Civic body working on erasing black spots from city's surface
Ludhiana: The municipal corporation is gearing up to rectify the black spots, twelve identified so far, within the city limits to prevent accidents and deaths. It is working on the proposal at the moment, which will be put forth before the finance and contracts committee.
