
Capillary to raise Rs 430cr via fresh issue
BENGALURU: Capillary has refiled papers with Sebi to raise Rs 430 crore through fresh issue of shares. The offer also includes an offer-for-sale of up to 1.8 crore equity shares by existing investors and promoter entities.
The company's public debut comes after it withdrew earlier IPO plans in 2021, citing market conditions. Capillary provides AI-powered loyalty and customer engagement solutions to global brands.

Infosys has rolled out performance bonus payouts for the first quarter of FY2025-26, with an organisation-wide average of 80%, according to a report by Moneycontrol . This is a big amount from the previous quarter's average payout of around 65%, showing the company's strong financial performance. How Were Infosys Q1 Results? The Bengaluru-based IT major reported an 8.7% year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 6,921 crore and a 7.5% increase in revenue to Rs 42,279 crore for Q1, beating market expectations on both counts. Infosys reported revenue growth of 3.8% year-on-year (YoY) and 2.6% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) in constant currency terms during the first quarter. The company secured contracts worth $3.8 billion, with 55% coming from new business. Gross profit rose to Rs 13,055 crore, up from Rs 12,138 crore in the same quarter last year. PL4 employees will receive payouts ranging from 80% to 89%. PL5 employees will get between 78% and 87%. PL6 employees will see payouts from 75% to 85%. At PL4, employees rated Outstanding will receive 89% of their eligible bonus, while those marked Needs Attention will receive 80%. Similarly, at PL6, the top performers are set for 85%, while the lowest band is fixed at 75%. Individual bonus letters will be uploaded to employees' e-dockets. The bonus applies to staff in Band 6 and below—primarily junior and mid-level employees eligible for quarterly payouts. After many decades, we have learned how to establish, operate, and use our traditional stores. And now we are seeing that where these traditional ones are not able to be... we can now become closer to many people by developing these smaller formats. And of course, it's a combination and you need to see it as a part of an ecosystem," he also acknowledged that India is a value-conscious market, and to grow beyond the metro market, IKEA needs to offer low-priced items."We need to establish a very low-cost operation when it comes to the fulfilment, the logistic part, when it comes to the operation, so that all the costs we can lower, we can also lower the prices of our products to become even more affordable," he added.

Vikram Solar IPO subscribed 4.56 times on 2nd day of bidding
Agency: New Delhi, Aug 20 (PTI) Solar module maker Vikram Solar's initial public offer got subscribed 4.56 times on Wednesday, the second day of bidding. The IPO received bids for 20,70,74,925 shares against 4,53,61,650 shares on offer, as per NSE data. The non-institutional investors portion received 13.01 times subscription, while the quota for Retail Individual Investors(RIIs) got subscribed 3.47 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) part received 11 per cent subscription. Vikram Solar on Monday mobilised Rs 621 crore from anchor investors. The Rs 2,079-crore initial public offering (IPO) with a price band of Rs 315 to Rs 332 per share will conclude on Thursday. The IPO includes fresh issues of equities worth up to Rs 1,500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of over 1.74 crore shares, valued at around Rs 579.37 crore at the upper end of the price band, by its promoters. Of the fresh issuance, the company plans to use the proceeds for funding capital expenditure for investment in its wholly owned subsidiary, VSL Green Power Private Ltd, for both Phase I and Phase II of the project. Vikram Solar commenced its manufacturing operations in 2009 with an installed solar PV module manufacturing capacity of 12 MW and has grown to 4.50 GW installed capacity as of the date. It has two solar PV module manufacturing facilities located in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu, and a solar cell manufacturing facility with two units in Gangaikondan, Tamil Nadu. It has established a pan-India presence, serving 19 states and two Union Territories. The company's key domestic customers include prominent government entities, such as NTPC, Neyveli Lignite Corporation, and Gujarat Industries Power Company and large private independent power producers (IPPs), like ACME Cleantech Solutions, Adani Green Energy, Azure Power India, JSW Energy and Rays Power Infra, among others. JM Financial, Nuvama Wealth Management, UBS Securities, Equirus Capital and PhillipCapital are book-running lead managers to the offer.
