Gwyneth Paltrow goes topless as she dishes up ‘boyfriend breakfast'
Gwyneth Paltrow has shared a topless cooking video on Instagram, preparing a Tuscan-inspired 'boyfriend breakfast' for her husband, Brad Falchuk.
The video, set to Prince's Starfish and Coffee, features Paltrow cooking a high-protein skillet with sausage, white beans, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and eggs.
Initially appearing topless, she later sports a matching sleeveless blouse and shorts coordinate while finishing the dish.
The clip concludes with the 52-year-old enjoying breakfast, looking out at a scenic mountain view.
Like most things she does, her post garnered attention, including a playful comment from actress Jennifer Garner, who asked: 'Can I be your boyfriend?' to which Paltrow responded warmly: 'You already are in my heart.'
Her daughter, Apple Martin, also reacted with humour, commenting: 'Did I steal your shirt by accident or…,' to which Paltrow responded with a laughing emoji. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DK4totXu9Fl/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
Beyond her social media presence, Paltrow has been active in various projects.
She is set to return to acting with a role in the upcoming film Marty Supreme, starring alongside Timothée Chalamet.
The film, a sports adventure comedy-drama, is scheduled for release in December this year.
Additionally, Paltrow has been open about her experiences with perimenopause, describing the symptoms as a 'rollercoaster.'
She expressed gratitude for the increasing conversations around the topic, noting the importance of women discussing their experiences to better understand and manage the changes.
In her personal life, Paltrow continues to share moments with her family.
She recently posted a carousel of photos on Insta, showcasing her summer adventures with her children, Apple and Moses, and her husband, Brad Falchuk.
The images depict the family enjoying activities such as swimming, paddleboarding, and sightseeing, highlighting their close-knit bond.
And in recent times, Paltrow has also been using her social media to showcase her healthy lifestyle journey.
She launched her wellness brand, Goop, in 2008, which has since evolved into a $250million (£184m) lifestyle empire.
The brand was created to bring 'clean beauty' onto the market, selling a range of beauty, fashion, and wellness items.
In the 17 years of Goop, the brand has faced criticism for promoting products with various questionable health claims.
For example, who could forget when the brand promoted vaginal steaming? As well as bee venom therapy, accompanied by little scientific research backing it up.
From vaginal jade eggs to energy stickers, the Goop team has faced the wrath of public scrutiny and legal battles.
In 2018, Goop settled a lawsuit for making incorrect claims about its products, which led to more scrutiny from professionals in the media.
In recent years, Paltrow has created 'Good Clean Goop,' which includes more affordable products to enable a wider audience of consumers.
Gwyneth has faced public backlash for her attempt at blending luxury with health practices that are not recommended by doctors.
Furthermore, recently, Paltrow has been receiving backlash for her restrictive diet and the promotion of detoxing. More Trending
She has been accused of normalising disordered eating to a potentially vulnerable audience through weight loss 'cheat codes'.
Paltrow has been on a wellness kick for years and has often spoken to the press about how it was started by personal experiences.
Her father battled throat cancer previously, leading her to embark on a healthier lifestyle with alternative health practices.
Paltrow's routine includes regular workouts, walking, daily meditation, and fitness classes—often with fitness expert Tracey Anderson.

Gwyneth Paltrow's daughter Apple posts sassy response to mom's shock topless video
Now Gwyneth Paltrow 's daughter has weighed in on her mother's topless cooking video. Apple Martin, 21, joked about the whereabouts of her mother's clothing after her mother recorded herself preparing breakfast without a top on. 'Did I steal your shirt by accident or....' Apple - whose father is Gwyneth's ex-husband Chris Martin - commented. An amused Gwyneth, 52, replied directly to her daughter with a laughing-crying emoji. The video began with Gwyneth cooking her confection over the stove without a shirt on, however she was also seen wearing her lace pajama top later in the video. 'This was a Tuscan inspired high protein #boyfriendbreakfast skillet with sausage from the local butcher, white beans, spinach, cherry tomatoes and of course eggs,' she captioned the post. The final dish was a sizzling, mouthwatering masterpiece. Gwyneth has remained on good terms with Apple's father since their 2016 divorce and also shares son Moses, 19, with the Coldplay singer. She is now married to producer Brad Falchuk, while Chris recently split from his fiancee Dakota Johnson after almost eight years together. Gwyneth's topless cooking video, meanwhile, isn't the first time she has caused a stir - case and point her infamous 'This Smells Like My Vagina' candle, released by her Goop company in 2020. The Hollywood star launched the wellness company Goop in September 2008, with it evolving into an e-commerce site, lifestyle publication and even a Netflix documentary titled The Goop Lab With Gwyneth Paltrow. But while she has become renowned for revolving her life around Goop, Gwyneth was recently accused of not being as hands-on with her brand as much as she makes out. Last month, she attended the 2025 Mindvalley Manifesting Summit and spoke about the brand's now infamous 'This Smells Like My Vagina' candle. But fans questioned how much truth there was to her recounting of the controversial candle's origins, suggesting it was a 'fake PR story'. Goop released a candle called 'This Smells Like My Vagina' with the company Heretic in 2020, going instantly viral. Detailing how they came up with the product, Gwyneth explained that she was working with the perfumer Douglas Little to create scents for Goop, when she jokingly picked one up and said: 'This smells like my vagina.' She recalled: 'That product is so fascinating because we were messing around with different scents one day. And I smelled something and I was like, "Oh, that smells like... you know". 'I was joking. And then [Douglas] was like, "Oh we should make that a candle and put it on the site."' The entrepreneur thought Douglas was kidding and sarcastically agreed that it 'sounded like a winner.' She continued: 'All of a sudden, it was literally on the website. And then we broke the Internet again. And then it took us a long time to live that one down'. However, Gwyneth said she decided that she liked the idea, saying: 'But, I kept it on the site because there is an aspect to women's sexuality, that I think, we're socialized to feel a lot of shame. 'And I sort of loved this kind of punk rock idea. "We are beautiful and we are awesome and go f*** yourself."' And while the story emitted applause and laughter from the sold-out audience, fans are now becoming increasingly dubious. Some pointed to the story as proof that Gwyneth isn't as enmeshed with the brand as she says she is, taking to Reddit to suggest: 'It is possible she has little to do with the day to day running of the business. 'A lot of these celebrity businesses are run by actual business professionals and the celebrity takes all the credit. 'It's not like she's designing products or has a background in marketing and finances. She may just be the mascot.' But others accused Gwyneth of fabricating the entire story for the sake of an exciting PR spin. They wrote: '"I just make jokes and then my team goes rogue without thinking of potential PR issues, and I have no say in what is produced, labelled or goes on the website for my own brand." Sure, Jan'. 'Out of touch millionaires really want us plebs to believe they say things jokingly in meetings and entire product launches happen by accident?' 'Hate these fake PR stories'; 'They knew it would sell because of the buzzy name, no need to be cheeky.'
