Teenagers help produce latest Big Issue magazine
Among interviewees chosen by the teenagers were X Factor winner James Arthur and influencer Simon Squibb.
Topics covered include educational support for people with cerebral palsy and other special educational needs, and mental health challenges faced by youngsters,
Hundreds of young Big Issue vendors have accessed support from the magazine for issues including health and wellbeing.
Big Issue editor Paul McNamee said: 'Big Issue begins with opportunity. We offer young people who are frequently marginalised and on society's edge an opportunity to lift themselves up, both through the Big Issue's own earning and learning opportunities, and by championing their voices and views through our journalism.
'For this very special edition, we wanted to learn of the unfiltered hopes, concerns and future plans of this special group of young people. They chose the content, conducted the interviews, guided Big Issue team on how they wanted the pages will look.'
Jamie Masraff, OnSide's chief executive, said: 'This special youth edition of the Big Issue highlights what people lucky enough to work with young people already know.
'Despite tired stereotypes, young people are not disengaged or lacking in ambition. They are brilliant, care about their communities and are deeply connected to the issues shaping society.

In her new autobiography, Judgement: Love, Trials, and Tribulations, N-Dubz star Tulisa Contostavlos has shared details of a terrifying confrontation with a strange man in a park late at night Tulisa Contostavlos has shared the horrifying moment she was attacked by a stranger 'hissing like a snake' in a dark park at night, describing it as "every woman's worst nightmare". The former X Factor judge, 37, opened up about the terrifying experience in her new book, Judgement: Love, Trials, and Tribulations. In it, she recalls the feeling of 'pure fear surging' through her body as the man approached her, hissing like a snake. In the moments before the encounter, Tulisa had had a major fallout with her boyfriend at the time, Jacob, prompting her to storm out of the cab they were travelling in and walk through a park. As she searched for a way out, the singer heard the snap of a twig - and then she saw something moving in the bushes. The figure moved, and Tulisa could see it was a man creeping through the trees. "He was slightly crouched with his arms out and hands spread by his side, like an animal ready to pounce," Tulisa recalled. "He looked middle-aged with tanned skin, dark eyes and a shaven head, but the thing that stood out the most was his smile. He was grinning at me evilly, showing his teeth. He stayed crouched and still, watching me with his evil eyes glistening through the shadows. I was frozen in shock and fear, when all of a sudden he made a loud sound. 'Hssssssssssss,' he hissed like a snake." The star recalled how she started to shake in fear - something that seemed to excite the man, who began to creep further towards her. Survival mode kicked in, and Tulisa started to think of a way out, clenching her keys between her fingers and preparing herself to kick him in the genitals when he got close enough. As Tulisa's life flashed before her eyes, the man cackled and continued to advance, spreading his fingers out wide, twiddling them, and continuing to hiss. The singer was absolutely petrified. And then everything changed. "All of a sudden, out of nowhere, I heard a deep booming voice in the distance behind me. 'OOOOOIIIIIII! Don't you fucking touch her!' roared the male voice. The words echoed through the field... A feeling of pure euphoria and relief came over me as I recognised the voice. It was as if the clouds had opened up and God Himself had answered my prayers! It was Jacob!" The stranger started to panic, his eyes darting between Tulisa and the approaching Jacob. Seizing the opportunity, she turned and ran towards her boyfriend, who was also running towards her at full speed. "He sprinted towards me until he caught me, as I fell into his arms, bursting into a fit of tears and wailing loudly," she recalled. "'The... there was a man,' I gasped through my sobs, 'a... a man in the bushes!' He grabbed me and pulled my head into his chest with both hands, panting loudly, out of breath. 'I know, I know, I saw him, shhhhhhh, he's gone, he ran, it's OK, I got you, you're safe, sshhhhhh.'"

East Anglian Boy says reaction to parody song tops X Factor
A singer who went viral with a parody song dedicated to his hometown said the reaction had been more positive than his stint on The X Mallett, 30, from Lingwood near Norwich, became known as East Anglian Boy when his cover of Estelle's American Boy was viewed millions of times last is now releasing a new Suffolk-based song in celebration of Beccles Carnival, a parody this time of TLC's song, No said he had enjoyed expanding his knowledge of the region, and he had mainly received positive feedback. "Ninety-nine per cent [of the reaction] is amazing," he explained."Compared to when I was on The X Factor seven years ago, it was more like 50/50 then."There were a lot of things being said online, good and bad, but now it's completely the other way; it's so positive. "Sometimes it's a lot to get your head around... but in terms of how much I appreciate it and how amazing it is, it's really special."He continued: "I'm not Ed Sheeran, but it is at the point now where everywhere I go, people stop me and talk to me about my songs."It's blown my mind that that even happens."Mallet appeared on ITV's The X Factor in 2017 and got as far as the live said since then his career had gone from "strength to strength". The singer said across all his platforms, he was now sitting at slightly over 50 million views."There are people, when I look at my analytics online, it's more than just even England, there are people worldwide listening to some things now," he continued."I'm proud of the area I'm from, and people are quite fast to put it down when you're from here, but when you go around the rest of the country, you do realise how special this place is."The singer was approached by Beccles Carnival and paid to create a new parody song related to the event and will perform the song during the event on Saturday and will be filming a music video over the weekend around the town.
