's hard to explain... it's just a really strong bond between two people, it's just a strong friendship.
"I think you can have a soulmate friendship, that's the thing.
"To me, it's that energy when it's not the standard friendship you have with your friends, but it's still a friendship, we are friends.
"It's nice, I found it strange because it was such a strong friendship.
"Having someone in there to go through an experience like that and have someone there everyday when you're emotional, when you're happy... that was beautiful, that was genuinely an amazing thing."
CBB 2025 Voting Percentages Revealed
CELEBRITY Big Brother's voting percentages have been revealed.
Yet what did the figures show amid Jack P Shepherd's triumph? Jack beat drag star Danny Beard, 32, to the title.
Jack beat drag star But voting reveals he only marginally pipped him to the post, getting 37.37% of the vote, while Danny received 35.72%.
The gap between Jack's win and Chris Hughes' votes was astonishing - as the Love Island star who came in sixth place only got 2.52% of the vote.
Chesney Hawkes received 3.04%, while Donna Preston got 8.18% and JoJo Siwa had 13.17%.
Ben then grilled the pair and asked if it was just "platonic" or if it could develop into something "romantic".
JoJo laughed and said: "He's a gorgeous boy, look, he's a great guy, it is platonic, we have a lot of fun together.
Life is life and I don't know any future of anything but I'm really grateful for the dynamic that we have and the bond that we have.
"Whatever life does, life will do."

Millie Mackintosh's ‘comfiest jeans ever' hail from Kate Middleton's go-to denim brand

Millie Mackintosh hailed her flared 70s-style jeans the 'comfiest jeans ever' and they hail from the same brand that Kate Middleton buys her favourite jeans from Trying to find a pair of jeans that are comfortable, well-fitting and look great can be one of the biggest struggles when it comes to shopping. After countless hours spent sweating in changing rooms trying to find a pair that make you feel great, it's no surprise many of us find shopping for denim one of our least favourite jobs. However Millie Mackintosh might have cracked the code, as she posed in a pair of & Other Stories' High-Waist Flared Jeans on Instagram last week. She praised them as 'The comfiest jeans ever', and it seems the brand might be a winner when it comes to denim as they're also the go-to for Kate Middleton. Princess Kate is a known fan of & Other Stories' Slim Jeans (formerly known as the Favourite Jeans), which are notoriously tricky to get your hands on. The closest style available on the website right now is the Cropped Slim Leg Jeans (£77) which have a similar slim fit that The Princess of Wales favours. Millie's pair, thankfully, are much easier to get your hands on. Her High-Waist Flared Jeans are currently available directly from the & Other Stories website, over at ASOS, and at H&M, where they're priced at £87. The jeans have a classic 70s-inspired fit, with a high waist and flared bootcut leg, and the addition of two patch pockets on the front seals the deal on the retro design. The high waist keeps them comfortable and helps elongate your legs, and the wider legs makes them perfect for wearing with anything from sandals to boots, so you can wear them in every season. They're also made with plenty of stretch, which is what makes them so comfortable that Millie can't stop raving about them. You can pick them up in dark blue, as well as a light ecru colour, which is currently on sale at ASOS down from £87 to £69, and several other colours ways if you shop them at H&M. Other brands have also launched their own version of the 70s-style jeans, with White Stuff's Frankie Flare Jean now on sale for £52, down from £65 and available in sizes six to 24. Marks & Spencer also has the ultra-affordable Patch Pocket Flare High Waisted Jeans for £39.50, with a choice of three different colours and sizes six to 24. For a slimmer fit that keeps the same shape and style, New Look's Blue Patch Pocket Flared Denim Jeans are £39.99 and have a tighter fit around the hips and thighs, before flaring out from the knee. They come in sizes six to 18, with all sizes currently still in stock.

Home and Away star's 'cursed' death at 41 after soap exit

Ben Unwin played Jesse McGregor in Home and Away from 1996 to 2000 and then again from 2002 to 2005, with the role being written specifically for him - he sadly died six years ago Australian soaps have undoubtedly churned out a host of international superstars over the years. Two of the most prominent being Neighbours alumni Kylie Minogue, who portrayed Charlene and is the top-selling Australian recording artist of all time with over 80 million albums sold globally, and Margot Robbie, who played Donna and starred in the blockbuster film Barbie, which has smashed box office records. ‌ Other stars who've transitioned from Aussie soapland to greater fame include Home and Away 's Ryan Kwanten (Vinnie), Isla Fisher (Shannon) and Chris Hemsworth (Kim), as well as Neighbours' Jason Donovan (Scott), Guy Pearce (Mike) and Jesse Spencer (Billy). Some actors have continued to thrive in their original soap roles for years, such as Home and Away's Ray Meagher (Alf), who holds the record for the longest-serving actor in an Australian drama series, and Lynne McGranger (Irene), along with Neighbours' Ian Smith (Harold) and Stefan Dennis (Paul). ‌ Stefan is now lined up to star in this year's Strictly Come Dancing, alongside names including Geordie Shore's Vicky Pattison and TV presenter George Clarke. The actor had been excited to be starting a new job as an aerial window cleaner, but his life had been disrupted by the onset of Covid-19. sadly passed away in 2019 following a battle with cancer. Home and Away has now graced our TV screens for 37 years, while Neighbours ran for 40 years before being cancelled – final episodes will be on our screens this December.
