The Delhi High Court in an interim order restrained Patanjali Ayurved from airing its television commercials which allegedly disparaged Dabur India 's Chyawanprash Justice Mini Pushkarna in an oral order said that the Dabur's applications are allowed. However, a detailed order is awaited.Dabur had alleged that 'Patanjali Special Chyawanprash' was disparaging its Chyawanprash specifically and in general, by claiming that 'no other manufacturer has the knowledge to prepare Chyawanprash' constituting generic disparagement. The advertisements incorrectly claimed Patanjali Ayurved's product was made by using more than 51 herbs instead of 47 herbs what it actually used, Dabur said, adding that it was "misinformation to the public at large".Dabur also raised objections to parts of the advertisement where a 40-herb Chyawanprash was referred to as "ordinary,' saying this was a clear reference to its product.Dabur, which claimed to hold a dominant 61.6% market share in the Chyawanprash segment, accused Patanjali of using mercury in its Chyawanprash product, which was not fit for consumption by children.Earlier, Dabur India had highlighted Patanjali Ayurved's commercial which said that those who lack knowledge of Ayurved and Vedic traditions cannot produce the "original" Chyawanprash. Dabur India had said that the statement implied that only Patanjali Ayurved's product was authentic, while other brands were inferior or fake.

Vakri Shani Approaches Rahu: These zodiac signs can face job troubles
Between 13th July and 28th November 2025, Saturn (Shani) will move in retrograde motion through Pisces, one of the most mystical, emotional, and boundary-dissolving signs in the zodiac. While Saturn retrograde is a regular astrological occurrence, this one is particularly potent because Saturn will be moving backward toward Rahu, the North Node, known for creating obsession, confusion, and sudden karmic shifts. In Vedic astrology, Saturn represents discipline, structure, karma, and time, while Rahu represents illusion, ambition, shortcuts, and the hunger for worldly success. When Saturn retrogrades while approaching Rahu, the energy becomes intense, uncertain, and transformative—particularly in areas of life related to career, income, effort, work environment, power, and self-worth. When Saturn goes retrograde, its energy turns inward. It demands that we slow down, reflect, and face the karmic consequences of our past actions. It becomes harder to push forward; progress requires reassessment. Now add Rahu—the shadow planet of ambition and illusion. Rahu in Pisces clouds clarity with fantasy, making it easy to chase the wrong dreams, ignore red flags, or fall into confusion. When Saturn retrograde moves toward Rahu in Pisces, it becomes a time of career wake-up calls. Structures collapse. Illusions are shattered. Roles that once felt secure may dissolve. And for some, job losses or stagnation may force deeper questions: Am I where I truly belong? Am I working just for survival—or for purpose? These signs may face career challenges during saturn retrograde: Aries For Aries ascendants, Pisces falls in your 12th house—the domain of isolation, endings, subconscious patterns, losses, and foreign lands. When Saturn retrogrades in this house and moves toward Rahu, it may stir feelings of burnout, disconnection, and disillusionment in your work life. You may feel like you're mentally or emotionally done with your current job but unsure of where to go next. The 12th house is also linked to foreign opportunities, so you might face delays or confusion around international roles, visa processes, or relocation plans. In some cases, secret enemies at work or hidden office politics may surface, leading to stress or exit. This is a powerful time to rest, reset, and plan behind the scenes. Avoid impulsive exits but start preparing for a soulful transition. Gemini For Gemini ascendants, Pisces falls in your 10th house, which governs career, status, ambition, and public image. With retrograde Saturn moving here and Rahu adding confusion, this is one of the most directly impactful transits for your professional life. You may face career blocks, authority issues, or a sudden change in leadership at your workplace. Perhaps you've been climbing a ladder that no longer excites you—or maybe you've been waiting for a promotion that keeps getting delayed. Either way, this transit will make you question your definition of success. The illusionary influence of Rahu could tempt you to chase status without substance or compare yourself to others on a superficial level. This will only lead to disappointment. Saturn asks you to build something meaningful, even if it's slow. Don't rush to switch jobs out of frustration. Use this period to audit your ambitions and rework your public goals with long-term