Violet McGraw has been craving a role in an action film since 'M3GAN'.
The 14-year-old actress - who played Cady James in the 2022 artificial intelligence horror movie - is delighted that 'M3GAN 2.0' is packed with more thrilling action scenes, but she is still desperate to land a role in a big action blockbuster where she can perform some breathtaking stunts.
Asked if making 'M3GAN 2.0' felt different to creating the original film because of the more intense scenes, Violet told SFX magazine: "Definitely.
"Everyone got older; Amie [Donald, who plays 'M3GAN'] got older. It was a different vibe, but with the same family, and same crew.
"It made me want to do an action film so bad.
"I'm waiting patiently."
Violt originally wanted to be a stunt person, and so she would jump at the chance to star in some action scenes.
She explained: "I love doing stunts, so whenever I get a chance to do my own stunts, I just get so happy.
"I used to want to be a stunt person."
'M3GAN 2.0' picks up two years after Cady moved in with her robotics expert aunt Gemma Forrester, after her parents Ryan and Nicole, and Gemma's robot M3GAN went on a killing spree.
Gemma rebuilds 'M3GAN' and makes her more lethal to fend off a military robot called Amelia, who is trying to cause an AI takeover.
And when Violet saw the upgraded M3GAN, she was left stunned by how "insane" the robot looked and acted.
She said: "It had been a long time since I'd seen her, but she's just so upgraded - it's insane.
"She's faster, stronger and more lethal than before. There's a picture of me when I first saw the 2.0 doll. And I was like, 'Wow!'
"Your eyes get so confused because you think you're talking to a human being.
"It feels like there's a real living person in front of me. And it basically is."
The global success of 'M3GAN' caused "so many" people to dress up as M3GAN for Halloween and knock on Violet's door during trick or treating.
She said: "For Halloween in 2023, there were so many M3GANs coming to my door to trick or treat.
"I was just so grateful that I got to be a part of such a cool film.
"'M3GAN' is such a big part of my life."

ABBA's Bjorn creates new musical using AI

ABBA's Bjorn Ulvaeus is making a new musical using AI and has hailed the divisive technology "an extension of your mind". Ulvaeus, 80, was one of 10,500 signatories from creative industries warning artificial intelligence companies that unlicensed use of their work is a "major, unjust threat" to artists' livelihoods. Although Ulvaeus is against his work being used without his consent - that doesn't mean he isn't a fan of the technology, going as far as to call it a songwriting partner. Speaking at London's inaugural SXSW, he said: "It is such a great tool. It is like having another songwriter in the room with a huge reference frame. "It is really an extension of your mind. You have access to things that you didn't think of before." Explaining how he utilises AI, the Swedish pop veteran added: "You can prompt a lyric you have written about something, and you're stuck maybe, and you want this song to be in a certain style. "You can ask it, How would you extend? Where would you go from here? It usually comes out with garbage, but sometimes there is something in it that gives you another idea." Ulvaeus previously warned that AI must not "exclude the human". ABBA's Bjorn Ulvaeus is making a new musical using AI and has hailed the divisive technology "an extension of your mind".
