The chicken chain is rolling out the offer across its restaurants in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.

It's part of the 'Results Day Dash', which rewards school and college students with a free quarter chicken or starter.
How to claim your free chicken
All you need to do is show your student ID and your results at the till, spend at least £7, and order to eat in or collect.
In England, Wales and Northern Ireland, A-level students can take advantage on Thursday 14 August 2025, while GCSE students can grab their free food on Thursday 21 August 2025.
In Scotland, the giveaway runs for both Highers and National 5s on Tuesday 5 August 2025.
Nando's says: 'Our Results Day Dash is back. Show your GCSE, A-Level, Highers or National 5 results and get a 1/4 Chicken or Starter on us.'

'We're thrilled to be working with NBC to open up the experience to a new group of civilian players, whose stories and strategies will make the gameplay even more unpredictable – and, we hope, even more addictive for viewers,' Stephen Lambert, CEO of Studio Lambert, the producers of both the Peacock and NBC versions, said in a statement. The show features a group of contestants who participate in a murder mystery game similar to Clue or Mafia. A subset of the cast are secretly labeled as traitors and must work together to eliminate the other contestants, who are considered faithfuls. On the line is a prize fund worth up to $250,000. If the faithful manage to eliminate all the traitors, then they share the money. But, if a traitor makes it to the end, they take it all. The British version uses the same location and has used civilian contestants from the start. Casting everyday people will allow complete strangers to meet for the first time, a 'unique opportunity' that 'will be an incredible watch,' said Sharon Vuong, the executive vice president of unscripted programming at NBCUniversal Entertainment. "This new version for NBC offers a unique opportunity for the cast and audience to meet each other for the first time and we know it will be incredible to watch,' Vuong said in a statement. The psychological adventure has found reality TV gold, and its third season premiered as the No. 1 unscripted series in the U.S., according to a release by NBC. The show also recently received five Emmy nominations for season three and previously took home two of the awards for season two.

False Idols by Karla Marie Sweet (Headline £20, 384pp) The toxicity of the ultra-exclusive LA wellness scene is the intriguing backdrop to a story packed with creepy suspense and relatable characters. The central character is Sadie, a neurotic would-be artist escaping from her past and seduced into joining Deep Flow by its charismatic leader Lilith. Her friends soon realise she is being drawn into a dangerous situation. But it takes Sadie longer to grasp exactly what she must do to truly belong to this group – and what she is prepared to risk to survive. The shiny, manipulative Lileth is particularly well drawn and Sadie's desperate need to escape the trauma of her past makes her the perfect victim. Smart plotlines and a shocking conclusion that exposes yoga poses and breath classes can, in fact, be the tip of a very poisonous iceberg. Our Last Resort by Clémence Michallon (Elliot & Thompson £16.99, 320pp) Every sentence reeks of good writing. The storytelling is spare and tense and it is literary without being pretentious. We meet Frida and her brother Gabriel in a luxury resort in Utah where they are attempting a reunion following their traumatic past growing up in a strict cult. Then the wife of one of the tycoon guests is murdered and Gabriel, due to the death of his wife years ago, becomes a suspect. Gabriel's less-than- convincing defence forces Frida to re-evaluate her whole relationship with him. Compelling.