vision. Leo For Leo ascendants, Pisces lands in the 8th house, which is associated with sudden changes, shared resources, emotional entanglements, and hidden fears. This is a deeply karmic and transformative transit, especially for your financial and career-related collaborations. During this retrograde, you might face sudden job loss, budget cuts, or a career shake-up that seems out of your control. The 8th house often acts like a spiritual detox—removing what is no longer meant to serve you, even if it's painful. Secrets in the workplace, behind-the-scenes manipulation, or trust issues may surface. Additionally, your ability to manage joint ventures, client money, bonuses, commissions, or inheritance-linked income could be tested. Rahu adds emotional instability or paranoia if you're not grounded. Let go of control. What ends now is meant to make space for something deeper and more aligned. Focus on healing and long-term renewal. Libra For Libra ascendants, Pisces falls in your 6th house, which governs daily work, competition, colleagues, routine, and health. This Saturn retrograde will directly impact your workplace relationships, mental health, and daily structure. You may face chronic work stress, burnout, or conflict with co-workers or subordinates. The 6th house also rules job competition, so if you're applying for new roles or promotions, delays and frustrations may arise. You might feel like you're giving your all and receiving little in return. Rahu's influence could cause toxic work environments or boundary issues, where your energy is drained by ungrateful colleagues or managers. If you're in a service-based profession, clients may test your patience. Prioritize your health—physical and mental. Learn to say no. Boundaries are your lifeline during this period. Aquarius For Aquarius ascendants, Pisces falls in your 2nd house, which is all about income, self-worth, values, and financial stability. When Saturn retrogrades here and moves toward Rahu, it can trigger financial stress, income delays, and questioning of your job's value or alignment with your principles. You may face wage disputes, underpayment, or a realization that you're not being compensated fairly for your time and energy. In some cases, past financial karma or debts may resurface. There may also be an identity crisis around how your work reflects your values. Rahu can create confusion or entice you toward fast money, especially through side hustles or risky investments. But Saturn will quickly block anything that isn't sustainable or ethical. Avoid shortcuts. Reassess your earning model. Build something sustainable that reflects your self-worth. HC: Talcum powder ad calling other products ‘ordinary' not an insult
Kolkata: Using the word 'sadharan' (ordinary) for other products in a talcum powder advertisement is not an insult to the rival company's product, Calcutta High Court observed on Wednesday while dismissing Emami's "disparagement" claim against Dabur. A division bench of justices Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya and Uday Kumar said: "It is permissible to portray that the advertiser's product is the best in the world. However, what is shunned is the direct or indirect denigration of the product of another manufacturer. Use of the word 'sadharan' in the context of the present advertisement does not speak ill about the product or say that it is inferior as such. It merely projects the respondent's product as extraordinary as compared to others' products, which are said to be 'sadharan' or ordinary. " The court noted that the freedom of commercial speech of Dabur (respondent) and its fundamental right to do business cannot be "throttled" on a vague perception of disparagement, "which is completely illusory" in the present case. They claimed that the protagonist in the advertisement is shown carrying a bottle labelled as ordinary, which looked similar to that of their prickly heat powders "Dermi Cool" and "Navratna". In July 2024, Emami filed a case and got a temporary stop order on July 11, 2024, by which Dabur was restrained from showing the disputed bottle. The court also noted that in the advertisement, there was "no mouthing of the name of the appellant's product and the bottle shown is completely different in shape, size and colour from that of the appellant's product". "Even taking into consideration the overreaching sweep of the appellant's products in the market, unless one is an avid follower of advertisements, having nothing better to do, it is improbable that a common target consumer of normal prudence would have such double recall upon viewing the 'offending' advertisement, connecting the present bottle with that of a bottle which was being shown six months back, and to relate the previous bottle with the product of the appellant," the HC held.
