Emirates' Rulers congratulate King of Jordan on Accession to Throne Day

ABU DHABI (WAM) Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates have sent separate congratulatory messages to King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on the occasion of the Accession to the Throne Day.The messages were sent by Their Highnesses Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammad Al Qasimi of Sharjah; Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi of Ajman; Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi of Fujairah; Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla of Umm Al Quwain; and Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi of Ras Al Khaimah.
Their Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers sent similar messages congratulating the King of Jordan.

Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has approved an additional amount of AED100m ($27.2m) in compensation for owners of old houses in Al Madam area who had previously been granted new houses.

Sharjah Ruler approves extra $27.23mln for Al Madam compensation
His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has approved an additional amount of AED100 million in compensation for owners of old houses in Al Madam area who had previously been granted new houses. His Highness had earlier approved an amount of AED250,000 per house as compensation for the owners of 200 old houses that were replaced with new houses. With the approval of the new additional amount, the total compensation for each house now rises to AED750,000, an added support from His Highness to families who have moved into their new houses.
