Army conducts military-civil fusion capsule in Arunachal

Indian Army
, in collaboration with the district administrations of West Siang administration and Shi-Yomi, had organised a military-civil fusion (MCF) capsule from June 10 to 12 in Aalo.
Looking to enhance the partnership between military and civilian stakeholders, the event aimed to promote synergy to address security, development and community resilience across vital border regions and foster a unified approach to regional challenges, a report from West Siang district public relations officer said.
A diverse group of stakeholders deliberated on critical themes shaping the future of military-civil collaboration with discussions, workshops and interactive sessions spanning three days.
The three-day programme focussed on assessment of the terrain, understanding of the socio-cultural dynamics of Arunachal Pradesh to promote coexistence, military readiness and civil support system for coordinated humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations to ensure a resilient response during crisis.
Officers from the Indian Army, deputy commissioners of West Siang and Shi-Yomi, SPs and ADCs took part in the programme.
