When 'F1 The Movie' Will Be Available to Stream and How to Watch
You might be wondering why Brad Pitt has been talking about Formula 1 almost incessantly for the last year-plus, or why Damson Idris showed up to the Met Gala in a Formula 1 car. You're about to find out! Because the two are starring in a movie about—you guessed it—Formula 1 that hits theaters this week.
Pitt plays Sonny Hayes, an old veteran of the sport who's picking up odd races for the cash, but when his former teammate (played by Javier Bardem) asks him to come drive for his F1 team out of desperation, he does it. The other driver, Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris), is obviously threatened by the old man hopping onto his team, and the tension is inevitable. Here's everything you need to know about how to watch it.
Le cinema! You can only see the film in theaters, as of now. But having seen the movie early, I can tell you that it is very, very worth seeing in a theater. The action sequences demand the biggest screen possible, and the sound design is also made for those speakers. If you can, see it in IMAX!

The rumors are saying this fall! So if you want to see it ASAP, you might want to go see it in theaters.
It will stream on Apple TV+, because that company produced the movie. You will likely be able to rent it on digital earlier than the fall, on Prime Video or YouTube or wherever you typically rent your movies.

All three suspects are yet to be publicly identified. Pitt, 61, was not in the home at the time of the alleged burglary. A rep for Pitt had no comment.
